本发明涉及矿用输送机。
背景技术
现有矿用输送机,其输送带的耐摩擦、防腐、耐热、耐寒、阻燃性能有待提高,会影响矿用输送机的长期使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种矿用输送机,其输送带具有耐摩擦、防腐、耐热、耐寒、阻燃性能,能保证矿用输送机长时间工作。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种矿用输送机,包括驱动装置、支承件、牵引件和涨紧装置;
所述驱动装置输出动力,所述驱动装置由电动机、减速器和制动器组成;
所述支承件用以承托牵引件,所述支承件为托辊或滚轮;
所述牵引件用以传递牵引力,所述牵引件为输送带;
所述涨紧装置为螺杆式或重锤式,用以使传送带保持一定的张力和垂度,以保证传送带正常运转;
所述输送带包括骨架、覆盖层和粘合层;
按重量份计,所述覆盖层由以下组分组成:
