本发明公开了一种摩托车液晶仪表,多处设置密封胶密封;所述密封胶按重量份计由以下组分组成:1~2份二甲苯甲醛树脂,2~3份硅粉,3~4份1,4-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯,2~3份EVA热塑性弹性体,1~2份气相白炭黑,2~3份抗氧剂RD,32份CTBN改性环氧树脂,3~4份乙基三甲氧基硅烷,1~2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐。本发明摩托车液晶仪表,其面板、外壳体连接牢固,且具有外壳体、内壳体的双重保护,还多处设置具有优异耐高温、耐低温、耐腐蚀、耐候性能的防水防潮密封胶,保证外壳体内部长期防水防潮,特别内壳体内部长期防水防潮。密封胶能耐75度的高温,能耐低至零下25度的低温。

技术领域
本发明涉及摩托车液晶仪表。
背景技术
目前,摩托车常会配备液晶仪表,液晶仪表中的液晶显示屏需要液晶显示控制电路板来控制,而摩托车的使用环境比较复杂,如有时候会在梅雨天使用,长期的潮湿环境,会使液晶显示控制电路板受潮,而液晶显示控制电路板受潮后会影响液晶显示屏的正常显示,造成用户无法有效掌控电瓶车的使用状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种摩托车液晶仪表,其面板、外壳体连接牢固,长期使用不会相互脱离,且具有外壳体、内壳体的双重保护,还多处设置具有优异耐高温、耐低温、耐腐蚀、耐候性能的防水防潮密封胶,保证外壳体内部长期防水防潮,特别内壳体内部长期防水防潮,保证对液晶显示控制电路板的长期防水防潮,使液晶显示控制电路板能长期有效工作,避免因为液晶显示控制电路板受潮而对整个摩托车液晶仪表进行维修拆卸。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种摩托车液晶仪表,包括卡扣连接的面板、外壳体;所述面板与外壳体的结合部通过密封胶密封;所述外壳体内固定有密闭的内壳体;所述内壳体内固定有用于驱动液晶显示屏的液晶显示控制电路板,所述面板上固定有液晶显示屏;所述液晶显示屏与液晶显示控制电路板通过内部传输线连接,所述内部传输线贯穿内壳体,所述内部传输线与内壳体的结合部通过密封胶密封;所述液晶显示控制电路板还连接有外部电源线和外部数据线,所述外部电源线和外部数据线贯穿内壳体、外壳体;所述外部电源线、外部数据线与内壳体的结合部通过密封胶密封;所述外部电源线、外部数据线与外壳体的结合部通过密封胶密封;
所述密封胶按重量份计由以下组分组成:
1~2份二甲苯甲醛树脂,
2~3份硅粉,
3~4份1,4-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯,
2~3份EVA热塑性弹性体,
1~2份气相白炭黑,
2~3份抗氧剂RD,
32份CTBN改性环氧树脂,
3~4份乙基三甲氧基硅烷,
1~2份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐。
优选的,所述密封胶按重量份计由以下组分组成:
1.2份二甲苯甲醛树脂,
2.3份硅粉,

本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种摩托车液晶仪表,其面板、外壳体连接牢固,长期使用不会相互脱离,且具有外壳体、内壳体的双重保护,还多处设置具有优异耐高温、耐低温、耐腐蚀、耐候性能的防水防潮密封胶,保证外壳体内部长期防水防潮,特别内壳体内部长期防水防潮,保证对液晶显示控制电路板的长期防水防潮,使液晶显示控制电路板能长期有效工作,避免因为液晶显示控制电路板受潮而对整个摩托车液晶仪表进行维修拆卸。密封胶能耐75度的高温,能耐低至零下25度的低温。

1.2份二甲苯甲醛树脂,

1.2份气相白炭黑,

所述密封胶按重量份计由以下组分组成:
1~2份二甲苯甲醛树脂,
2~3份硅粉,
3~4份1,4-双叔丁基过氧异丙基苯,
2~3份EVA热塑性弹性体,
1~2份气相白炭黑,
2~3份抗氧剂RD,
32份CTBN改性环氧树脂,
3~4份乙基三甲氧基硅烷,
