Abstract
本发明公开了一种银行用防弹玻璃,所述银行用防弹玻璃从外至内依次包括:夹层玻璃层、金属网板层、过渡玻璃层、聚氨酯胶片层、内玻璃层,且前述各层通过玻璃胶粘合在一起,同时,该金属网板层由纵横交错的金属板条焊接在一起后形成,该些金属板条的厚度为0.2~0.5mm、宽度为2~5mm,相邻的金属板条的间距为5~10mm,该金属板条的宽度的延伸方向垂直于该夹层玻璃层所在的平面,且该金属网板层焊接完成后进行镀铬处理。本发明的优点是:易于制备、防弹能力较强、具有较好的透光率,且较为美观。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,尤其是涉及一种银行用防弹玻璃。
背景技术
防弹玻璃可以称为一种特殊的夹层玻璃,其制备方法不外乎增加防弹能力较强的夹层或者增加各层的玻璃厚度等。其缺陷在于:制备工艺复杂,防弹能力较弱,在增加防弹能力较强的夹层后透光率较低,且不够美观。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种银行用防弹玻璃,它具有易于制备、防弹能力较强、具有较好的透光率,且较为美观的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:银行用防弹玻璃,所述银行用防弹玻璃从外至内依次包括:夹层玻璃层、金属网板层、过渡玻璃层、聚氨酯胶片层、内玻璃层,且前述各层通过玻璃胶粘合在一起,同时,该金属网板层由纵横交错的金属板条焊接在一起后形成,该些金属板条的厚度为0.2~0.5mm、宽度为2~5mm,相邻的金属板条的间距为5~10mm,该金属板条的宽度的延伸方向垂直于该夹层玻璃层所在的平面,且该金属网板层焊接完成后进行镀铬处理。
所述夹层玻璃层、过渡玻璃层、内玻璃层所用的原板均为钢化玻璃。
所述夹层玻璃层、过渡玻璃层、内玻璃层所用的原板的厚度均为5~10mm。
所述夹层玻璃层由第一玻璃层、中间膜、第二玻璃层复合而成。
所述中间膜为PVB、SGP、EVA、PU中的一种。
本发明所具有的优点是:易于制备、防弹能力较强、具有较好的透光率,且较为美观。本发明的银行用防弹玻璃通过合理确定各种常见的用于制备防弹玻璃的材料的顺序,且通过调整金属网板层的结构,使该防弹玻璃在制备时无需较为严格的工艺。同时,金属网板层所具有的较强抗撞能力使该防弹玻璃的防弹能力较高,结合金属网板层所具有的独特结构及外部的镀铬处理,使该防弹玻璃的透光率较好,且较为美观,符合银行等部门的使用要求。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1和图2所示:银行用防弹玻璃,从外至内依次包括:夹层玻璃层10、金属网板层20、过渡玻璃层30、聚氨酯胶片层40、内玻璃层50,且前述各层通过玻璃胶粘合在一起。同时,该金属网板层20由纵横交错的金属板条21焊接在一起后形成。该金属板条21可以采用钢板条。该些金属板条21的厚度为0.2~0.5mm、宽度为2~5mm,相邻的金属板条21的间距为5~10mm。该金属板条21的宽度的延伸方向,亦即该金属板条21所在的平面垂直于该夹层玻璃层10所在的平面,且该金属网板层20焊接完成后进行镀铬处理。这样,通过增加金属网板层20使该防弹玻璃的防弹能力得到了极大提升,且由于构成该金属网板层20的金属板条21所在的平面垂直于该防弹玻璃的延伸方向,继而该金属网板层20不会影响透光。同时,该防弹玻璃所用的部件和工艺均较为普通,从而易于制备。
优化的:
该夹层玻璃层10、过渡玻璃层30、内玻璃层50所用的原板均为钢化玻璃。这样,进一步增加了该防弹玻璃的防弹能力。
该夹层玻璃层10、过渡玻璃层30、内玻璃层50所用的原板的厚度均为5~10mm。这样,使该防弹玻璃的厚度不至于过厚。
该夹层玻璃层10由第一玻璃层11、中间膜12、第二玻璃层13复合而成。其中,该中间膜12为PVB、SGP、EVA、PU中的一种。这样,使该夹层玻璃层10本身即具有较佳的防弹能力。

1.银行用防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述银行用防弹玻璃从外至内依次包括:夹层玻璃层(10)、金属网板层(20)、过渡玻璃层(30)、聚氨酯胶片层(40)、内玻璃层(50),且前述各层通过玻璃胶粘合在一起,同时,该金属网板层(20)由纵横交错的金属板条(21)焊接在一起后形成,该些金属板条(21)的厚度为0.2~0.5mm、宽度为2~5mm,相邻的金属板条(21)的间距为5~10mm,该金属板条(21)的宽度的延伸方向垂直于该夹层玻璃层(10)所在的平面,且该金属网板层(20)焊接完成后进行镀铬处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的银行用防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述夹层玻璃层(10)、过渡玻璃层(30)、内玻璃层(50)所用的原板均为钢化玻璃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的银行用防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述夹层玻璃层(10)、过渡玻璃层(30)、内玻璃层(50)所用的原板的厚度均为5~10mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的银行用防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述夹层玻璃层(10)由第一玻璃层(11)、中间膜(12)、第二玻璃层(13)复合而成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的银行用防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述中间膜(12)为PVB、SGP、EVA、PU中的一种。
