本发明公开了一种普通型防弹玻璃,包括2层钢化玻璃,所述2层钢化玻璃之间夹有连接玻璃,该连接玻璃的上侧边和下侧边的左右两侧分别一体成型有一凸台,同时,该连接玻璃的左右两侧面上分别设有一热弯钢玻璃,该2个热弯钢玻璃的中间向外凸、上下两个侧边向内延伸,且该2个热弯钢玻璃的上下两侧边分别顶在对应的凸台上,以及,钢化玻璃和连接玻璃中间、钢化玻璃和热弯钢玻璃中间、连接玻璃和热弯钢玻璃中间均通过防弹玻璃胶予以填充和连接。本发明的优点是:易于制备、成本较低。

普通型防弹玻璃
技术领域
本发明涉及特种玻璃技术领域,尤其是涉及一种普通型防弹玻璃。
背景技术
某些防弹玻璃并不需要极高的防弹能力,继而并不需要极高的成本。然而,目前的防弹玻璃大多在防弹能力上做文章,认为防弹能力越高越好,继而并不考虑实际的应用环境,致使防弹玻璃的成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种普通型防弹玻璃,它具有易于制备、成本较低的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:普通型防弹玻璃,包括2层钢化玻璃,所述2层钢化玻璃之间夹有连接玻璃,该连接玻璃的上侧边和下侧边的左右两侧分别一体成型有一凸台,同时,该连接玻璃的左右两侧面上分别设有一热弯钢玻璃,该2个热弯钢玻璃的中间向外凸、上下两个侧边向内延伸,且该2个热弯钢玻璃的上下两侧边分别顶在对应的凸台上,以及,钢化玻璃和连接玻璃中间、钢化玻璃和热弯钢玻璃中间、连接玻璃和热弯钢玻璃中间均通过防弹玻璃胶予以填充和连接。
所述热弯钢玻璃的中部和该连接玻璃的中部之间的间距为2~5mm。
本发明所具有的优点是:易于制备、成本较低。本发明的普通型防弹玻璃并不采用传统的防弹玻璃的制备方法,而是通过引入热弯钢玻璃来分解受到的冲击力的方向,继而起到了较好的防弹效果。同时,该防弹玻璃所用的原材较为简单,且工艺较为成熟,继而不仅便于制备,且成本较低。

具体实施方式
实施例,见图1所示:普通型防弹玻璃,包括2层钢化玻璃10。该2层钢化玻璃10之间夹有连接玻璃20,该连接玻璃20最好亦经钢化处理,且该连接玻璃20的上侧边和下侧边的左右两侧分别一体成型有一凸台21。显然,此实施例中的凸台21呈水平走向。同时,该连接玻璃20的左右两侧面上分别设有一热弯钢玻璃30。该2个热弯钢玻璃30的中间向外凸、上下两个侧边向内延伸,且该2个热弯钢玻璃30的上下两侧边分别顶在对应的凸台21上。此处所谓内外的界定,指的是远离该连接玻璃20的方向为外。以及,钢化玻璃10和连接玻璃20中间、钢化玻璃10和热弯钢玻璃30中间、连接玻璃20和热弯钢玻璃30中间均通过防弹玻璃胶40予以填充和连接。该防弹玻璃胶40可以采用聚碳酸脂类防弹玻璃胶。即,该普通型防弹玻璃由前述钢化玻璃10、连接玻璃20、热弯钢玻璃30复合而成,而且,该连接玻璃20和位于该连接玻璃20两侧的热弯钢玻璃30成为一个防弹单元,而2层钢化玻璃10之间的防弹单元可以有多个,相邻的防弹单元中的热弯钢玻璃30的弯曲走向可以相互垂直。这样,通过较为简单的方式,借助于热弯钢玻璃30对撞击力的分散,使该防弹玻璃具有较好的防弹能力。
较优的,该热弯钢玻璃30的中部和该连接玻璃20的中部之间的间距为2~5mm,该间距可以通过调整该热弯钢玻璃30的弧度而形成。这样,使该普通型防弹玻璃的透光率较好,且不至于形成较大的图像变形。

1.普通型防弹玻璃,包括2层钢化玻璃(10),其特征在于:所述2层钢化玻璃(10)之间设有至少2个防弹单元,每个防弹单元均包括有连接玻璃(20),该连接玻璃(20)的上侧边和下侧边的左右两侧分别一体成型有一凸台(21),同时,该连接玻璃(20)的左右两侧面上分别设有一热弯钢玻璃(30),该2个热弯钢玻璃(30)的中间向外凸、上下两个侧边向内延伸,且该2个热弯钢玻璃(30)的上下两侧边分别顶在对应的凸台(21)上,以及,钢化玻璃(10)和连接玻璃(20)中间、钢化玻璃(10)和热弯钢玻璃(30)中间、连接玻璃(20)和热弯钢玻璃(30)中间均通过防弹玻璃胶(40)予以填充和连接;以及
相邻的防弹单元中的热弯钢玻璃(30)的弯曲走向相互垂直。
2.根据权利要求1所述的普通型防弹玻璃,其特征在于:所述热弯钢玻璃(30)的中部和该连接玻璃(20)的中部之间的间距为2~5mm。
