    本发明涉及振动筛，特别是一种应用在待筛物料的进口的进料双层筛。
背景技术：
    现在的小型振动筛，种类很多，尤其是进料筛，更是种类繁多，其中最常用的是采用编织网筛板进行筛分的进料筛，这种进料筛为了保护编织网筛板，在筛机的进料口一般会安装有一块盲板，这样可以减小物料在落向筛板时对编织网筛板的冲击，避免编织网筛板被反复冲压而损坏，这样就可以延长编织网筛板的使用寿命；但是由于这样的结构，会减小编织网筛板与物料的接触面积，使进料筛的筛分效率受到影响，不利于进料筛的使用。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是设计一种结构合理，使用效果好的进料双层筛。
本发明的技术方案是，一种进料双层筛，它包括筛体，编织网筛板，其特征在于：在筛体的进料口下部安装有网格状筛板，在网格状筛板的下部安装有编织网筛板。所述的网格状筛板是用金属材质制成。
本发明结构合理，能够有效的筛机的编织网筛板，并且不影响编织网筛板的筛分效率。

结合附图详细描述实施例，本发明的实施例是，一种进料双层筛，它包括筛体1，编织网筛板4，在筛体的进料口2下部安装有网格状筛板3，在网格状筛板的下部安装有编织网筛板；本实施例所述的网格状筛板是用金属材质制成。本发明在进料口下部，编织网筛板的上部加装了网格状筛板，这样的网格状筛板可以对从入料口下落的物料进行初步筛分并经受物料冲击，这样既能保护筛机的编织网筛板，还不影响编织网筛板的筛分效率。
本发明筛分效果好，结构简单合理，可以应用于多种物料的筛分。
