本发明公开了一种缓解疲劳的足浴包，由以下重量份数的原料制成：白芍12-25份、当归根10-18份、地骨皮12-19份、栀子花6-15份、玉竹9-16份、蒿本6-15份和鲮鲤粉末8-19份。本发明的足浴包不仅具有缓解疲劳，还具有舒筋活血、祛风除湿、防止感冒、杀菌止痒、去除脚气等功效；采用中药泡脚，从足部给药，通过皮肤黏膜吸收和药液的温热熏洗使药物离子迅速进入到血液中，并随血液循环快速输布到全身，直接作用于患处，充分发挥药物的有效成份，从而达到治疗和保健的目的，无副作用，提高了药物的利用率，治疗和保健效果都十分显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种缓解疲劳的足浴包，属于日用领域。  
背景技术
足浴疗法属足疗诸法中的一种，也同属中医外治法。在中医文化中，足浴疗法源远流长，它源于我国远古时代，是人们在长期的社会实践中的知识积累和经验总结，至今已有3000 多年的历史传统。虽然中华文明史已历经数千年的演变，但这一中华传统保健术之精华并未因此而被人们遗弃，相反它不但被继承下来，而且得到了更大的发展。现有的足浴包通常功能单一，一般只有缓解疲劳的功能，无法同时做到舒筋活血、祛风除湿、防止感冒、杀菌止痒、去除脚气等功效。
发明内容
    针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种缓解疲劳的足浴包，具有舒筋活血、祛风除湿、防止感冒、杀菌止痒、去除脚气等功效。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采取的技术方案是，一种缓解疲劳的足浴包，由以下重量份数的原料制成：
白芍12-25份、当归根10-18份、地骨皮12-19份、栀子花6-15份、玉竹9-16份、蒿本6-15份和鲮鲤粉末8-19份。
优化的，上述缓解疲劳的足浴包，由以下重量份数的原料制成：
白芍18-22份、当归根12-15份、地骨皮15-18份、栀子花8-12份、玉竹11-14份、蒿本12-14份和鲮鲤粉末15-17份。
优化的，上述缓解疲劳的足浴包，由以下重量份数的原料制成：
白芍12份、当归根10份、地骨皮12份、栀子花6份、玉竹9份、蒿本6份和鲮鲤粉末8份。

白芍25份、当归根18份、地骨皮19份、栀子花15份、玉竹16份、蒿本15份和鲮鲤粉末19份。
实施例3
本发明为一种缓解疲劳的足浴包，由以下重量份数的原料制成：
白芍15.5份、当归根14.3份、地骨皮15.6份、栀子花12.2份、玉竹13.4份、蒿本11.9份和鲮鲤粉末16.2份。
