本发明公开了一种智能模拟配电箱,箱体内部设有一个竖直固定板,固定板正面上排并列设有智能配变终端单元、电容器单元、下排设有进出线单元,固定板反面设有计量测量单元,箱体侧壁设有进线孔;其中进出线单元包括塑壳断路器、接线盒、电压端子、电流端子、接线端子、微型断路器、温度继电器、投切开关;计量测量单元包括智能电能表、计量电流互感器、监测电流互感器、第一路电容器电流互感器、第二路电容器电流互感器、剩余电流动作保护器;智能配变终端单元包括智能配变终端、电源指示灯、散热风扇;电容器单元包括自愈式电力电容器、电容器指示灯。本发明具有停电次数少、供电连续性好的优点。

一种智能模拟配电箱
技术领域
本发明属于农村电网技术领域,特别是一种智能模拟配电箱。
背景技术
中国农村电网经过大规模农村电网改造,已具备了一定的基础,但还普遍存在基础设施投入不足,网架结构不很合理,科技手段相对落后的特点,建设农村智能化电网还需要根据农村电网的特点,经济实惠、注重实效,分阶段进行建设。
目前,国内外对基于农网智能型低压配电箱的农网智能配电系统及用户负荷和计量的相关技能的教学与培训,仅是采取师傅带徒弟的方式进行现场教育和操作演示,由于现场情况的单一性,师傅无法演示农网智能型低压配电箱故障、单三相计量用户及主站软件系统存在的问题及解决方式,只能采取出现问题解决问题的教导方式,这样就存在不能够对农网智能型低压配电箱运行中可能发生的故障现象进行再现,同时农网智能配变终端软件测试操作数据具有单一性,无法实现对多位学员进行个性化考核,这种教学方式不利于学员的理解和学习,在教学实践中诟病颇多。随着智能电网的发展,特别是农网智能化升级改造的大面积推广后,存在人员对新设备新产品不了解不熟悉,同时由于相应岗位工作人员技能水平参差不齐,造成设备安装与运行时存在问题。传统的配电箱扩展耗时长、工序多,调试比较困难,质量难以保证,配电部分和无功功率补偿部分混合在一起,维修不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能够满足农网营销配电人员进行农网智能低压台区系统的安装、调试、维护需求的智能模拟配电箱。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:一种智能模拟配电箱,箱体内部设有一个竖直固定板,将箱体分割为前后两部分腔体,其中箱体内部固定板正面上排并列设有第二功能单元、第三功能单元、下排设有第四功能单元,固定板反面设有第一功能单元,箱体侧壁设有进线孔;
所述第一功能单元为计量测量单元、第二功能单元为智能配变终端单元、第三功能单元为电容器单元、第四功能单元为进出线单元,其中进出线单元包括塑壳断路器、接线盒、电压端子、电流端子、接线端子、微型断路器、温度继电器、投切开关;计量测量单元包括智能电能表、计量电流互感器、监测电流互感器、第一路电容器电流互感器、第二路电容器电流互感器、剩余电流动作保护器;智能配变终端单元包括智能配变终端、电源指示灯、散热风扇;电容器单元包括自愈式电力电容器、电容器指示灯。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点为:(1)扩展快速、工序少,调试简易,配电部分和无功功率补偿部分分开设置,维修方便;(2)具有停电次数少、供电连续性好的优点;(3)提高了农网营销配电运行工现场安装、运行、检修技能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
结合图1,本发明智能模拟配电箱,箱体内部设有一个竖直固定板,将箱体分割为前后两部分腔体,其中箱体内部固定板正面上排并列设有第二功能单元、第三功能单元、下排设有第四功能单元,固定板反面设有第一功能单元,箱体侧壁设有进线孔;
所述第一功能单元为计量测量单元、第二功能单元为智能配变终端单元、第三功能单元为电容器单元、第四功能单元为进出线单元,其中进出线单元包括塑壳断路器、接线盒、电压端子、电流端子、接线端子、微型断路器、温度继电器、投切开关;计量测量单元包括智能电能表、计量电流互感器、监测电流互感器、第一路电容器电流互感器、第二路电容器电流互感器、剩余电流动作保护器;智能配变终端单元包括智能配变终端、电源指示灯、散热风扇;电容器单元包括自愈式电力电容器、电容器指示灯。
所述箱体的长为700mm,深为500mm,高为1400mm。
所述计量测量单元的智能电能表为DTZ系列,三相四线3×220V。
所述散热风扇规格为:45℃风扇运转,30℃停止运转。
所述箱体的材料为不锈钢、钢板喷涂或者玻璃纤维增强型不饱和聚酯树脂材料SMC。
1)智能模拟配电箱箱体:
结合图1,所述智能模拟配电箱箱体设计采用国网标准型II型配电箱(立式箱体,容量为:200kVA/400A)箱体设计,按照功能划分成进出线单元、计量/测量单元、智能配变终端单元、电容器单元等,具体箱体设计可参见《Q/GDW 614-2011农网智能型低压配电箱功能规范和技术条件》。箱体内部主要部件配置清单如表1所示。

2)进出线单元;
配电单元的主接线采用架空进线1路,低压出线3路,出线回路其中2路为接入电能表及模拟负荷回路,另1路作为备用回路。出线开关选用剩余漏电动作断路器。进线开关可加电动操作机构,实现进线开关的遥控分合闸功能。
进线负荷开关采用真实的开关设计,进出线端配置带有电动操作机构的低压塑壳断路器(剩余电流动作保护器),并具备明显断开标识,剩余电流动作保护器具备通信功能和短路分断能力,能够根据配电变压器容量或实际负荷调整过载保护值,具备自动重合闸功能。漏电动作电流为30~500mA可调,突变剩余动作电流30~75mA可调。
设备加载接入:在进线断路器进线端接入智能负荷模拟电源,智能负荷模拟电源输出电压、电流值可以连续调节,调节细读为0.1V和0.01A,输出电流值三相可单独设置。电压档位为3×220V,电流档位为1A,1.5A,2.5A,5A。
3)农网智能配变终端;
智能配变终端采用的智能配变终端满足Q/GDW 615-2011《农网智能配变终端功能规范和技术条件》的标准要求,在农网智能配变终端交采二次回路接入故障模拟器,模拟回路电压错相序、电压断线;电流错相序,电流开路,电流短路等简单的接线故障。在智能配变终端485通讯及输出控制回路增加故障模拟,模拟终端的通讯故障及控制故障,供学员查找与分析。
4)计量/测量表计:
在箱体内部分隔出专为智能电能表(包括二次接线盒)以及专为计量互感器安装使用的计量独立空间,智能电能表选择符合Q/GDW 358标准要求,选配精度不低于0.5S级的计量电流互感器。二次回路接线选用符合规范要求的单股铜导线。
计量回来故障加载接入:在计量表计回路接入0.5S级5:5的标准电流互感器,在互感器二次回路与联合接线盒之间接入故障模拟器,实现计量回路电压错相序、电压断线;电流错相序,电流开路,电流短路等简单的接线故障。
5)无功补偿回路:
无功补偿回路可以实现三相共补或分相动态补偿,共补电容器采用三角型接线,分补电容器采用星形接线,无功补偿单元具备过流或速断基本保护功能,快速投切电容器开关达到无触点、无涌流、无过电压投切。
电容器投切开关可以采取RS485通讯口控制。
电容投切模拟:通过设置智能负荷模拟电源输出的电压电流之间的夹角,使电容投切,通过测试电容接入的回路数,重新调整能负荷模拟电源输出的电压电流之间的夹角值,达到无功补偿的目的。

1.一种智能模拟配电箱,其特征在于,箱体内部设有一个竖直固定板,将箱体分割为前后两部分腔体,其中箱体内部固定板正面上排并列设有第二功能单元、第三功能单元、下排设有第四功能单元,固定板反面设有第一功能单元,箱体侧壁设有进线孔;
所述第一功能单元为计量测量单元、第二功能单元为智能配变终端单元、第三功能单元为电容器单元、第四功能单元为进出线单元,其中进出线单元包括塑壳断路器、接线盒、电压端子、电流端子、接线端子、微型断路器、温度继电器、投切开关;计量测量单元包括智能电能表、计量电流互感器、监测电流互感器、第一路电容器电流互感器、第二路电容器电流互感器、剩余电流动作保护器;智能配变终端单元包括智能配变终端、电源指示灯、散热风扇;电容器单元包括自愈式电力电容器、电容器指示灯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能模拟配电箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的长为700mm,深为500mm,高为1400mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能模拟配电箱,其特征在于,所述计量测量单元的智能电能表为DTZ系列,三相四线3×220V。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能模拟配电箱,其特征在于,所述散热风扇规格为:45℃风扇运转,30℃停止运转。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能模拟配电箱,其特征在于,所述箱体的材料为不锈钢、钢板喷涂或者玻璃纤维增强型不饱和聚酯树脂材料SMC。
