本发明涉及一种电容监控型电瓶,本电容监控型电瓶包括有电池组和壳体;在所述壳体内壁和所述电池组外壁所包围的空腔内充满有绝缘的冷却液;在所述壳体的上端面安装有排液筒;所述排液筒上端安装有由绝缘材料做成的筒盖,在所述筒盖的下表面粘附有导电层;在所述排液筒内安装有仅可沿所述排液筒的筒壁上下滑动的封液板;在所述电瓶的外部安装有电容测量仪,所述电容测量仪分别电性连接所述筒壁和所述导电层;所述电容测量仪电性连接电源和警报器;该电瓶能够监控电瓶的状态,当发生微小鼓包时能够及时通知用户改正操作。

本发明涉及一种电动车配件,特别的,是一种电瓶。
背景技术
随着人们对环保意识的加强,电动车逐渐成为人们短途出行的主要交通工具之一;衡量电动车质量高低的一个主要标准就是电瓶的好坏,常见的电动车上使用的电瓶为铅酸蓄电池;这种电瓶在使用过程中很容易出现鼓包现象,而鼓包现象一部分原因是由于生产不过关,还有一部分原因则是人们操作不规范,不注意电池的保养;由于电池密封在内部,电池有小幅度鼓包时,人们无法察觉,继续错误的操作,这会加速电瓶的衰老,最终使得电瓶提前报废。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种电容监控型电瓶,该电瓶能够监控电瓶的状态,当发生微小鼓包时能够及时通知用户改正操作。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:本电容监控型电瓶包括有电池组和壳体;所述电池组固定安装在壳体的内部,所述壳体通过热封方式密封固定;在所述壳体内壁和所述电池组外壁所包围的空腔内充满有绝缘的冷却液;在所述壳体的上端面安装有排液筒;所述排液筒上端安装有由绝缘材料做成的筒盖,在所述筒盖的下表面粘附有导电层,该导电层连通至所述筒盖的上端面;在所述排液筒内安装有仅可沿所述排液筒的筒壁上下滑动的封液板;所述封液板和所述筒壁由导电材料制作,且两者保持电性接触;所述导电层不与所述筒壁电性接触;在所述封液板和所述筒盖之间填充有绝缘弹性介质;在所述电瓶的外部安装有电容测量仪,所述电容测量仪分别电性连接所述筒壁和所述导电层;所述电容测量仪电性连接电源和警报器。
本发明的有益效果是:所述封液板与所述导电层形成电容,固定在所述壳体的上端面;电源与电容测量仪始终保持连接所述筒壁和所述导电层;正常情况下,所述封液板和导电层所形成的电容容值固定;当壳体内部的电池组出现鼓包时,所述壳体内壁和所述电池组外壁所包围的空腔的体积减小,所述空腔内部的冷却液会有从排液筒排出的趋势,此时封液板在冷却液的推动下向所述筒盖运动,此时封液板与导电层之间的距离减小,封液板与导电层之间的电容值将发生变化,电容测量仪捕捉到变化的电容值后将信号传递给警报器,及时通知用户调整操作;有效防止因操作不当造成的电瓶鼓包严重。
作为优选,所述排液筒的直径小于1cm;较小的直径能够更精确的测量出电瓶内部体积的变化,使监测更灵敏。
作为优选,所述绝缘弹性介质为涤纶薄片;以便增加电容的介电常数,使得电容变化更灵敏。

具体实施方式
实施例
在图1、图2所示的实施例中,本电容监控型电瓶包括有电池组2和壳体1;所述电池组2固定安装在壳体1的内部,所述壳体1通过热封方式密封固定;在所述壳体1内壁和所述电池组2外壁所包围的空腔内充满有绝缘的冷却液6;在所述壳体1的上端面安装有直径小于1cm的排液筒3;所述排液筒3上端安装有由绝缘材料做成的筒盖31,在所述筒盖31的下表面粘附有导电层311,该导电层311连通至所述筒盖31的上端面;在所述排液筒3内安装有仅可沿所述排液筒3的筒壁32上下滑动的封液板5;所述封液板5和所述筒壁32由导电材料制作,且两者保持电性接触;所述导电层311不与所述筒壁32电性接触;在所述封液板5和所述筒盖31之间填充有涤纶薄片7;在所述电瓶的外部安装有电容测量仪4,所述电容测量仪4分别电性连接所述筒壁32和所述导电层311;所述电容测量仪4电性连接电源和警报器。
本电容监控型电瓶的所述封液板5与所述导电层311形成电容;电源与电容测量仪4始终保持连接所述筒壁32和所述导电层311,所述筒壁32与所述封液板5为电性连接,即电容测量仪4连接电容的两极;正常情况下,所述封液板5和导电层311所形成的电容容值固定;当壳体1内部的电池组2出现鼓包时,所述壳体1内壁和所述电池组2外壁所包围的空腔的体积减小,所述空腔内部的冷却液会有从排液筒3排出的趋势,此时封液板5在冷却液的推动下向所述筒盖31运动,此时封液板5与导电层31之间的距离减小,所述涤纶薄片7发生弹性形变并变得更加紧致;封液板5与导电层31之间的电容值发生变化,电容测量仪4捕捉到变化的电容值后将信号传递给警报器,及时通知用户调整操作;有效防止因操作不当造成的电瓶鼓包严重。
传统的电瓶在出现微小鼓包时,肉眼很难察觉,当发现电瓶鼓包时,电瓶已经接近报废;本电容监控型电瓶结构简单,电池组2外部的冷却液6能够起到良好的降温作用,壳体1上端面的排液筒3能够灵敏的监测电瓶内部鼓包情况;当发生微小鼓包时即可提醒用户;通过调节电容测量仪4的临界电容值,即可调节警报的灵敏度,同时可以通过观察电容测量仪4处的电容值实时了解电瓶内部的鼓包情况。

1.一种电容监控型电瓶,本电容监控型电瓶包括有电池组(2)和壳体(1);所述电池组(2)固定安装在壳体(1)的内部,所述壳体(1)通过热封方式密封固定;其特征在于:在所述壳体(1)内壁和所述电池组(2)外壁所包围的空腔内充满有绝缘的冷却液(6);在所述壳体(1)的上端面安装有排液筒(3),所述排液筒(3)的直径小于1cm;所述排液筒(3)上端安装有由绝缘材料做成的筒盖(31),在所述筒盖(31)的下表面粘附有导电层(311),该导电层(311)连通至所述筒盖(31)的上端面;在所述排液筒(3)内安装有仅可沿所述排液筒(3)的筒壁(32)上下滑动的封液板(5);所述封液板(5)和所述筒壁(32)由导电材料制作,且两者保持电性接触;所述导电层(311)不与所述筒壁(32)电性接触;在所述封液板(5)和所述筒盖(31)之间填充有绝缘弹性介质;在所述电瓶的外部安装有电容测量仪(4),所述电容测量仪(4)分别电性连接所述筒壁(32)和所述导电层(311);所述电容测量仪(4)电性连接电源和警报器。
