Abstract

本发明公开了一种背光源模块化的液晶显示器,包括液晶显示板以及设置液晶显示板背面的背光源,所述液晶显示板为整块的方形结构,所述背光源由m乘n块背光单元拼接而成的形状大小与液晶显示板匹配的模块化结构,其中,m、n中的至少一个大于等于2,背光源的背面设有连接支架,背光单元固定安装于连接支架上。本发明的背光源由模块化的背光单元拼接而成,能够组装得到不同尺寸液晶显示器所需的背光源结构,使用灵活;背光单元能够独立生产制造以及独立组装,降低制造难度和制造成本,同时便于运输。

一种背光源模块化的液晶显示器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液晶显示器。
背景技术
液晶显示器结构主要由液晶显示板以及背后的背光源组成。传统的液晶显示器中背光源是整体结构,对于大尺寸液晶显示器,背光源体积大,生产制造难度高,成本高,运输组装困难,同时,与背光源配套的光学膜片和光学零部件也要求尺寸很大。
发明内容
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种背光源模块化的液晶显示器,具有生产制造难度低、成本小、运输方便的优点。
本发明为解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种背光源模块化的液晶显示器,包括液晶显示板以及设置液晶显示板背面的背光源,所述液晶显示板为整块的方形结构,所述背光源由m乘n块背光单元拼接而成的形状大小与液晶显示板匹配的模块化结构,其中,m、n中的至少一个大于等于2,背光源的背面设有连接支架,背光单元固定安装于连接支架上。
作为优选的实施方式,所述连接支架为与背光源匹配的m乘n格状支架结构,背光单元的边缘锁紧到连接支架上。
作为优选的实施方式,所述背光单元之间紧密贴合无间隙。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的背光源由模块化的背光单元拼接而成,能够组装得到不同尺寸液晶显示器所需的背光源结构,使用灵活;背光单元能够独立生产制造以及独立组装,降低制造难度和制造成本,同时便于运输。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明的液晶显示器包括液晶显示板1和背光源2。与传统的产品结构类似,液晶显示板1为整块的方形结构。本发明的特点在于背光源2采用模块化结构实现,具体地,背光源2由多块背光单元21拼接而成,背光单元21按照m乘n的阵列排列,拼接而成后得到的整体形状大小与液晶显示板1匹配相同。背光源2的背后设有连接支架3,背光单元21固定到连接支架3上。此连接支架3一般采用与背光源匹配的m乘n格状支架结构实现,安装时背光单元21的边缘锁紧到连接支架上。在具体实施例中,背光单元21的边缘可以采用粘胶的方式粘紧到连接支架上,也可以采用螺钉锁紧到连接支架的螺孔上。
在图1的实施例中,背光单元21的数量为4个,按照2x2的阵列排列,连接支架3为匹配的田字形结构,背光单元21的边缘分别固定到田字形结构的支架边上。
本发明适用于大尺寸液晶电视机上,其制造难度低,批量生产方便,运输方便,制造设备成本低,整机安装难度低,结构简单,操作方便,整机拆卸方便,模块化后的电视机维修成本低,如果一个背光单元损坏,只需要更换该个背光单元即可。

1.一种背光源模块化的液晶显示器,包括液晶显示板以及设置液晶显示板背面的背光源,其特征在于:所述液晶显示板为整块的方形结构,所述背光源由m乘n块背光单元拼接而成的形状大小与液晶显示板匹配的模块化结构,其中,m、n中的至少一个大于等于2,背光源的背面设有连接支架,背光单元固定安装于连接支架上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种背光源模块化的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述连接支架为与背光源匹配的m乘n格状支架结构,背光单元的边缘锁紧到连接支架上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种背光源模块化的液晶显示器,其特征在于:所述背光单元之间紧密贴合无间隙。
