本发明公开了一种多功能耐腐蚀防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:二乙二醇10~30 份;钼酸钠5~10份;丙三醇3~10份;磷酸2 ~8 份;羊毛脂 1~3份;氯化钠 4~5份;聚氧乙烯 2~4份;醋酸乙烯酯 0.3~0.5份;聚磺化苯乙烯1~5份;磷酸二氢钾1~10份;去离子水10~20份。本发明多功能耐腐蚀防冻液的优点是:本发明耐蚀防冻液组分中的苯并三氮唑等杂环化合物通过有机类缓蚀剂分子上的反应基团和腐蚀过程中生成的金属表面的铝离子相互作用而形成沉淀膜或不溶性配合物膜而起到缓蚀作用,本发明用粘度不大的丙二醇和丙三醇从而保证了太阳能系统的换热效果。

一种多功能耐腐蚀防冻液
技术领域
本发明属于金属的腐蚀和防护技术领域,尤其是一种多功能耐腐蚀防冻液。
背景技术
目前,世界各国对防冻液专利申请比较多,主要成分为乙二醇和水,并加入防腐剂、防锈剂、稳定剂、颜色染色剂,个别的还加入了防渗剂,例如中国专利201110252501.5,但是缓蚀剂组分中含有的亚硝酸钾,对人体健康是有害的。若单就对碳钢的缓蚀效果而言,铬酸盐,尤其是配合以聚磷酸盐和锌盐的铬酸盐,至今仍然是缓蚀剂中最为理想者。美国在相当程度上仍在应用着它。但铬酸盐有毒,对环境造成污染。因此,在世界范围内己逐渐为( 聚) 磷酸盐所取代。但是,磷酸盐是水中微生物的营养源,它的排放会造成水体富营养化,结果,从另一方面对环境造成污染。因此,对环境及人体无危害的环境友好型缓蚀剂的研究和开发已经成为目前缓蚀剂研究领域的一个重要的方向。经研究认为稀土有望成为铬酸盐的替代品,而我国又是世界上稀土矿资源最为丰富、品种较全的国家,但是,单纯稀土作为缓蚀剂用量大,效果也不是很稳定。
发明内容
 针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种稳定性好且环保,
又能对铝合金和碳钢的缓蚀效率都达到90%以上的多功能耐腐蚀防冻液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种多功能耐腐蚀防冻液,由以下重量份的成份组成:
二乙二醇                        10~30 份;
钼酸钠                           5 ~10 份;
丙三醇                           3~10份;
磷酸                            2 ~8 份;
羊毛脂                       1~3份;
氯化钠                       4~5份;
聚氧乙烯                     2~4份;
醋酸乙烯酯                   0.3~0.5份;
聚磺化苯乙烯                      1~5份;
磷酸二氢钾                        1~10份;
去离子水                          10~20份。
本发明多功能耐腐蚀防冻液的优点是:本发明耐蚀防冻液组分中的苯并三氮唑等杂环化合物通过有机类缓蚀剂分子上的反应基团和腐蚀过程中生成的金属表面的铝离子相互作用而形成沉淀膜或不溶性配合物膜而起到缓蚀作用,本发明用粘度不大的丙二醇和丙三醇从而保证了太阳能系统的换热效果,且对铝合金和碳钢的缓蚀效率都达到90 %以上,具有适用性强,投资少,对环境友好,不需附加设备等优点。

二乙二醇                        10~30 份;
钼酸钠                           5 ~10 份;
丙三醇                           3~10份;

聚氧乙烯                     2~4份;
醋酸乙烯酯                     0.3~0.5份;
聚磺化苯乙烯                      1~5份;
磷酸二氢钾                        1~10份;
去离子水                          10~20份。
