背景技术

肾炎的主要表现：乏力、腰部疼痛、纳差、肉眼血尿、水肿、高血压、肾功能异常、尿量减少（部分患者少尿）、充血性心力衰竭等，肾炎患者一般会严重影响其工作，学习，而且危害身体，严重者造成肾功能衰竭，需要及时治疗，并且根除。

一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄20~30g，猪苓6~8g，茯苓6~8g，黄芪10~20g，萹蓄9~12g，白花蛇舌草20~30g，益母草20~30g，杜仲10~15g，红花8~10g，蒲公英8~10g，桂枝10~12g，生地10~15g，肉桂8~10g及若干辅药。
优选的，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄30g，猪苓8g，茯苓6g，黄芪15g，萹蓄9g，白花蛇舌草20g，益母草25g，杜仲10g，红花8g，蒲公英8g，桂枝10g，生地12g，肉桂8g，辅药：山药15g，枸杞子15g，丹皮15g，连翘30g，大青叶15g，丹参15g，女贞子25g，石韦25g，旱莲草15g。
优选的，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄20g，猪苓6g，茯苓8g，黄芪10g，萹蓄11g，白花蛇舌草25g，益母草30g，杜仲12g，红花9g，蒲公英9g，桂枝11g，生地15g，肉桂9g，辅药：制附子10g，茯苓15g，白术炒15g，山药炒30g，生姜10g。
优选的，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄25g，猪苓7g，茯苓7g，黄芪20g，萹蓄12g，白花蛇舌草30g，益母草20g，杜仲15g，红花10g，蒲公英10g，桂枝12g，生地10g，肉桂10g，辅药：白茅根50g，赤小豆60 g，桑白皮15 g。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明中药组合物是一种新的治疗肾炎的中药配方，该配方中药种类少，成本低廉，对身体无毒副作用，能够标本兼治，能够药到病除，彻底除根，治愈后无复发现象，药效见效快，身体的负担较小，而且该新的中药组合物还具有调理身体机能的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案做进一步的描述。
一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄20~30g，猪苓6~8g，茯苓6~8g，黄芪10~20g，萹蓄9~12g，白花蛇舌草20~30g，益母草20~30g，杜仲10~15g，红花8~10g，蒲公英8~10g，桂枝10~12g，生地10~15g，肉桂8~10g及若干辅药。
过路黄：清热利湿、消肿解毒、祛风散寒，归肝经、胆经、肾经、膀胱经。
猪苓：利水渗湿。用于小便不利，水肿，泄泻，淋浊，带下。
茯苓：具有渗湿利水，健脾和胃，宁心安神的功效。主要治小便不利，水肿胀满等。
黄芪：黄芪是补气的，可治急性肾炎水肿，慢性肾炎水肿、脾肾虚以及气虚衰弱，倦怠乏力等。
萹蓄：主治湿热下注，小便不利，淋沥涩痛等病症，治疗尿路感染和肾炎。
白花蛇舌草：清热解毒，消痈散结，利尿除湿，用于湿热水肿、热淋、黄疸等。
益母草：可活血调经，利尿消肿，可用于水肿尿少，肾炎水肿等。
杜仲：功效补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、调理冲任、固经安胎。 治疗肾阳虚引起的腰腿痛或酸软无力。肝气虚引起的胞胎不固，阴囊湿痒等症
红花：功能主治活血通经、散瘀止痛等。
蒲公英：清热解毒、消肿散结、通淋利尿。
桂枝：具有补元阳、通血脉、暖脾胃之功效，常与补肝肾药、补气血药配伍，治疗肾阳不足、命门火衰、肢冷脉微，与其它温里药配伍治疗脘腹冷痛、寒痹腰痛，具有明显的镇痛和抗癌防癌的作用。
生地：清热凉血，用于温热病之高热、口渴、舌红绛等。
肉桂：可活血化瘀。
实施例一：一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄30g，猪苓8g，茯苓6g，黄芪15g，萹蓄9g，白花蛇舌草20g，益母草25g，杜仲10g，红花8g，蒲公英8g，桂枝10g，生地12g，肉桂8g，辅药：山药15g，枸杞子15g，丹皮15g，连翘30g，大青叶15g，丹参15g，女贞子25g，石韦25g，旱莲草15g。
实施例二：一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄20g，猪苓6g，茯苓8g，黄芪10g，萹蓄11g，白花蛇舌草25g，益母草30g，杜仲12g，红花9g，蒲公英9g，桂枝11g，生地15g，肉桂9g，辅药：制附子10g，茯苓15g，白术炒15g，山药炒30g，生姜10g。
实施例三：一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄25g，猪苓7g，茯苓7g，黄芪20g，萹蓄12g，白花蛇舌草30g，益母草20g，杜仲15g，红花10g，蒲公英10g，桂枝12g，生地10g，肉桂10g，辅药：白茅根50g，赤小豆60 g，桑白皮15 g。
具体的病例治愈介绍：
徐××，女，26岁，主诉：以往诊断治疗经过及效果:肾小球肾炎，查：乏力、腰部疼痛、肾功能异常、尿量减少等症状，遂开处方：过路黄30g，猪苓8g，茯苓6g，黄芪15g，萹蓄9g，白花蛇舌草20g，益母草25g，杜仲10g，红花8g，蒲公英8g，桂枝10g，生地12g，肉桂8g的中药组合物，水煎服下10剂，一个月半来复诊，肾功能明显好转，腰部疼痛感消失，尿量增多，为巩固疗效，遂追服原处方，并在原处方的基础上加入山药15g，枸杞子15g，丹皮15g，连翘30g，大青叶15g，丹参15g，女贞子25g，石韦25g，旱莲草15g，服下7剂，一个月后复诊，肾炎痊愈，身体功能正常。
孙××，女，30岁，初诊：表现为高度浮肿，明显蛋白尿，伴面色白、精神萎靡、舌暗胖有齿痕，确诊为慢性肾小球肾炎，遂服用过路黄20g，猪苓6g，茯苓8g，黄芪10g，萹蓄11g，白花蛇舌草25g，益母草30g，杜仲12g，红花9g，蒲公英9g，桂枝11g，生地15g，肉桂9g的中药组合物15剂，两个月后复诊，浮肿消失，面色红润，精神大振，为巩固疗效，遂追服原处方，并在原处方的基础上加入制附子10g，茯苓15g，白术炒15g，山药炒30g，生姜10g，服下5剂，一个月后复诊，肾炎痊愈。
袁××，男，28岁，主诉：尿检又常有少许脓细胞，初诊：体表略有浮肿，遂开处方：过路黄25g，猪苓7g，茯苓7g，黄芪20g，萹蓄12g，白花蛇舌草30g，益母草20g，杜仲15g，红花10g，蒲公英10g，桂枝12g，生地10g，肉桂10g的中药组合物10剂，水煎服下，一个月半后，复诊：已消肿，尿检正常，肾炎痊愈，为了巩固疗效，除根，遂继续服用原处方，并在原处方的基础上加入白茅根50g，赤小豆60 g，桑白皮15 g，后无一次复发，肾炎得到彻底治愈。

1.一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄20~30g，猪苓6~8g，茯苓6~8g，黄芪10~20g，萹蓄9~12g，白花蛇舌草20~30g，益母草20~30g，杜仲10~15g，红花8~10g，蒲公英8~10g，桂枝10~12g，生地10~15g，肉桂8~10g及若干辅药。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄30g，猪苓8g，茯苓6g，黄芪15g，萹蓄9g，白花蛇舌草20g，益母草25g，杜仲10g，红花8g，蒲公英8g，桂枝10g，生地12g，肉桂8g，辅药：山药15g，枸杞子15g，丹皮15g，连翘30g，大青叶15g，丹参15g，女贞子25g，石韦25g，旱莲草15g。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄20g，猪苓6g，茯苓8g，黄芪10g，萹蓄11g，白花蛇舌草25g，益母草30g，杜仲12g，红花9g，蒲公英9g，桂枝11g，生地15g，肉桂9g，辅药：制附子10g，茯苓15g，白术炒15g，山药炒30g，生姜10g。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该组合物按下列配方和重量的中药原料组成：主药：过路黄25g，猪苓7g，茯苓7g，黄芪20g，萹蓄12g，白花蛇舌草30g，益母草20g，杜仲15g，红花10g，蒲公英10g，桂枝12g，生地10g，肉桂10g，辅药：白茅根50g，赤小豆60 g，桑白皮15 g。
