本发明公开了一种复合季铵盐皮肤黏膜消毒剂的复配技术。为了克服传统的单长链和双长链复合季铵盐无法在低浓度时快速杀菌,或需复配其他有效成分才能实现技术指标,传统消毒剂易燃、易挥发失效的问题,本发明是由①0.1%十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,②1-2%乙二醇苯醚,③10-20%异丙醇,④0.1%丙三醇,⑤0.1%维生素原B5,螯合剂,稳定剂,PH调节剂组成的水溶液(1000mg/L),在PH值为6.72弱酸性时0.5分钟杀灭所有指示菌,且杀灭率均大于99.999%,杀菌浓度低,毒性为实际无毒级。不易挥发,保存时间长,无刺激、无致敏性、无色、无味、无黄染、无褪色,免水洗,免介质,运输和使用便捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合季铵盐皮肤粘膜消毒剂复配技术,特别是可广泛应用于军用、医用、民用、灭菌、抗抑菌生产等领域。
背景技术
目前,传统的单长链和双长链复合季铵盐无法在低浓度时快速杀菌,或复配酒精、戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛、乌洛托品、醋酸氯已定等才能达到技术指标。同时,传统消毒剂存在着易燃性和易挥发失效、有刺激、有致敏性的弊端。
发明内容
为了克服传统的单长链和双长链复合季铵盐无法在低浓度时快速杀菌,或复配酒精、戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛、乌洛托品、醋酸氯已定等才能实现技术指标,传统消毒剂易燃性、易挥发失效、有刺激、有致敏性的不足,本发明提供了一种复合季铵盐皮肤粘膜消毒剂复配技术。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明是由①0.1%十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,②1-2%乙二醇苯醚,③10-20%异丙醇,④0.1%丙三醇,⑤0.1%维生素原B5,螯合剂,稳定剂,PH调节剂组成的水溶液(1000mg/L),能有效杀灭真菌、酵母菌、霉菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌和病毒等,杀菌浓度低,毒性为实际无毒级,对破损皮肤、黏膜和眼睛均无刺激性,对不锈钢、铜、铝等材质无腐蚀性,生物降解性好,对环境友好,克服了传统的单长链和双长链复合季铵盐无法在低浓度时快速杀菌,或需复配酒精、戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛、乌洛托品、醋酸氯已定等才能实现技术指标的问题,本发明的水溶液在1000mg/L,PH值为6.72弱酸性时,0.5分钟杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌和病毒等所有指示菌,杀灭率均大于99.999%,本发明可生产军用、医用、民用卫生消毒剂,制备简便,成本低廉,可用于破损皮肤消毒,无挥发,保存时间可长达5年以上,在战争和自然灾害时可直接处理伤口,采用无介质喷涂,免去棉签等介质,克服了传统消毒剂易燃性、易挥发失效、有刺激、有致敏性的弊端,且具有无色、无味、无黄染、无褪色,免水洗,运输和使用便捷等特点。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是,含量低,在PH值为6.72弱酸性时0.5分钟杀灭所有指示菌,且杀灭率均大于99.999%,杀菌浓度低,毒性为实际无毒级。不易挥发,保存时间可长达5年以上。无刺激、无致敏性、无色、无味、无黄染、无褪色,免水洗,免介质,运输和使用便捷。

1.一种复合季铵盐皮肤粘膜消毒剂复配技术,广泛应用于军用、医用、民用、灭菌、抗抑菌生产等领域,其特征在于:本发明是由①0.1%十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,②1-2%乙二醇苯醚,③10-20%异丙醇,④0.1%丙三醇,⑤0.1%维生素原B5,螯合剂,稳定剂,PH调节剂组成的水溶液(1000mg/L),能有效杀灭真菌、酵母菌、霉菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌和病毒等,杀菌浓度低,毒性为实际无毒级,对破损皮肤、黏膜和眼睛均无刺激性,对不锈钢、铜、铝等材质无腐蚀性,生物降解性好,对环境友好,克服了传统的单长链和双长链复合季铵盐无法在低浓度时快速杀菌,或需复配酒精、戊二醛、邻苯二甲醛、乌洛托品、醋酸氯已定等才能实现技术指标的问题,本发明在PH值为6.72弱酸性时,0.5分钟杀灭大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、铜绿假单胞菌和病毒等所有指示菌,杀灭率均大于99.999%,本发明可生产军用、医用、民用卫生消毒剂,制备简便,成本低廉,可用于破损皮肤消毒,无挥发,保存时间可长达5年以上,在战争和自然灾害时可直接处理伤口,采用无介质喷涂,免去棉签等介质,克服了传统消毒剂易燃性、易挥发失效、有刺激、有致敏性的弊端,且具有无色、无味、无黄染、无褪色,免水洗,运输和使用便捷等特点。
