技术领域
本发明涉及一种防治肿瘤的鸡肉肠,尤其是一种配用中药异叶茴芹防治肿瘤的保健鸡肉肠。
背景技术
中医认为,鸡肉有温中益气、补虚填精、健脾胃、活血脉、强筋骨的功效。鸡肉对营养不良、畏寒怕冷、乏力疲劳、月经不调、贫血、虚弱等有很好的食疗作用。鸡肉含有维生素C、E等,蛋白质的含量比例较高,种类多,而且消化率高,很容易被人体吸收利用,有增强体力、强壮身体的作用,另外含有对人体生发育有重要作用的磷脂类,是中国人膳食结构中脂肪和磷脂的重要来源之一。
现有技术没有应用异叶茴芹配制防治肿瘤的保健鸡肉肠,口味单一而且保健功能有其局限性。 如在中国专利信息中心公布的专利申请号为200410000678.6的发明——一种含有虫草的保健品及其制法,该发明公开了一种保健品,由虫草、鸡肉粉、姜粉、盐、冰糖、肉豆蔻、白芷、十三香、胡椒粉组成。在50℃-120℃温度下将虫草烘干、粉碎,再按配方比例加入其他组分、混合,包装成小包。本发明保健品食用方法简便,适应现代社会的快节奏;具有滋肺补肾、止血化痰、扩张气管、镇静、抗各类细菌、降血压等菌效,并具有提高机体免疫功能及抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗炎等功效。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种防治肿瘤的保健鸡肉肠,不仅适用于普通消费者日常食用以预防肿瘤疾病,也适用于肿瘤患者的辅助保健。
技术方案:一种防治肿瘤的鸡肉肠,包括以下原料:鸡肉6-9千克、异叶茴芹中药流浸膏0.5-1.5升、盐0.2千克、糖0.1千克、玉米淀粉0.65千克、变性淀粉0.65千克、大豆分离蛋白0.3千克、水3千克、护色素0.03千克、蛋白胶0.05千克、香精0.02千克、增脆剂0.05千克;所述异叶茴芹中药流浸膏是用异叶茴芹100重量份按中药流浸膏制法制成。
制备方法:1.先把鸡肉放入绞肉机绞碎成肉馅,再把其它配料和水拌匀,倒入肉馅中拌成糊状,腌制2-4小时,进灌肠机;2.将肠衣一端套入灌肠机灌制,灌制要饱满,每20CM一根,两头打扣;3.凉水下锅,开锅后小火煮制20分钟即熟,取出风干即可。
实验研究:证实异叶茴芹中药流浸膏对小鼠肝癌(H22)动物肝癌模型有明显的抑瘤作用;异叶茴芹中药流浸膏具有增强小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的作用,并对K562和A549细胞周期具有阻滞作用,对K562和HepG2细胞促进凋亡作用,在蛋白质水平和mRNA水平对K562细胞中促凋亡基因BAX均有上调作用,对K562细胞和HepG2细胞增殖和端粒酶基因的表达具有显著抑制作用,由此表明异叶茴芹具有明显的抗肿瘤作用。
实验方法:异叶茴芹流浸膏是用异叶茴芹按中药流浸膏制法制成异叶茴芹流浸膏。建立小鼠肝癌(H22)动物移植肿瘤模型,随机将小鼠分为正常组、模型组、阳性组、药物小、中、大剂量组并分别给药,实验结束后,进行抑瘤率、胸腺指数、脾指数、肿瘤组织病理等相关指标检测,结果:异叶茴芹流浸膏对荷瘤小鼠的肿瘤生长有明显抑制作用,低、中、高剂量组的抑瘤率分别为31.08%、42.36%和46.20%,呈现良好的量效关系。病理学观察显示,模型组肿瘤细胞生长旺盛,而各用药组则出现不同程度的肿瘤细胞坏死,结论:异叶茴芹流浸膏对小鼠肝癌(H22)动物肝癌模型有明显的抑瘤作用。
异叶茴芹按《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2003版)中“食品安全性毒理学评价试验”进行实验,结果表明急性毒性试验小鼠经口LD50>20g/kg,属实际无毒,长期毒理学研究结果证实:异叶茴芹的大鼠30日喂养试验,未见试验动物出现中毒症状,大体解剖及组织观察未见异常病理改变。对大鼠体重、进食量、食物利用率、血象、血生化均无明显影响。异叶茴芹高剂量组雌、雄性动物的剂量为人体推荐剂量(60mg/kg BW/d)120倍。证实中草药异叶茴芹长期服用是安全无毒的。
临床验证,分实验组和对照组:实验组采用本发明的异叶茴芹流浸膏治疗三个疗程(90天)后,与对照组(采用化疗和放疗)治疗三个疗程后相比,采用本发明的异叶茴芹流浸膏治疗的实验组中晚期肿瘤治疗的总有效率为94.2%,对照组对中晚期肿瘤治疗的总有效率为65.8%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组。
1、病例选择:选择符合中晚期肿瘤诊断标准的病例240例,病人随机分成两组,治疗组120例,其中男66例(肝癌16例、肺癌14例、胃癌13例、食道癌9例、脑瘤6例、直肠癌3例、恶性淋巴癌5例),女54例(肝癌10例、肺癌10例、胃癌10例、食道癌8例、脑瘤5例、直肠癌6例、恶性淋巴癌5例);年龄22~78岁,平均年龄50.1岁;病程3~18个月,平均9.2个月。对照组120例,其中男64例(肝癌11例、肺癌17例、胃癌10、直肠癌8例、膀胱癌6例、食道癌6例、脑瘤3例、恶性淋巴癌3例),女56例(肝癌9例、肺癌10例、胃癌9例、直肠癌5例、食道癌6例、脑瘤3例、乳腺癌4例、宫颈癌3例、卵巢癌3例、恶性淋巴癌4例);年龄25~80岁,平均年龄51.3岁;病程3~18个月,平均8.9个月。两组资历基本一致,无显著性差异,具有可比性。
2、治疗组患者服用本发明的异叶茴芹流浸膏,成人口服一次10-15毫升,一日3次,30天为一疗程;连续服用90天。对照组采用化疗和放疗。
3、判断标准: 显效:肿瘤瘤体缩小5%以上,自觉症状明显改善,主要症状消失;有效:肿瘤瘤体缩小2~5%,临床症状明显改善; 改善:肿瘤瘤体维持原来大小,临床症状改善;无效:肿瘤瘤体继续增长及临床症状无改善或加重。
4、结果:服用本发明的治疗组中,显效:63例,有效30例,改善20例,无效7例,总有效率94.2%;对照组中显效45例,有效23例,改善10例,无效42例,总有效率65.0%;治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组。
作为优化,本发明一种防治肿瘤的鸡肉肠,包括以下原料:鸡肉6-9千克、异叶茴芹中药流浸膏0.5-1.5升、盐0.2千克、糖0.1千克、玉米淀粉0.65千克、变性淀粉0.65千克、大豆分离蛋白0.3千克、水3千克、护色素0.03千克、蛋白胶0.05千克、香精0.02千克、增脆剂0.05千克;所述异叶茴芹中药流浸膏是用异叶茴芹100份、灯芯草0.2-2份、黄芪5-10份、西洋参5-10份按中药流浸膏制法制成。
异叶茴芹味辛、苦、微甘、性微温;归肺;胃、肝经。功能主治:散风宣肺、理气止痛、消积健脾、活血通经、除湿解毒。主感冒、咳嗽、百日咳、肺痨、肺痈、头痛、头痛、芽痛、脆胁痛、胃气痛、腹胀痛、缩阴冷痛、风湿关节痛、劳伤、骨劳、消化不良、食积、疳积、痧症、泻痢、黄疸、疟疾、月经不调、痛经、经闭、乳肿、目翳、咽肿、痄腮、跌打损伤、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒、蛇虫伤。
灯芯草,微寒、甘、淡;归心、肺、小肠、膀胱经。功效主治:利水通淋、清心降火。
黄芪味甘、温,归心、肺、脾、肾经;功能主治:补气固表、利尿、托毒排脓、生肌敛疮。主治气短心悸、倦怠、乏力、自汗、盗汗、久泻、脱肛、子宫脱垂、体虚浮肿、慢性肾炎、痈疽难溃、或溃久不敛。黄芪有增强机体免疫功能、保肝、利尿、抗衰老、抗应激、降压和较广泛的抗菌作用。能消除实验性肾炎蛋白尿,增强心肌收缩力,调节血糖含量。黄芪不仅能扩张冠状动脉,改善心肌供血,提高免疫功能,而且能够延缓细胞衰老的进程。黄芪食用方便,可煎汤,煎膏,浸酒,入菜肴等。
西洋参味甘、微苦,凉。归心、肺、肾经。功能主治:补气养阴、清热生津。用于气虚阴亏、内热、咳喘痰血、虚热烦倦、消渴、口燥咽干。
本发明优点是:1、口味清新甘醇,增添了鸡肉肠的新口味。选用天然中草药异叶茴芹为原料,使用安全,利用中草药综合防治肿瘤,无明显毒副作用;实验证明异叶茴芹单味中药流浸膏具有抗菌抗病毒、抑癌作用;具有清除癌性毒素、提高机体抗癌的免疫功能;能减轻手术、放疗、化疗的副作用,增强疗效。

具体实施方式
实施例1:一种防治肿瘤的鸡肉肠,包括以下原料:鸡肉6-9千克、异叶茴芹中药流浸膏0.5-1.5升、盐0.2千克、糖0.1千克、玉米淀粉0.65千克、变性淀粉0.65千克、大豆分离蛋白0.3千克、水3千克、护色素0.03千克、蛋白胶0.05千克、香精0.02千克、增脆剂0.05千克;所述异叶茴芹中药流浸膏是用异叶茴芹100重量份按中药流浸膏制法制成。
制备方法:1.先把鸡肉放入绞肉机绞碎成肉馅,再把其它配料和水拌匀,倒入肉馅中拌成糊状,腌制2-4小时,进灌肠机;2.将肠衣一端套入灌肠机灌制,灌制要饱满,每20CM一根,两头打扣;3.凉水下锅,开锅后小火煮制20分钟即熟,取出风干即可。
