Abstract

一种硬盘模组,包括两上下排列的可收容硬盘的硬盘盒,每一硬盘盒包括一托架及一可上下滑动地连接于该托架的上盖,每一上盖包括一位于对应的托架的上方的顶板,上方的硬盘盒的托架固定于下方的硬盘盒的上盖。该硬盘模组的硬盘盒的上盖可上下滑动地连接于托架,滑动上盖可改变顶板与托架的底部之间的距离,进而可使硬盘盒及硬盘模组具有不同高度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种硬盘模组。
背景技术
服务器中会配置大量硬盘以实现数据存储的功能。若干硬盘盒上下堆叠且分别收容这些硬盘。不同类型的服务器的机箱的尺寸不同。针对不同类型的服务器的机箱,硬盘盒的高度需要分别进行相应的设计,较为不便。
发明内容
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种可调节高度的硬盘模组。
一种硬盘模组,包括两上下排列的可收容硬盘的硬盘盒,每一硬盘盒包括一托架及一可上下滑动地连接于该托架的上盖,每一上盖包括一位于对应的托架的上方的顶板,上方的硬盘盒的托架固定于下方的硬盘盒的上盖。
一种硬盘模组,包括一硬盘盒及收容于硬盘盒的硬盘,硬盘盒包括一托架及一可上下滑动地连接于该托架的上盖,上盖包括一位于托架的上方的顶板。
该硬盘模组的硬盘盒的上盖可上下滑动地连接于托架,滑动上盖可改变顶板与托架的底部之间的距离,进而可使硬盘盒及硬盘模组具有不同高度。

具体实施方式
请参照图1及图2,本发明硬盘模组的较佳实施方式包括若干硬盘10及若干分别收容这些硬盘10的硬盘盒20。每一硬盘盒20包括一上盖30及一托架40。
每一硬盘10包括两相对的侧面11。每一侧面11设有两锁孔12。
请一并参照图3,每一上盖30包括一顶板31及自顶板31的两侧垂直向下延伸的两滑板33。该顶板31设有四呈方形排列的卡孔311。该顶板31的一端的中部延伸一凸片312。凸片312设有一通孔313。每一滑板33设有两长形的滑孔332。滑孔332的长度方向垂直于顶板31。该上盖30的其中一滑板33的中部设有一开口334。该开口334包括一垂直于顶板31的侧缘336。该侧缘336的中部朝开口334内延伸一指示部338。每一滑板33的内侧设有若干突起339。
每一托架40包括一底板41、自底板41的两侧垂直向上延伸的两侧板42及自底板41的一端垂直向上延伸的连接该两侧板42的一端板43。底板41向下设有四呈方形排列的L形的卡钩411。每一卡钩411自底板41向下延伸后朝远离端板43的方向延伸。每一侧板42设有两通孔421。该托架40的其中一侧板42的中部设有若干上下排列的刻度线423。刻度线423间的距离可根据需要设置。本实施方式中,相邻刻度线423间的距离设置为m。端板43垂直向外延伸一连接部431。连接部431设有一穿孔432。
请参照图4及图5,以下将说明每一硬盘盒20及对应的硬盘10的组装过程。将硬盘10置于托架40的底板41,硬盘10的锁孔12分别对正托架40的通孔421。将上盖30的两滑板33的突起339分别抵接托架40的两侧板42的外侧。托架40的通孔421分别对正上盖30的滑孔332。上盖30的开口334使托架40的刻度线423外露。该两滑板33沿该两侧板42上下滑动时,顶板31与底板41之间的距离在变化,即硬盘盒20的高度在变化。当滑孔332的顶端对正通孔421的顶缘时,硬盘盒20的高度即顶板31与底板41之间的距离为允许的最小值且该最小值已知,此时指示部338指向最下方的刻度线423;当将顶板31上移m时,指示部338即指向上一刻度线423。因此,根据指示部338指向不同的刻度线423,可知晓硬盘盒20高度的变化值。当上盖30上下滑动时,通孔421沿滑孔332的长度方向相对滑动。当硬盘盒20被调节至所需的高度后,将四第一锁固件60,如螺丝,穿过上盖30的滑孔332及托架40的通孔421后锁入硬盘10的锁孔12,从而完成该硬盘盒20及对应的硬盘10的组装。
请参照图1,这些硬盘盒20上下排列,且上方的硬盘盒20的托架40固定于下方的硬盘盒20的上盖30的顶板31,固定方式如下所述。将托架40的连接部431及顶板31的凸片312朝向前方。将托架40的卡钩411分别穿过上盖30的卡孔311且使托架40支撑于顶板31。向后移动托架40,使卡钩411卡置于卡孔311的边缘。此时连接部431的穿孔432对正凸片312的通孔313。将一第二锁固件70,如螺丝,穿过连接部431的穿孔432及凸片312的通孔313后锁入一螺母,从而使相邻的两硬盘盒20相连接。

Claims (10)

1.一种硬盘模组,包括两上下排列的可收容硬盘的硬盘盒,每一硬盘盒包括一托架及一可上下滑动地连接于该托架的上盖,每一上盖包括一位于对应的托架的上方的顶板,上方的硬盘盒的托架固定于下方的硬盘盒的上盖。
2.如权利要求1所述的硬盘模组,其特征在于:每一上盖还包括自顶板的两侧向下延伸的两滑板,每一托架包括一底板及自底板的两侧向上延伸的两侧板,该两滑板可上下滑动地连接于该两侧板。
3.如权利要求2所述的硬盘模组,其特征在于:每一滑板设有两长形的的滑孔,滑孔的长度方向垂直于顶板,每一侧板对应设有两通孔,若干第一锁固件穿过上盖的滑孔及托架的通孔后锁入硬盘。
4.如权利要求2所述的硬盘模组,其特征在于:每一滑板位于对应的侧板的外侧,每一托架的其中一侧板设有若干上下排列的刻度线,每一上盖的其中一滑板设有使刻度线外露的开口,开口的侧缘设有可指向刻度线的指示部。
5.如权利要求4所述的硬盘模组,其特征在于:该其中一滑板的内侧设有若干抵接对应的侧板的突起。
6.如权利要求2所述的硬盘模组,其特征在于:下方的硬盘盒的顶板设有若干卡孔,上方的硬盘盒的底板向下延伸若干卡置于这些卡孔的卡钩。
7.如权利要求6所述的硬盘模组,其特征在于:上方的硬盘盒的托架还包括连接两侧板的一端的端板,端板向外延伸一连接部,下方的硬盘盒的顶板延伸一位于连接部的正下方的凸片,一第二锁固件将连接部固定于凸片。
8.如权利要求7所述的硬盘模组,其特征在于:这些卡钩自底板向下延伸后朝远离端板的方向延伸。
9.一种硬盘模组,包括一硬盘盒及收容于硬盘盒的硬盘,硬盘盒包括一托架及一可上下滑动地连接于该托架的上盖,上盖包括一位于托架的上方的顶板。
10.如权利要求9所述的硬盘模组,其特征在于:上盖还包括自顶板的两侧向下延伸的两滑板,托架包括一底板及自底板的两侧向上延伸的位于该两滑板内侧的两侧板,每一滑板设有两长形的垂直于顶板的滑孔,每一侧板对应设有两通孔,若干第一锁固件穿过上盖的滑孔及托架的通孔后锁入硬盘,托架的其中一侧板设有若干上下排列的刻度线,上盖的其中一滑板设有使刻度线外露的开口,开口的侧缘设有可指向刻度线的指示部。
