本发明及一种高效节能无烟炉，将沼气与固体能源配合使用，使固体燃料可以高效快速燃烧，消除烟道冒黑烟，具体在炉体内设置沼气燃烧器及进气管，炉体内中下部设置有炉桥，炉体一侧从上到下安装有炉门及灰斗。使用沼气燃烧器，清洁方便，炉体温度升高，达到固体燃料的着火点，使固体燃料可以高效快速燃烧，消除了烟道冒黑烟等问题。夏季，使用沼气燃烧器用作炊事炉，无需拆除炉体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高效节能无烟炉，具体在炉体内设置沼气燃烧器，将沼气与固体能源配合使用，等炉温升高后再补充固体燃料，达到节能减排的目的。
背景技术
沼气作为一种清洁能源，在农村得到广泛的发展，农村居民大量使用炉灶取暖炊事。冬季沼气产量少，不够用。沼气灶多用来做饭。而燃炉灶在生火中，炉灶温度低，生火困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效节能无烟炉，将沼气与固体能源配合使用，使固体燃料可以高效快速燃烧，消除烟道冒黑烟。
本发明是这样实现上述目的的：
一种高效节能无烟炉，由炉体，炉体上部的炉面，炉体底部的底箱及烟道组成，所述的炉体内还设有沼气燃烧器及进气管，炉体内中下部设置有炉桥，炉体一侧从上到下安装有炉门及灰斗，灰斗作为进风通道。
所述的沼气燃烧器为中空的环形圆盘。
所述的沼气燃烧器内置在炉体内上部，与炉体上的进气管相连。
所述的烟道沿地面或者墙壁设置，与底箱相连。
所述的炉门与灰斗均向外突出。
所述的炉体、底箱与烟道对接。
生火时，将固体燃料设置于炉体内的炉桥上，装满至沼气燃烧器，点燃沼气燃烧器，从上至下，逐渐燃烧。沼气燃烧器使用沼气，引火容易、无黑烟排出。预热炉体后，烟道内热空气上升，形成抽风助燃。添料时，打开炉门添料，炉温高，燃料燃烧充分，无黑烟产生。
本发明的作用为生火时使用沼气燃烧器，清洁方便，炉体温度升高，达到固体燃料的着火点，使固体燃料可以高效快速燃烧，消除了烟道冒黑烟等问题。夏季，使用沼气燃烧器用作炊事炉，无需拆除炉体。

一种高效节能无烟炉，由炉体1，炉体1上部的炉面2，炉体1底部的底箱3及烟道4组成，所述的炉体1内还设有沼气燃烧器5及进气管6，炉体1内中下部设置有炉桥7，炉体1一侧从上到下安装有炉门8及灰斗9。沼气燃烧器5为中空的环形圆盘。沼气燃烧器5内置在炉体1内上部，与炉体1上的进气管6相连。烟道4沿地面或者墙壁设置，与底箱3相连。生火时炉温低，先使用沼气燃烧器，当炉体温度升高，烟道具有抽力后，可使用低热值的固体燃料燃烧。
所述的炉门8与灰斗9均向外突出。所述的炉体1、底箱3与烟道4对接。
