Abstract

本发明提供了一种高亮度的,自动开启和关闭,并能通过红外遥控器遥控通断并能选择闪烁模式的太阳能警示灯,包括灯座、灯盖和灯罩,所述灯盖上设有太阳能板,灯座上设有与太阳能接收板连接的高能量可充电锂电池、控制电路板和发光二极管。控制电路板上设光敏开关,白天自动关闭,晚上自动开启。底座上设有磁铁和干簧管组成的手动开关,该开关有三档。中间档为总开关,右边为自动挡,即白天关断,晚上开启;左边档为白天、晚上均处于工作状态,这时LED发光管均发亮。另外电子控制板上的集成电路,可以编程,可设定多种闪烁模式,通过遥控器进行远程控制。灯罩上设有内外二面的反射面,内面整个圆周设有竖条凹透镜,外面设有横向的十三层凸透镜。通过凹凸透镜的折射使LED发光管发出的光更加均匀,且大大增加了该警示灯的照射距离。

太阳能警示灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种警示灯,尤其是一种太阳能警示灯。 
背景技术
在机场、码头、高层建筑等场合,均需要安装不同颜色的警示灯,这些灯具安置在建筑最高处或安装在江河湖海上,通常供电十分不便,因此太阳能警示灯得到了广泛应用。 
现有的太阳能警示灯,包括有太阳能接收板、充电电池、发光二极管、控制电路板和外壳组成,外壳包括一透明罩上盖和底座,充电电池内置在底座上,控制电路板连接有发光二极管,太阳能接收板固定在外壳上盖,与控制电路板相连,上述结构的警示灯有如下缺点:警示灯采用单个反射面的灯罩,对光源起不到明显的缓冲和折射作用,故此,光源集中在警示灯灯罩的反射面中央位置,反射面亮度不均匀,照射距离也不够远,并且警示灯需要人工管理,不能自动开启和关闭,使用很不方便。电源开关一般采用拨动开关,安装在警示灯外壳上,防水性能较差,容易进水,引起开关故障。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种高亮度的、能够自动开启和关闭,也可通过手动开关,开启和关断并选择工作状态;本发明能编程,设定闪烁模式,通过红外遥控器与设在电路控制板上的接收器进行闪烁模式转换的太阳能警示灯。 
实现本发明目的的太阳能警示灯,包括灯座、灯盖和灯罩,所述灯盖上设有太阳能接收板,灯座上设有与太阳能接收板连接的充电电池、控制电路板和发光二极管。灯罩上设有内外二面的反射面,内面整个圆周设有竖条凹透镜,外面设有横向的十三层凸透镜。所述控制电路板上设有光敏开关和红外接收器,底座上设有磁铁和干簧管组成的手动开关,所述光敏开关、手动开关与电路板连接。手动开关三档,即控制电源开关,又可控制可选择控制警示灯晚上工作或全天工作。 
本发明的有益效果如下: 
本发明太阳能警示灯,在控制电路板上设有集成电路管理和光敏开关,可通过手动开关,进行控制,开关分三档:左边档为警示灯晚上工作,白天不工作;中间档为关断;右边档为全天工作。由于磁铁装在手动开关塑料中,在塑料壳体外和整个警示灯没有线路连接,使整个警示灯更加密闭,防水性能可达到IP67。另外通过控制板上的集成电路,可以编程,任意设定闪烁模式,并通过红外遥控器发射信号给设在电路板上的红外接收器,通过集成电路任意切换闪烁模式。
本太阳能警示灯在灯罩省设有内外二面的透镜和突起,内面整个圆周设有竖条凹透镜,外面设有横向的十三层突起。使LED发光管发出的光通过折射更加均匀,同时增加了该警示灯的照射距离。

具体实施方式
本发明的实施如下: 
如图1所示,本发明的太阳能警示灯,包括灯座1、灯盖2和灯罩3,所述灯盖2上设有太阳能接收板4,灯座1上设有与太阳能接收板4连接的可充电锂电池5、控制电路板6和发光二级管7,所述控制电路板4的外侧设有光敏开关8,所述灯座1设有手动开关11,手动开关由二只磁铁9和对应的二只干簧管10组成,干簧管和控制电路板相连接。所述控制电路板的外侧设有红外接收器12。
所述灯罩3由内表面设计成360°竖条凹透镜,外表面由横向的十三层突起组成。 
本发明的太阳能警示灯,在灯罩3外表面设有十三层突起,内圆周表面设有竖条凹透镜。LED光源通过内表面的凹透镜和外表面的突起,使光源均匀360°发射出来。在控制电路板上设有光敏开关8,可在白天自动开启,晚上自动关闭,同时还在灯座1上设有手动开关11,可以手动开启和关闭,节省了能源,提高了警示灯的照明时间,同时能选择警示灯的工作状态为全天工作或晚上工作,使该警示灯的使用更加方便。 
如图2所示,本发明的太阳能警示灯还包括红外遥控器13,在遥控器上有4个按键开关14。 

Claims (2)

1.一种太阳能警示灯,包括灯座、灯盖和灯罩,所述灯盖上设有太阳能接收板,灯座上设有与太阳能接收板相连接的充电电池、控制电路板和发光二极管,控制电路板上设光敏开关,可组成白天不工作,晚上自动工作的状态,控制电路板上的集成电路,可设定多种闪烁模式,并通过遥控器和接收头进行控制,随意选择闪烁模式和远程控制太阳能警示灯的开启和关断。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能警示灯,其特征在于:底座上的手动开关上装有二块小磁铁,磁铁和灯座内二只干簧管可组成三档开关控制警示灯,分别为1档:晚上工作;2档:电源关;3档:全天工作。
