本发明涉及电动工具技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池包,它包括电池包本体(1),它还包括设置在电池包本体(1)上且与电池包本体(1)转动连接的提手(2)以及设置在提手(2)上发光模块(3)。采用这种电池包,在黑暗环境中安装起来也比较方便。

本发明涉及电动工具技术领域,尤其涉及一种电池包。
背景技术
直流电动工具都设有电池包,但是现有技术的电池包只具有供电功能,所以功能比较单一,而且现有技术在黑暗的环境中安装电池包比较不方便。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种功能多样的电池包,且采用这种电池包,在黑暗环境中安装起来也比较方便。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种电池包,它包括电池包本体,它还包括设置在电池包本体上且与电池包本体转动连接的提手以及设置在提手上发光模块。
采用以上结构与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:首先在电池包本体上设置了提手,这样用户在使用时更加方便,而且在提手上设置了发光模块,这样不会破坏原先电池包的结构,改造成本较低,而且设置了发光模块,在夜晚可以产生亮光,即在黑暗环境中安装电池包时比较方便,而且在停电时也可以将电池包单独取出作为照明工具,这样电池包的功能较多。
作为优选,所述提手内设有一个容置发光模块的空腔,且所述提手为透明材料制成,所述发光模块设置在空腔内。这样设置发光模块设置在提手的空腔内不容易损坏。
作为优选,所述发光模块为LED灯组,且所述LED灯组与电池包本体电连接,所述LED灯组均匀设置在提手空腔内的下壁上,且电池包本体上还设有用于控制LED灯组的开关。采用LED灯组作为发光模块,这样可以取用电池包本体上的电能来供电,使用起来比较方便,并且将LED灯组设置在提手空腔内的下壁上,这样设置当打开提手后,LED灯组的朝向是向上的,所以照明效果较好。
作为优选,所述开关为手动开关,且所述手动开关设置在电池包本体的上端面上。采用手动开关,并且将手动开关设置在电池包本体上端面上,这样可以根据用户的需求自由控制LED灯组的启闭,并且设置在上端面上相比与其他端面控制起来更加方便。
作为优选,所述开关为自动开关,且所述自动开关设置在提手与电池包本体转动连接处,
当提手打开时,自动开关接通,LED灯组通电照明;
当提手合并时,自动开关断开,LED灯组断电熄灭。
采用这种结构来控制照明模块,这样就不需要用户自己额外去启闭开关,只需要打开或者合并提手就能方便的控制照明模块启闭,控制更加方便。
作为优选,所述自动开关包括设置在电池包本体与提手转动连接处的触点开关以及设置在提手与电池包本体转动连接处的扇形凹槽,
当提手打开时,触点开关的触点是被提手上与电池包本体转动连接处挤压,进而使得触点开关接通;
当提手合并时,触点开关的触点是位于扇形凹槽内,所以触点并没有被挤压,进而使得触点开关断开。采用这种结构的自动开关,结构比较简单,且控制效果较好。
作为优选,所述发光模块为光致储能荧光粉。直接采用光致储能荧光粉作为发光模块,这样就完全不需要电能驱动,只需要白天使得荧光粉接触到光线即可实现夜晚发光,并且不需要进行电方面改动,所以改造成本较低。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明做进一步描述,但是本发明不仅限于以下具体实施方式。
具体实施例一,发光模块3为LED灯组,所述发光模块3设置在提手2内部,且当提手2打开时,LED灯组的朝向是向上的,开关为手动开关4,即只能通过设置在电池包本体上的手动开关来控制LED灯组启闭,LED灯组通过连接线与手动开关4以及电池包本体1电连接的,并且所述连接线是穿过提手2与电池包本体1的连接处的,且手动开关4可以设置在电池包本体1的不同端面上,最优为如图1所示的设置在电池包本体1上端面上,并且凸出于电池包本体1;若设置在电池包本体1的其他端面上,则需要做成嵌入到电池包本体1内,因为在其他端面很容易误触发。
具体实施例二:发光模块3为LED灯组,所述发光模块3设置在提手2内部,且当提手2打开时,LED灯组的朝向是向上的,开关为自动开关5,即在提手2用于与电池包本体1连接处设置扇形凹槽7,在电池包本体1用于与提手2连接处设置触点开关6,通过提手2转动带动扇形凹槽7转动,进而使得触点开关6上的触点进入或者离开扇形凹槽7,达到自动控制LED灯组启闭的功能,且LED灯组通过连接线与自动开关5以及电池包本体1电连接的,并且所述连接线是穿过提手2与电池包本体1的连接处的。并且扇形凹槽两侧可以是一个倾斜的坡面,这样触点进入扇形凹槽7内时比较自然,不会直接从挤压状态进入到复位状态,这样可以使得触点开关的使用寿命较长。
具体实施例三:发光模块3为LED灯组,所述发光模块3设置在提手2内部,且当提手2打开时,LED灯组的朝向是向上的,开关为手动开关与自动开关的结合,即将具体实施例一中的手动开关与具体实施例二种的自动开关组合在一起,这样,在不打开提手的情况下,用户可以通过手动开关4开启LED灯组,并且在不去使用手动开关4的情况下,采用打开或者合并提手控制LED灯组,并且在其他一种开关损坏时,通过另一种开关也能实现控制LED灯组的目的。
具体实施例四:发光模块3为光致储能荧光粉,这样只需要在提手2的空腔内壁上涂抹上这些荧光粉即可,这些荧光粉只要能吸收到光,就能在黑暗处发光,并且考虑到这些荧光粉的使用寿命以及用户的喜好,将提手2做成可以更换的,这样用户就可以根据自己的喜好更换不同颜色的荧光粉存在的提手2,或者当荧光粉亮度较差后更换一个涂抹有新的荧光粉的提手2。

Claims (7)

1.一种电池包,它包括电池包本体(1),其特征在于:它还包括设置在电池包本体(1)上且与电池包本体(1)转动连接的提手(2)以及设置在提手(2)上发光模块(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池包,其特征在于:所述提手(2)内设有一个容置发光模块(3)的空腔,且所述提手(2)为透明材料制成,所述发光模块(3)设置在空腔内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电池包,其特征在于:所述发光模块(3)为LED灯组,且所述LED灯组与电池包本体(1)电连接,所述LED灯组均匀设置在提手(2)空腔内的下壁上,且电池包本体(1)上还设有用于控制LED灯组的开关。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电池包,其特征在于:所述开关为手动开关(4),且所述手动开关(4)设置在电池包本体(1)的上端面上。
5.根据权利要求3所述的电池包,其特征在于:所述开关为自动开关(5),且所述自动开关(5)设置在提手(2)与电池包本体(1)转动连接处,
当提手(2)打开时,自动开关(5)接通,LED灯组通电照明;
当提手(2)合并时,自动开关(5)断开,LED灯组断电熄灭。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电池包,其特征在于:所述自动开关(5)包括设置在电池包本体(1)与提手(2)转动连接处的触点开关(6)以及设置在提手(2)与电池包本体(1)转动连接处的扇形凹槽(7),
当提手(2)打开时,触点开关(6)的触点是被提手(2)上与电池包本体(1)转动连接处挤压,进而使得触点开关(6)接通;
当提手(2)合并时,触点开关(6)的触点是位于扇形凹槽(7)内,所以触点并没有被挤压,进而使得触点开关(6)断开。
7.根据权利要求2所述的电池包,其特征在于:所述发光模块(3)为光致储能荧光粉。
