Abstract

一种清洁装置，由罩子1、喷头2、清扫器3、吸口4、给介质机5、集污桶6、吸介质机7组成，给介质机5送空气或水两种介质及用清扫器3来清洁。用罩子1罩住喷头2、清扫器3吸口4使清洁过程只有少量的介质流失，也便于吸口4把有污物的介质吸走。吸口4的吸力来自吸介质机7，吸介质机7把吸来的有污物介质送入集污桶6。用空气作介质时，集污桶6内的滤袋把空气滤出，污物留在桶内。用水作清洁介质时污水装在桶内。用不同的介质就使用不同的机器。用空气作业介质时，给介质机5和吸介质机7都用风机。用水作清洁介质时，给介质机5和吸介质机7都用水泵。

清洁装置
技术领域 本发明提供的是一种清洁装置，主要是用于地面和墙面的清洁。
原有技术 用清扫器扫，无法除去尘土。用水冲，费水、费工。
发明内容 本发明的目的是用两种清洁介质分别与清扫器共同工作的清洁装置，清洁出的污物又能装入一个容器内。本发明所用的清洁介质是：1空气、2水。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现。
本发明的装置主要由罩子1、喷头2、清扫器3、吸口4、给介质机5、集污桶6、吸介质机7组成。用不同的清洁介质时，给介质机5和吸介质机7用不同的机器。罩子1的形状是无底的长方形箱。罩子1的材料不限，不透气够坚固就行。罩子1的作用是尽可能减少介质的流失。在罩子1内设喷头2、清扫器3、吸口4，罩子1外设给介质机5、集污桶6、吸介质机7。喷头2的形状是锥形管。给介质机5有管道与喷头2相连。吸介质机7有管道与吸口4相连，吸介质机7的另一头有管道与集污桶6相连。吸口4为管口。清扫器3是扫帚、毛刷、钢丝刷、布等，清扫器3的形状有圆柱形、伞形等。清扫器3装在触到工作面(罩子的底部)的地方，或者接近工作面的地方。
方案一使用空气作为清洁介质：清洁装置由罩子1、喷头2、清扫器3、吸口4、给介质机5、集污桶6、吸介质机7组成。所用给介质机5是风机，称为给气风机。给气风机的出气方向是喷头2，给气风机的风压应在1000Pa以上。喷头2对着工作面(罩子的底部)，距离工作面10厘米左右。吸介质机7也用风机，称为吸气风机。吸气风机的出气风压应在1000Pa以上，吸气风机从吸口4进气，从集污桶6出气。集污桶内设有滤袋，滤袋把污物留住，其原理如同吸尘器。给气风机的出风量应小于吸气风机的出风量。清扫器、给气风机、吸气风机都连接有马达或者接其他动力。使用时，罩子1贴着工作面。给气风机、清扫器、吸气风机的马达都接上电源。接通电源后，清扫器转动，工作面的污物被扫离；给气风机工作，把空气经管道从喷头2吹出，吹出的风把工作面的污物吹起，污物混入空气中；吸气风机工作，吸口4产生负压，吸入含有污物的空气，有污物的空气进入管道，经过吸气风机进入集污桶6，集污桶6内设有滤袋把污物留在袋内，也是桶内。贴着工作面或者接近工作面移动罩子1，清洁更多的地方。
方案二使用水作清洁介质：清洁装置同样由罩子1、喷头2、清扫器3、吸口4、给介质机5、集污桶6、吸介质机7组成。所用给介质机5是水泵，称为给水泵。给水泵的吸程3米、扬程在10米就行了，给水泵的出水方向是喷头2。喷头2对着工作面，距离工作面10厘米到1米。吸介质机7用水泵，称为吸水泵。吸水泵的吸程4米、扬程5米，吸水泵要在断断续续的情况下都能工作。吸水泵的出水量同给水泵的出水量大致相等。吸口4要设在接近工作面的地方，距离工作面在5-50毫米之间比较好。给水泵、清扫器、吸水泵都连接有马达或者接其他动力。使用时，罩子1贴着工作面，给水泵接上水源，给水泵、清扫器、吸水泵接上电源。接通电源后，给水泵工作，把水送到喷头2射出，水冲击工作面使污物进入水中；清扫器转动连同水一起洗刷工作面，更多的污物进入水中；吸水泵同时工作，从吸口4把污水送到集污桶6。贴着工作面或者接近工作面移动罩子1，清洁更多的地方。有部分水流出罩子1不影响清洁效果。
上述两个方案的喷头2、清扫器3、吸口4都可以设置多个。用多个喷头2和多个吸口时，喷头2最好设置在罩子1的中间，吸口4最好设置在罩子1的四边。
本发明的装置可以做得很小，一手就能移动。装置也能做得很大，要装在车子上使用。把给介质机5、集污桶6、吸介质机7装在车厢上。罩子1连同喷头2、清扫器3、吸口4装在车的下部。罩子1还连接有罩子牵引系统9，使罩子1能上下移动。给介质机5、清扫器3、吸介质机7的马达与车上电源连接就是车载式清洁装置。车上若无电源，可以外接电源。该车载清洁装置可以用空气作清洁介质。也可以用水作清洁介质。用水作清洁介质时，要设置容器装水，用作清洁水源。
本发明的有益效果是：省水、省工、清洁效果好。

具体实施方式 图1所示罩子1为无底的长方形箱。喷头2在罩子1内，喷头2对着下面(工作面)，喷头2有管道与给介质机5相连。清扫器3装在罩子1内的下部，触到工作面。吸口4在罩子1内有管道与吸介质机7相连，吸介质机7另一头有管道与集污桶6相连。给介质机5和吸介质机7可以是风机。给介质机5和给介质机7也可以是水泵。
图2所示车子8的车厢装有给介质机5、集污桶6、吸介质机7、罩子牵引系统9。罩子牵引系统9与罩子1连接，罩子牵引系统9使罩子1能上下移动。罩子1内有喷头2、清扫器3、吸口4。喷头2有管道与给介质机5相连。吸口4有管道与吸介质机7相连，吸介质机7另一头有管道与集污桶6相连。

1.一种清洁装置，主要由罩子(1)、喷头(2)、清扫器(3)、吸口(4)、给介质机(5)、集污桶(6)、吸介质机(7)组成，其特征是，喷头(2)、清扫器(3)、吸口(4)在罩子(1)内；喷头(2)与给介质机(5)相连；吸口(4)与吸介质机(7)相连，吸介质机(7)还与集污桶(6)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置，其特征是，它的给介质机(5)及吸介质机(7)是风机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置，其特征是，它的给介质机(5)及吸介质机(7)是水泵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清洁装置，其特征是，它的清扫器(3)是钢丝刷。
5.权利要求1的清洁装置安装在车(8)上。
