背景技术
随着数码相机和照相手机销量的快速增长,电脑的迅速普及,以及彩色喷墨打印机使用量的不断增长,促使高质量数码相纸、彩喷纸需求量日益增加,而市场上此类纸多以进口为主,且价格偏高,而国内的生产相对较少,质量一般,尤其是对低成本、高质量的数码相纸涂料配方的研究更少。但涂料配方存在耐水性差、保色性差等缺点。为解决这一问题,发明了该涂料。

实施例的组分和重量比是:高保水性树脂聚乙烯醇为7份;国民淀粉的聚醋酸乙烯酯胶乳为2份;钛白粉BA0101为1.5份;纳米二氧化硅为9份;母料为4份;轻质碳酸钙为32份;分散剂0.2份,消泡剂305为0.05份,阳离子固色剂聚丙烯酸铵盐为2份,去离子水为45份。经实验及客户使用,本发明所说的高质量数码影像涂料具有固墨性能好,耐水性好,不宜变色、渗色,图象清晰、有层次感,解像力好、光泽度高等特点。

1.数码涂料,其特征在于其具体的组分和重量百分比为:高保水性树脂聚乙烯醇8-10,聚醋酸酯胶乳2-3,钛白粉1-2,纳米二氧化硅10-13,母料2-5,轻质碳酸钙15-30,分散剂0.1-0.3,消泡剂0.05-0.1,阳离子固色剂1-3,去离子水30-50。
2.根据权利要求1所述的数码涂料,其特征是所说的聚乙烯醇应为全水解型且为中低分子量,具有吸墨和快干的功效,粘度合适等特点。
3.根据权利要求1所述的数码涂料,其特征是所说的纳米二氧化硅具有极强的紫外吸收功能和红外反射特性,同时具有优良的固墨性。
4.根据权利要求1所述的数码涂料,其特征是所说的母料,其结构为热塑性空心球状水分散体,具有提高遮盖力,改善涂层的丰满度、光泽度的功能。
