一种地板用底漆的具体组分、各组分的质量比：水性聚氨树脂60-70%;丙二醇0.5-3%;改性聚硅氧烷分散剂0.3-10.5%；封闭型脂肪族异氰酸酯交联剂5-21%;有机硅消泡剂0.2-3.5%。本发明地板漆防水使用寿命长,不含有机溶剂,长期使用对人身体无害,有极佳的装饰效果,同时本发明地板漆硬度好、耐刮性能好。其中用到的改性聚硅氧烷分散剂为特殊酸与硅酮混合的润湿、分散剂，对防止钛白粉和其他颜料配用所产生的分色，发花特具效果；并可避免产生沉积，不同于一般硅油添加剂，不会产生火山口等副作用。其中用到的封闭型脂肪族异氰酸酯交联剂，是一种多异氰酸酯交联剂，可与聚合物中氨基、羟基基团发生反应，可显著改善聚酯、醇酸树脂和丙烯酸树脂的附着力、色泽稳定性和耐蒸煮消毒能力等。

一种地板用底漆
技术领域
 本发明采用了多种新型改性助剂，加强了涂层的机械性能，使涂料漆膜附着能力大大加强，以满足地板抗摩擦等级。属于化工涂料的范畴。
背景技术
伴随着社会的发展，人们对于木质结构的追求反而是日益渴望，其中地板就是一个很显著的例子。在过去的几十年中，家庭装修绝大多数人会选择采用瓷砖来装饰自己家的地面，但是现在却有越来越多的人倾向于用木地板在装修房间，因为木地板装饰典雅大方，铺设简便，并且可以更换，非常的方便。但是木地板的表面用的涂料却会带来一大麻烦，因为通常用到的木地板都是用油漆或是用胶黏PE等材料制成的，在室内会不断的挥发出有害气体如甲醛、苯等，VOC超标，因此急需一款性能卓越、能代替以上材料，且环保无污染的材料，本发明经过多年实验在水性木器漆的基础上研究达到了理想的效果。
发明内容

具体实施方式    一种地板用底漆的具体组分、各组分的质量比和具体的生产工艺如下：
1在10%的去离子水中加入水性聚氨树脂60-70%;丙二醇0.5-3%;改性聚硅氧烷分散剂0.3-10.5%；封闭型脂肪族异氰酸酯交联剂5-21%;有机硅消泡剂0.2-3.5%。加入适量的增稠剂和去离子水进行调制，检测、包转、出厂。

1.一种地板用底漆的具体组分、各组分的质量比：水性聚氨树脂60-70%;丙二醇0.5-3%;改性聚硅氧烷分散剂0.3-10.5%；封闭型脂肪族异氰酸酯交联剂5-21%;有机硅消泡剂0.2-3.5%。
2.根据权利1所述的一种地板用底漆，其特征在于其中用到的改性聚硅氧烷分散剂为特殊酸与硅酮混合的润湿、分散剂，对防止钛白粉和其他颜料配用所产生的分色，发花特具效果；并可避免产生沉积，不同于一般硅油添加剂，不会产生火山口等副作用。
3.根据权利1所述的一种地板用底漆，其特征在于其中用到的封闭型脂肪族异氰酸酯交联剂，是一种多异氰酸酯交联剂，可与聚合物中氨基、羟基基团发生反应，可显著改善聚酯、醇酸树脂和丙烯酸树脂的附着力、色泽稳定性和耐蒸煮消毒能力等。
