Abstract
本发明公开了一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,设置有热载体进口和热载体出口的加热罐,其罐内设置着受热盘管,受热盘管的进口和出口分别设置在加热罐的两端,润滑脂皂化混合料从受热盘管的进口进入,受热盘管的展开长度600-800m,受热盘管的管内径为20mm,受热盘管的出口连接着输送管,输送管的一端通过齿轮泵连接着搅料罐底部的出口,输送管的另一端连接着具有均布风冷管的风冷冷却器的进口,风冷冷却器的出口通过连接管与搅料罐顶部的进口相连接,在搅拌罐下部的罐体上设置着成品润滑脂出口。本发明结构合理,性能安全可靠,反应过程采取高温高压密闭输送,化学物质和水不会散失,节约原料,保护环境,反应路径长,反应充分,在反应过程中不需要另行加料,产品质量稳定。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于生产润滑脂产品皂化过程的生产设备,特别是一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置。
背景技术
传统生产润滑脂的生产设备及工艺为釜式皂化,其主要有以下缺点:
1、不安全,主要是产品皂化过程在即将成熟以前有一个温度点,产品由原来液态转变为接近固态,故此刻搅拌已接近失效,循环泵也因原料呈现固体状态而无法循环,此时原料因贴近反应釜壁(釜壁外是火焰直烧)而迅速升温,贴壁部分局部迅速升温转变为液态,再因搅拌和循环失效,已变液态的部分继续升温汽化,直至到闪点引起爆釜现象的经常出现。
2、产品质量不稳定:传统反应釜皂化由于搅拌、温度限制、温度传导等原因形成部分原料失效,部分原料未参加本次反应等造成化学原料投放量和实际反应量出入,故造成虽然同样原料及配方但每一釜产品指标不尽相同。
3、化工原料浪费7%:由于以上原因造成釜式皂化反应不完全的特性,故在投料时有意识使皂化剂过量7%。
4、环境污染和浪费:传统釜式皂化过程有大量化工原料和基础油因皂化温度高的原因挥发到空气中污染环境,同时也严重浪费资源。
5、保水、保完全皂化:润滑脂皂化过程中有一种必须加入皂化的昂贵的化工原料:氢氧化锂,该原料化学反应过程是生水的,必须要有水才能充分反应,如缺水则反应不完全。而氢氧化锂参加皂化的反应稳定恰好是100℃以上的温度,故开口釜式皂化很难实现氢氧化锂充分皂化的原因是高温使水挥发了,造成反应缺水而不完全反应。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,其结构合理,性能安全可靠,反应过程采取高温高压密闭输送,化学物质和水分不会散失,节约原料,保护环境,反应路径长,反应充分,在反应过程中不需要另行加料,产品质量稳定。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,一端设置有热载体进口,另一端设置有热载体出口的加热罐,其罐内设置着迂回曲折的受热盘管,受热盘管的进口和出口分别设置在加热罐的两端,润滑脂皂化混合料从受热盘管的进口进入,受热盘管的展开长度600-800m,受热盘管的管内径为20mm,受热盘管的出口通过管道连接着输送管,输送管的一端通过齿轮泵连接着搅料罐底部的出口,输送管的另一端连接着具有均布风冷管的风冷冷却器的进口,风冷冷却器的出口通过连接管与搅料罐顶部的进口相连接,在搅拌罐下部的罐体上设置着成品润滑脂出口。
本发明是由热载体来传递热能,将受热盘管的温度升到并维持250℃以供皂化作业。管式皂化是将原料预先低温(60℃—90℃)充分匀化并进行防沉淀处理准备后,用高压输送装置将原料强行推入直径非常小的直径20mm、长度近700米的受热盘管构成的管式皂化反应器里,在整个皂化运行过程是原料从低温区进入,随着反应工艺需要逐渐升温至180℃—230℃直到反应完毕,因此反应完全,也无需过量投料。因是高压密闭反应,出口又进行降温处理,故没挥发损失,也不可能污染环境。而管式皂化是高温高压密闭的,且投料时添加的水以及氢氧化锂生成的水分虽然温度很高,但因设备的高压密闭的特点,故不会出现缺水的问题。所以氢氧化锂得以充分的使用,减少添加量,实现节约消耗的效果。也可以形成无挥发损失生产,同时也不会挥发出各种化学物质散发到空气中造成环境污染。同时克服传统釜式皂化因水分挥发而造成氢氧化锂化合不完全造成的浪费现象,也不存在爆釜的问题,而且可以在线连续生产,降低劳动强度,改善工作环境,还可以降低化工原料投量7%。
本发明结构合理,性能安全可靠,反应过程采取高温、高压、密闭输送,化学物质和水分不会散失,节约原料,保护环境,反应路径长,反应充分,在反应过程中不需要另行加料,产品质量稳定。

具体实施方式
一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,如图1、图2所示,一端设置有热载体进口6,另一端设置有热载体出口5的加热罐1,其罐内设置着迂回曲折的受热盘管2,受热盘管2的进口3和出口4分别设置在加热罐1的两端,润滑脂皂化混合料从受热盘管的进口3进入,受热盘管2的展开长度600-800m,受热盘管2的管内径为20mm,受热盘管的出口4通过管道连接着输送管7,输送管7的一端通过齿轮泵8连接着搅料罐9底部的出口,输送管7的另一端连接着具有均布风冷管13的风冷冷却器12的进口,风冷冷却器12的出口通过连接管与搅料罐9顶部的进口相连接,在搅拌罐9下部的罐体上设置着成品润滑脂出口11。
进入加热罐1内的热载体为导热油,进入加热罐热载体进口1的热载体的温度为300℃—350℃。
润滑脂皂化混合料输入受热盘管2的输入压力为15—20Mpa。
润滑脂皂化混合料输入受热盘管进口3的温度为80℃—120℃,其在受热盘管出口4的输出温度为150℃—320℃。
在风冷冷却口12管体形的罐体上均布设置着径向贯通罐体的风冷管13。
风冷冷却器起到起到加速润滑脂的冷却凝固,减缓润滑脂的循环速度。润滑脂皂化混合料的配方为:按重量份,LiOH2-4份、硬脂酸1.5—3份、12-羟基硬脂酸5-8份、基础油85-93份,其中基础油为矿物油或酯类合成油中的一种或两种。
在搅拌罐9内通过轴承安装着均布有搅拌叶片的搅拌轴10,电动机驱动搅拌轴10旋转。
Claims (7)
1.一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,其特征是:一端设置有热载体进口(6),另一端设置有热载体出口(5)的加热罐(1),其罐内设置着迂回曲折的受热盘管(2),受热盘管(2)的进口(3)和出口(4)分别设置在加热罐(1)的两端,润滑脂皂化混合料从受热盘管的进口(3)进入,受热盘管(2)的展开长度600-800m,受热盘管(2)的管内径为20mm,受热盘管的出口(4)通过管道连接着输送管(7),输送管(7)的一端通过齿轮泵(8)连接着搅料罐(9)底部的出口,输送管(7)的另一端连接着具有均布风冷管(13)的风冷冷却器(12)的进口,风冷冷却器(12)的出口通过连接管与搅料罐(9)顶部的进口相连接,在搅拌罐(9)下部的罐体上设置着成品润滑脂出口(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,其特征是:进入加热罐(1)内的热载体为导热油,进入加热罐热载体进口(1)的热载体的温度为300℃—350℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,其特征是:润滑脂皂化混合料输入受热盘管(2)的输入压力为15—20Mpa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,其特征是:润滑脂皂化混合料输入受热盘管进口(3)的温度为80℃—120℃,其在受热盘管出口(4)的输出温度为150℃—320℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,其特征是:在风冷冷却器(12)管体形的罐体上均布设置着径向贯通罐体的风冷管(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,其特征是:润滑脂皂化混合料的配方为:按重量份,LiOH2-4份、硬脂酸1.5—3份、12-羟基硬脂酸5-8份、基础油85-93份,其中基础油为矿物油或酯类合成油中的一种或两种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种润滑脂管式连续皂化装置,其特征是:在搅拌罐(9)内通过轴承安装着均布有搅拌叶片的搅拌轴(10),电动机驱动搅拌轴(10)旋转。
