背景技术
飞行器上的饮料服务通常由沿着飞机的过道推动手推饮料车的服务人员完成,为需要它们的那些乘客提供饮料。在现今飞行器中使用的大多数手推饮料车的挑战在于,这些单元非常重且可移动,并且在湍流或其他飞行器运动的情况下,如果没有被适当地限制,这些单元可能会移位或甚至开始移动,导致危险。而且,当未使用时存储这些手推车需要它们被牢固地安置但当需要时容易且快速地被释放。因此,这些手推车提供有当未使用时保持手推饮料车固定但当手推车需要被释放以便为乘客提供服务时很容易脱离的固定系统。

此外,现有旋钮仅执行其主要的保持功能,并不对厨房门密封能力有影响。有利的是,提供足够的冷空气泄漏密封,以便满足冷冻的厨房试验的需求,并且防止退化。不幸地,门密封件不允许"打扫"引起快速磨损的地板。
发明内容
本发明是一种能够被用来限制手推车舱门的矮型(low-profile)旋转闩锁,手推车舱门进而保持手推车及其容纳物。本发明的闩锁由桶状物(a)与浆状物(c)组成,桶状物(a)在中心心轴(b)上旋转,浆状物(c)被用来限制手推车的门。本发明的闩锁的特征在于手动释放和闭合时的自动死锁操作。在优选实施例中,闩锁还接合密封机构,当手推车被存储并且闩锁被部署时,该密封机构造成空气密封以阻止冷空气逸出冷冻的手推车舱。

具体实施方式
本发明是一种用于饮料车舱的旋转闩锁系统,该旋转闩锁系统还用于限制手推车门,手推车门进而保持手推车及其容纳物。如图1所示,带有浆柄14的旋转闩锁10被安装在工作台48下面且饮料车舱门12上面。闩锁10包含桶状物16,桶状物16在心轴18上在部署(锁定)位置(图lc)与未锁定位置(图la)之间旋转。闩锁10经由附接的手柄14被手动地操作为向上旋转并远离处于如图1所示的未锁定位置的门12,以允许门12摆动打开。旋转闩锁10包括受弹簧力作用的释放按钮32,释放按钮32将旋转闩锁10锁定在适当位置。如果释放按钮32没有被压低并且闩锁处于锁定位置(图lc),那么桶状物16不能旋转以打开闩锁,因为在桶状物16外面但受弹簧力作用朝向桶状物16偏置的干涉的闩锁块状物34接合桶状物16从而防止旋转。然而,如果与干涉的闩锁块状物34在直径上对置的受弹簧力作用的释放按钮32被压低,那么闩锁块状物34逆着弹簧36的偏置被驱动到其外壳内,使得桶状物16现在能够旋转,并且旋转闩锁10的手柄14能够被向上升起从而打开闩锁。

在闩锁10处于图lc的锁定位置的情况下,可以经由推杆20致动密封机构。推杆20在沿着手推车门12前面的沟槽22内竖直地往复。推杆20被连接至与闩锁10的桶状物16接触的块状物24。桶状物16包括邻近手柄14的凸角26,因此当闩锁处于如图lc所示的锁定位置时,凸角26与块状物24接触并使块状物24竖直向下移位。当块状物24被凸角26向下移位时,连接的推杆20也被向下驱动。推杆20的相对端是在手推车门12的底边上面的密封件28。当推杆20被块状物24向下驱动时,密封件28接合地板,并充当防止冷空气从地板下面逸出的密封件,并且能够进一步充当用于手推车52的提升手推车轮离开地面的制动器。
在操作中,闩锁10的受弹簧力作用的释放按钮32被压低,经由推杆38推动闩锁块状物34离开桶状物16并进入其外壳内。在闩锁块状物34清除的情况下,桶状物16和浆柄14现在可以如图1所示的那样向上旋转,因为在未锁住的模式下桶状物16的主体保持闩锁块状物34脱离。在未锁住的模式下,门12可以被打开,并且手推车40可以被移出。在替代实施例中,门12可以受弹簧力作用以辅助该操作,或闩锁10的上掀动作能够被用来向外移动门,从而消除对独立手柄的需要。本发明的益处是设计允许用一只手同时打开两个闩锁。为了固定门,主要和次要手柄14能够被同时压低,直至闩锁块状物34经由其相关联的弹簧36自动突出回到其桶状物16中的保持孔内。
在紧急情况下,闩锁能够在门没有被关闭的情况下被接合,但完全保持会被损害,因为金属手推车门本身不会被固定。
在释放按钮32或闩锁块状物弹簧42失效的情况下,细长的维修工具44能够被插入到释放按钮32中的被遮盖的进入孔内,以及闩锁块状物34被压低并且闩锁被释放,或闩锁块状物34被向前驱动(工具44在前面上的开口处经由螺纹接合到闩锁块状物34内)并且闩锁块状物34被向前推动到桶状物16内,从而固定闩锁10。还可以采用可替代的安全锁方法,诸如次要锁定销。
闩锁10可以被居中地设置在门12上,或被偏移至与铰链相对的那一侧。当闩锁10与工作台结构48安装在一起时,闩锁主体占用的空间较小,并不需要大量用于支撑的工作台梁,相反依赖于其与厨房组合件的集成。
当闩锁10被置于固定模式时,通过向下(在图la中顺时针地)旋转手柄14的闩锁的闭合在门12的底部处与在侧面上结合自缩回地板与侧密封件28。例如,密封件28可沿如图所示的竖直方向部署。当闩锁被桶状物16上的凸角26操作时,密封机构28被部署(即,抵靠地板被向下推动),其中凸角26充当向下推动块状物24的凸轮,这进而经由推杆20部署密封件28。

图3图示说明了通过利用联动装置(诸如杆、Y形枢轴和杠杆装置)部署可缩回门侧与底部密封件的另一方法。当密封件块状物24经由门12的闩锁装置压低时,铰接杆80被向下推动。铰接杆80的移动使被附接至铰接的杠杆84的竖直滑杆82移动,铰接的杠杆84经由水平滑块88推动铰接的侧密封件致动杆86。竖直滑杆82还经由竖直滑块90和铰接的底部密封件致动杆92部署门底部密封件28。图3b中的双杠杆装置可以被用来例如以5:3的比例放大密封件块状物24的移动。这样增加为更大的压力与更有效的密封部署侧与底部密封件的距离(对于密封件块状物24的相同的竖直移动)。
在操作中,图3b的双杠杆装置工作如下:门12的闩锁装置压低密封件块状物24,这会推动铰接的杆80向下移动被连接至双杠杆96的短竖直滑杆94。放大的移动沿着滑杆102传递到铰接的杠杆104,这会经由水平滑块推动铰接的侧密封件致动杆84。长竖直滑杆104还被用来经由竖直滑块90和铰接的底部密封件致动杆92来部署门底部密封件28。以此方式,通过密封件块状物24的简单的向下移动来部署水平和竖直密封件。
本发明的益处包括闩锁借以允许主要和次要闩锁同时单手操作的特征。闩锁的特征还在于当被接合时使接合对于忙碌的空中服务人员更容易的牢固的自动死锁动作。由于闩锁被设计为在没有工作台梁的情况下安装,因此节省了重量并且减少或消除了冷桥效益。此外,在紧急状况下,能够在不需要关闭手推车舱门的情况下部署闩锁。本发明的闩锁的设计允许通过使门向下移位或借助于可缩回密封件在门内的直接激活而从手推车舱门的底部部署地板密封件。闩锁还能够被用来通过闩锁门的动作而从手推车舱门的侧面部署手推车舱门密封件。而且,闩锁的设计容许故障闩锁模块在没有专用工具的情况下作为LRU零件(外场可更换部件)进行互换。

Claims (12)
1.一种用于厨房手推车舱门的旋转闩锁组件,其包含:
桶状物构件,其在心轴上旋转;
