为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的技术方案是：远程网络培训及考核系统，其中，包括考评中心，该考评中心包括用于用户登录使用的用户登录模块，用于存储课程信息、用户登录信息的信息存储模块，用于用户使用的课程培训系统，用于用户参加考试答题的线上考试系统，还包括用于处理、分析和支撑的处理服务器以及用于维护系统的安全防护系统，该考评中心的课程信息和使用信息可同时上传至本地的培训资料库和网络数据库，考评中心的用户登录模块与位于用户处的电脑客户端通过有线或者无线网络连接。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是：使用电脑客户端为接收载体，普及率高，人群覆盖范围广，培训不受天气、地域和时间的限制，同时，教育培训内容因人而异，针对性更强，具有安全、可靠的优点，具有很好的推广应用前景。
