技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于镁合金熔炼的低能耗电阻炉。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,能源匮乏,环境污染越来越凸显,越来越受到人们的关注,以前很多企业以消耗大量的能源为代价来获得高昂的利润,然而现在,“节能降耗”逐渐成为企业增强竞争力,降低成本的重要途径,也是企业响应国家政策,造福后代的重要体现。在镁合金冶炼行业中,寻求低能耗的电阻炉,也是安全生产的重要途径。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于镁合金熔炼的低能耗电阻炉,结构简单,操作方便,使用安全,保温绝热性能好,避免了熔炼过程中炉丝因温度过高导致的炉丝熔断,热能利用率高于80%,使镁合金的熔炼成本大大降低,节约成本。
本发明所述的一种用于镁合金熔炼的低能耗电阻炉,包括外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层和内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层,外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层和内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层之间设置陶瓷纤维模块;内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层内侧设置炉丝。
内层和外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层均由纳米氧化锆、纳米a氧化铝、纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化铈、空心陶瓷珠组成。
炉丝为扁平的带状炉丝。
炉衬采用陶瓷纤维模块,依据所需炉体尺寸定做,整体性好,有较强的绝热性能。
陶瓷纤维模块的两面涂陶瓷珠隔热涂层,进一步加强炉体的保温绝热性能。
将电阻丝制作为扁平的带状炉丝,增大炉丝的表面积,其表面能明显加大,热利用率大大增加;同时避免了熔炼过程中炉丝因温度过高导致的炉丝熔断。
在电阻炉上安装坩锅后,用陶瓷纤维模块填充炉体与坩锅的上缘间隙,使电阻炉热能利用率高于80%。
本发明所用的原料均为市售。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明结构简单,操作方便,使用安全,保温绝热性能好,避免了熔炼过程中炉丝因温度过高导致的炉丝熔断,热能利用率高于80%,使镁合金的熔炼成本大大降低,节约成本。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例1
如图所示,本实施例所示的用于镁合金熔炼的低能耗电阻炉,包括外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层2和内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层3,外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层2和内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层3之间设置陶瓷纤维模块1;内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层3内侧设置炉丝4。
内层和外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层均由纳米氧化锆、纳米a氧化铝、纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化铈、空心陶瓷珠组成。
炉丝4为扁平的带状炉丝。

1.一种用于镁合金熔炼的低能耗电阻炉,其特征在于,包括外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层(2)和内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层(3),外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层(2)和内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层(3)之间设置陶瓷纤维模块(1);内层陶瓷珠隔热涂层(3)内侧设置炉丝(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于镁合金熔炼的低能耗电阻炉,其特征在于,内层和外层陶瓷珠隔热涂层均由纳米氧化锆、纳米a氧化铝、纳米氧化钛、纳米氧化铈、空心陶瓷珠组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于镁合金熔炼的低能耗电阻炉,其特征在于,炉丝(4)为扁平的带状炉丝。
