Abstract

一种环境试验箱用蒸发器,包括板式翅片(1)以及多个管路(2),其特征在于:管路(2)分为三种:制冷管路(A)、除湿管路(B)以及除霜管路(C);制冷管路(A)和除湿管路(B)在所述板式翅片的板面的横向上,以一隔一或一隔多或多隔多的方式交替排布;制冷管路(A)供接制冷系统中送来的制冷制冷剂,而除湿管路(B)供接除湿系统中送来的除湿制冷剂,除霜管路(C)供接除湿系统的压缩机的排气口排出的热气。本发明制冷和除湿共用该蒸发器,且使制冷和除湿共享蒸发器的整个蒸发面积,并且,在蒸发器的管路中还留至少一路作为除霜管路,将除湿系统的压缩机本会输出的热气引至蒸发器中来对蒸发器表面进行升温达到除霜的效果。

Description

一种环境试验箱用蒸发器
技术领域
本发明涉及环境试验设备领域,具体涉及一种环境试验箱用蒸发器。
背景技术
环境试验箱是用科技的手段模拟出自然环境气候,对现代工业品所造成的破坏性,环境试验箱的代表试验有:高温试验、低温试验、高低温交变湿热试验等。为实现上述试验,环境试验箱最主要的是控制温度和湿度,故环境试验箱中设计有制冷系统、除湿系统、加湿器等。
现有技术中,环境试验箱的制冷系统中的蒸发器是由多块相距布置的板式翅片以及贯穿于板式翅片上换热管组成,现有蒸发器在低温时只能用干燥空气装置除湿。对于除湿,干燥空气装置能耗大,除湿效果也有限。
另外,在低温湿度工况时,空气中的水蒸气遇到板式翅片,蒸发器会出现结霜现象,大大降低了工作能力,如何除霜也是现有蒸发器必然要考虑的问题,现有蒸发器除霜大多是在蒸发器中加入电热元件,以电加热的方式提升蒸发器翅片的表面温度化霜,但这种方式能耗大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环境试验箱用蒸发器,以使制冷和除湿共享蒸发面积,且具低能耗的除霜功能。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种环境试验箱用蒸发器,包括多块平行布置的板式翅片以及贯穿于板式翅片上多个管路,所述每个管路是由贯穿于板式翅片上的直管部和连接于直管部两端的弯曲管部构成的盘管状管路;在所述板式翅片的板面上,各个管路沿纵向布置,在横向上相距排列;所述管路分为三种:制冷管路、除湿管路以及除霜管路;所述制冷管路为多个,除湿管路也为多个,而除霜管路为至少一个;所述制冷管路和除湿管路在所述板式翅片的板面的横向上,以一隔一或一隔多或多隔多的方式交替排布;所述制冷管路供接制冷系统中送来的制冷制冷剂,而除湿管路供接除湿系统中送来的除湿制冷剂,所述除霜管路供接除湿系统的压缩机的排气口排出的热气。
上述方案中,所述除霜管路为多个,且除霜管路也与制冷管路和除湿管路交替排布。
本发明设计原理以及效果如下:
现有制冷系统中的蒸发器上的管路都是换热管(即制冷管路),而本发明是将蒸发器的管路中的一些设为制冷管路,而另一些设为除湿管路,且将制冷管路和除湿管路以一隔一或一隔多或多隔多的方式交替排布,即制冷和除湿共用该蒸发器,且使制冷和除湿共享蒸发器的整个蒸发面积。并且,在蒸发器的管路中还留至少一路作为除霜管路,且该除霜管路接除湿系统的压缩机的排气口排出的热气,将除湿系统的压缩机本会输出的热气引至蒸发器中来对蒸发器表面进行升温达到除霜的效果,降低低温高湿工况的结霜现象。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例:参见图1-3所示:
一种环境试验箱用蒸发器,参见图1、2所示,包括多块平行布置的板式翅片1以及贯穿于板式翅片1上多个管路2。
见图3所示,每个管路2是由贯穿于板式翅片1上的直管部21和连接于直管部21两端的弯曲管部22构成的盘管状管路。
见图2所示,在板式翅片1的板面上,各个管路2沿纵向布置,在横向上相距排列,所述纵向为图2中的上下方向,所述横向为图2中的左右方向,每个管路2的上端引出作为入口,下端引出作为出口。
见图2所示,所述管路2分为三种:制冷管路A、除湿管路B以及除霜管路C。所述制冷管路A为多个,除湿管路B也为多个,而除霜管路C为至少一个,如图中举例也为多个,通常除霜管路C的数量比制冷管路A和除湿管路B的数量少。
见图2所示,所述制冷管路A、除湿管路B及除霜管路C在所述板式翅片的板面的横向上,以一隔一或一隔多或多隔多的方式交替排布,具体排列形式不限,通常以基础重复单元重复出现排布为较佳,这么更为均匀。
本实施例中制冷管路A、除湿管路B及除霜管路C的具体排列的方式:见图2,是以从左至右依次的两制冷管路A、一除霜管路C、再两除湿管路B的排布构成基础重复单元,以这样的基础重复单元重复出现。即,图2中,从左至右依次是两制冷管路A、一除霜管路C、两除湿管路B、再两制冷管路A、一除霜管路C、两除湿管路B……。
制冷管路A供接制冷系统中送来的制冷制冷剂,而除湿管路B供接除湿系统中送来的除湿制冷剂,所述除霜管路C供接除湿系统的压缩机的排气口排出的热气。
所述制冷系统即是除本实施例蒸发器外,再加压缩机、冷凝器等以管路连接而成的制冷系统;所述除湿系统是除本实施例蒸发器外,再加压缩机等以管路连接而成的压缩机式除湿系统。
本实施例制冷和除湿共用该蒸发器,且使制冷和除湿共享蒸发器的整个蒸发面积,并且,在蒸发器的管路中还留至少一路作为除霜管路,且该除霜管路接除湿系统的压缩机的排气口排出的热气,将除湿系统的压缩机本会输出的热气引至蒸发器中来对蒸发器表面进行升温达到除霜的效果,降低低温高湿工况的结霜现象。

1.一种环境试验箱用蒸发器,包括多块平行布置的板式翅片(1)以及贯穿于板式翅片(1)上多个管路(2),所述每个管路(2)是由贯穿于板式翅片(1)上的直管部(21)和连接于直管部(21)两端的弯曲管部(22)构成的盘管状管路;在所述板式翅片(1)的板面上,各个管路(2)沿纵向布置,在横向上相距排列;其特征在于:所述管路(2)分为三种:制冷管路(A)、除湿管路(B)以及除霜管路(C);所述制冷管路(A)为多个,除湿管路(B)也为多个,而除霜管路(C)为至少一个;所述制冷管路(A)和除湿管路(B)在所述板式翅片的板面的横向上,以一隔一或一隔多或多隔多的方式交替排布;所述制冷管路(A)供接制冷系统中送来的制冷制冷剂,而除湿管路(B)供接除湿系统中送来的除湿制冷剂,所述除霜管路(C)供接除湿系统的压缩机的排气口排出的热气。
2.根据权利要求1所述环境试验箱用蒸发器,其特征在于:所述除霜管路(C)为多个,且除霜管路(C)也与制冷管路(A)和除湿管路(B)交替排布。
