Abstract

本发明公开了一种移动式LED灯角度调节装置,包括两对称的外壳,与外壳旋转连接的转轴,座体,两对称把手和固定于转轴一端的外齿轮;把手与外壳通过转轴旋转连接,把手的内壁底部固定设有两对导向杆,每对导向杆的数量为2个,导向杆靠近外端处设有一环形限位片;座体两侧设有沿导向杆滑动的上导向孔和下导向孔,上导向孔的孔径大于下导向孔的孔径小于环形限位片的直径,导向杆套有压缩弹簧且压缩弹簧位于上导向孔内,在外力作用下座体沿导向杆上下滑动,座体中心还设有容纳外齿轮的空腔,空腔内壁设有与外齿轮配合的一轮齿,轮齿的全齿高与外齿轮的齿顶圆半径之和小于空腔半径。它的优点是结构简单,可任意调节移动式LED灯的角度。

移动式LED灯角度调节装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种LED灯,尤其是一种移动式LED灯角度调节装置。
背景技术
LED灯具有使用寿命长,高效节能,安全高效的优点,被广泛地应用,其中移动式LED灯具有体积小,携带方便的优点,常用于外界照明,用于给外部设备充电等,可是现有的移动式LED灯存在一些不足之处,如,移动式LED灯固定于支架上之后,移动式LED灯角度不容易随意调节,即使能够调节,但调节之后也很难牢固的在某个角度上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种移动式LED灯角度调节装置。
本发明的一种技术方案:
一种移动式LED灯角度调节装置,包括两对称结构的LED灯外壳,与LED灯外壳固定连接的转轴,两对称结构的把手和固定于转轴一端的外齿轮;把手与LED灯外壳通过转轴旋转连接,把手的内壁底部固定设有两对导向杆,每对导向杆的数量为2个,导向杆靠近外端处设有一环形限位片;还包括设于把手内侧的座体,座体两侧设有沿导向杆滑动的上导向孔和下导向孔,上导向孔的孔径大于下导向孔的孔径小于环形限位片的直径,导向杆套有压缩弹簧且压缩弹簧位于上导向孔内,在外力作用下座体沿导向杆上下滑动;座体中心还设有容纳外齿轮的空腔,空腔内壁的顶部设有与外齿轮配合的一轮齿,轮齿的全齿高与外齿轮的齿顶圆半径之和小于空腔的半径。
一种优选方案是转轴与LED灯外壳之间设有第一防水圈。
一种优选方案是转轴与把手之间设有第二防水圈。
一种优选方案是与一把手相对侧的一LED灯外壳设有卡扣,另一LED灯外壳设有与卡扣相配合的卡槽。
综合上述技术方案可知本发明具有如下有益效果:在压缩弹簧的作用下,压缩弹簧将座体往把手组件的内壁底部压,外齿轮与空腔内的轮齿相互啮合,在外力的作用下旋转LED灯外壳,LED灯外壳带动转轴和外齿轮旋转,外齿轮作用于空腔内的轮齿,轮齿带动座体往上提升,之后空腔内的轮齿与外齿轮的下一个轮齿相互啮合,同时压缩弹簧将座体往把手内壁底部压,使得LED灯外壳与把手固定在一个角度上,通过这种方式可以调整LED灯外壳之间角度并且固定该角度。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面结合附图对本发明做进一步描述。
如图1至图7所示,一种移动式LED灯角度调节装置,包括对称结构的LED灯外壳1,与LED灯外壳1固定连接的转轴3,座体5,对称结构的把手2和固定于转轴3一端的外齿轮4。转轴3沿径向方向外延有连接片32,连接片32上设有螺纹孔31,LED灯外壳1设有第一旋转孔13,把手2设有第二旋转孔22,转轴3穿过第一旋转孔13和第二旋转孔22,连接片32与LED灯外壳1通过螺钉固定连接,把手2与LED灯外壳1通过转轴3旋转连接。外齿轮4与转轴3固定连接,具体地,外齿轮4设有轴孔,外齿轮4套于转轴3上,在外齿轮4的轴孔的径向设置若干螺纹孔,在转轴3的轴上设置若干螺纹孔,通过螺钉将外齿轮4与转轴3固定连接;或者在外齿轮4的轴孔的轴向设置键槽,在转轴3的轴上设置键槽,通过键将外齿轮4与转轴3固定连接。把手2的内壁底部固定设有两对导向杆52,每对导向杆52的数量为2个,导向杆52靠近外端处设有一环形限位片53。座体5两侧设有沿导向杆52滑动的上导向孔56和下导向孔57,上导向孔56的孔径大于下导向孔57的孔径小于环形限位片53的直径,导向杆52套有压缩弹簧55且压缩弹簧55位于上导向孔56内,压缩弹簧55一直将座体5往把手2的内壁底部压,在外力作用下座体5可沿导向杆52上下滑动,座体5中心还设有容纳外齿轮4的空腔51,空腔51内壁的顶部设有与外齿轮4配合的一轮齿54,轮齿54的全齿高与外齿轮4的齿顶圆半径之和小于空腔51半径,在外力的作用下,轮齿54可在空腔51自由活动。
当两对称的LED灯外壳1处于某一角度时,外齿轮4的某一齿与轮齿54相互啮合,形成一种啮合力,同时压缩弹簧55将座体5往把手2的底部压,有效的防止了轮齿54与外齿轮4的相对旋转,使得两个LED灯外壳1固定于某一角度。当需要调节两个LED灯外壳1之间的角度时,由于外齿轮4与转轴3的连接片32固定连接,通过旋转LED灯外壳1带动转轴3旋转,LED灯外壳1通过转轴3带动外齿轮4旋转,外齿轮4顶着座体5往远离把手2的底部方向运动,当座体5往上运动一段距离之后,与轮齿54相互啮合的外齿轮4的齿越过轮齿54,之后外齿轮4的下一个齿与轮齿54相互啮合,同时压缩弹簧55将座体5往把手2的底部压,有效的防止了轮齿54与外齿轮4的相对旋转,使得两对称的LED灯外壳1固定于另一角度。
本实施例中,为了减少加工成本,外齿轮4的外周只分布了半周的齿数。转轴3与LED灯外壳1之间设有第一防水圈33。转轴3与把手2之间设有第二防水圈。第一防水圈33和第二防水圈有效的防止外部水汽进入移动式LED灯内。与一把手2相对侧的一LED灯外壳1设有卡扣11,另一LED灯外壳1设有与卡扣11相配合的卡槽12。两对称LED灯外壳1合拢后,通过卡扣11和卡槽12将两对称LED灯外壳1锁紧。
以上是本发明的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种移动式LED灯角度调节装置,其特征在于,包括两对称结构的LED灯外壳,与LED灯外壳固定连接的转轴,两对称结构的把手和固定于转轴一端的外齿轮;所述把手与LED灯外壳通过所述转轴旋转连接,所述把手的内壁底部固定设有两对导向杆,每对导向杆的数量为2个,所述导向杆靠近外端处设有一环形限位片;还包括设于把手内侧的座体,所述座体两侧设有沿导向杆滑动的上导向孔和下导向孔,所述上导向孔的孔径大于下导向孔的孔径小于环形限位片的直径,所述导向杆套有压缩弹簧且所述压缩弹簧位于上导向孔内,在外力作用下座体沿导向杆上下滑动;所述座体中心还设有容纳外齿轮的空腔,所述空腔内壁的顶部设有与外齿轮配合的一轮齿,轮齿的全齿高与外齿轮的齿顶圆半径之和小于所述空腔的半径。
2.如权利要求1所述的移动式LED灯角度调节装置,其特征在于,所述转轴与LED灯外壳之间设有第一防水圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的移动式LED灯角度调节装置,其特征在于,所述转轴与把手之间设有第二防水圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的移动式LED灯角度调节装置,其特征在于,与一把手相对侧的一LED灯外壳设有卡扣,另一LED灯外壳设有与卡扣相配合的卡槽。
