Abstract

本发明提供一种线材放线装置,包括铜线盘、侧板、导轮、回转臂、转向轴、轴承筒、耐磨条,导轮通过轴设置在两块侧板之间,内侧的侧板固定在回转臂的一端,回转臂的中间部位设置有耐磨条,回转臂的另一端设置在转向轴的顶端,转向轴设置在轴承筒的内圈,轴承筒设置在铜线盘的内圈里。本发明的有益效果是使用导轮代替现有技术中的钢丝绕成的导线孔,铜线在放出时带动导轮转动,避免对铜线表面有过多的摩擦,同时增加的耐磨条能使放线架在速度变化的过程中保证回转臂不会随着惯性甩线。

技术领域
本发明属于铜线镀锡技术领域,尤其是涉及一种线材放线装置。
背景技术
现有铜线镀锡技术中,需要将铜线从线盘放出,目前通常使用钢丝绕成的放线架,过线孔使用钢丝弯成,这种结构容易造成铜线与钢丝摩擦,并且当放线速度变化时,钢丝绕成的放线臂在惯性作用下容易甩线,造成放线紊乱。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:提供一种线材放线装置,包括铜线盘、侧板、导轮、回转臂、转向轴、轴承筒、耐磨条,所述导轮通过轴设置在两块侧板之间,所述内侧的侧板固定在回转臂的一端,所述回转臂的中间部位设置有耐磨条,所述回转臂的另一端设置在转向轴的顶端,所述转向轴设置在轴承筒的内圈,所述轴承筒设置在铜线盘的内圈里。
进一步,所述回转臂与铜线盘上表面呈6°~12°的角度。
进一步,所述导轮主要由光滑耐磨的聚四氟乙烯制成。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:使用导轮代替现有技术中的钢丝绕成的导线孔,铜线在放出时带动导轮转动,避免对铜线表面有过多的摩擦,同时增加的耐磨条能使放线架在速度变化的过程中保证回转臂不会随着惯性甩线。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种线材放线装置,包括铜线盘1、侧板2、导轮3、回转臂4、转向轴5、轴承筒6、耐磨条7,所述导轮3通过轴设置在两块侧板2之间,所述内侧的侧板2固定在回转臂4的一端,所述回转臂4的中间部位设置有耐磨条7,所述回转臂4的另一端设置在转向轴5的顶端,所述转向轴5设置在轴承筒6的内圈,所述轴承筒6设置在铜线盘1的内圈里。
所述回转臂4与铜线盘1上表面呈6°~12°的角度。
所述导轮3主要由光滑耐磨的聚四氟乙烯制成。
本实施例的工作过程:
当铜线从水槽3的水中出来以后,先经过铺设在毛巾架4上毛巾的擦拭,后经过导轮组5导引进入第一个锯末托盘7,铜线被锯末掩埋,这样锯末可以对铜线四周进行干燥处理,经过第一道锯末干燥处理后,铜线进入圆石盘10,同样在经过园石盘10时,铜线被小圆石埋上薄薄的一层,由于园石盘10底部有电加热器9,这样就保证以最快的方式烘干铜线,从园石盘出来后会经过第二个锯末盘7,这个位置就是为了防止铜线在前续部分干燥不充分设置的,能对铜线起到补充干燥的作用。

1.一种线材放线装置,其特征在于:包括铜线盘(1)、侧板(2)、导轮(3)、回转臂(4)、转向轴(5)、轴承筒(6)、耐磨条(7),所述导轮(3)通过轴设置在两块侧板(2)之间,所述内侧的侧板(2)固定在回转臂(4)的一端,所述回转臂(4)的中间部位设置有耐磨条(7),所述回转臂(4)的另一端设置在转向轴(5)的顶端,所述转向轴(5)设置在轴承筒(6)的内圈,所述轴承筒(6)设置在铜线盘(1)的内圈里。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种线材放线装置,其特征在于:所述回转臂(4)与铜线盘(1)上表面呈6°~12°的角度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种线材放线装置,其特征在于:所述导轮(3)主要由光滑耐磨的聚四氟乙烯制成。
