本发明公开了一种砂轮，包括砂轮本体，及设置在砂轮本体上的橡胶环，及设置在砂轮本体上的弹簧环，及设置在砂轮本体上的砂带，及设置在砂轮本体上的气囊，及设置在砂轮本体上的气阀；所述橡胶环设置在砂轮本体的最外层；所述弹簧环设置在橡胶环与砂带之间；本发明起到更好的冷却与排屑的效果，进一步提高砂轮的磨削质量。

本发明属于金属材料领域，具体涉及一种砂轮。
背景技术
    目前，常用的CBN砂轮外圆磨削会遇到砂轮与零件接触面时而产生零件有凹凸现象，平行度、平面度、粗糙度均达不到技术要求：是由于砂轮刀片弧形大、摩擦阻力大、磨削区温度高、零件容易因温度过高而发生热变形，还有其立压工艺不稳，造成压制密度不均匀，基体负重大，还有砂轮磨屑不能及时排出，砂轮易发生堵塞，直接影响磨削质量。
发明内容
（一）要解决的技术问题
为解决上述问题，本发明提出了一种砂轮。
（二）技术方案
本发明的砂轮，包括砂轮本体，及设置在砂轮本体上的橡胶环，及设置在砂轮本体上的弹簧环，及设置在砂轮本体上的砂带，及设置在砂轮本体上的气囊，及设置在砂轮本体上的气阀；所述橡胶环设置在砂轮本体的最外层；所述弹簧环设置在橡胶环与砂带之间。
进一步地，所述气囊设置有六个，且其互相连通。
进一步地，所述气阀与气囊之间采用连管连接。
（三）有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比较，其具有以下有益效果：本发明的砂轮，起到更好的冷却与排屑的效果，进一步提高砂轮的磨削质量。

如图1所示的一种砂轮，包括砂轮本体1，及设置在砂轮本体1上的橡胶环2，及设置在砂轮本体1上的弹簧环3，及设置在砂轮本体1上的砂带4，及设置在砂轮本体1上的气囊5，及设置在砂轮本体1上的气阀6；所述橡胶环3设置在砂轮本体1的最外层；所述弹簧环3设置在橡胶环2与砂带4之间。
其中，所述气囊5设置有六个，且其互相连通；所述气阀6与气囊5之间采用连管连接。
本发明的砂轮，起到更好的冷却与排屑的效果，进一步提高砂轮的磨削质量。

1.一种砂轮，其特征在于：包括砂轮本体，及设置在砂轮本体上的橡胶环，及设置在砂轮本体上的弹簧环，及设置在砂轮本体上的砂带，及设置在砂轮本体上的气囊，及设置在砂轮本体上的气阀；所述橡胶环设置在砂轮本体的最外层；所述弹簧环设置在橡胶环与砂带之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砂轮，其特征在于：所述气囊设置有六个，且其互相连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的砂轮，其特征在于：所述气阀与气囊之间采用连管连接。
