本发明涉及一种法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的半自动打孔装置,包括机架、胎架、电机、油缸和气缸,在机架的左侧安装滑轨,滑轨上滑动安装电机,电机的左侧支架安装一油缸,在电机右侧的机架上安装胎架,胎架左侧竖直安装阀盖定位板,在阀盖定位板的右侧间隔滑动安装卡盘固定架,在卡盘固定架的右侧的胎架上固装气缸,在电机右侧的滑道上安装一行程开关,当油缸推动电机的钻头前移将阀盖的连接孔钻通时,电机碰触行程开关,油缸带动电机后退。本发明提供的新型的法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的打孔装置能够将阀盖进行轴向和径向定位,经过轴向和径向定位后,钻头再将阀盖的孔钻出,能够保证钻孔的位置,保证密封性。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其是一种法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的半自动打孔装置。
背景技术
升降式止回阀的阀瓣沿着阀体垂直中心线滑动的止回阀,升降式止回阀只能安装在水平管道上,在高压小口径止回阀上阀瓣可采用圆球。升降式止回阀的阀体形状与截止阀一样(可与截止阀通用),因此它的流体阻力系数较大。其结构与截止阀相似,阀体和阀瓣与截止阀相同。阀瓣上部和阀盖下部加工有导向套简,阀瓣导向简可在阀盏导向简内自由升降,当介质顺流时,阀瓣靠介质推力开启,当介质停流时,阀瓣靠自垂降落在阀座上,起阻止介质逆流作用。直通式升降止回阀介质进出口通道方向与阀座通道方向垂直;立式升降式止回阀,其介质进出口通道方向与阀座通道方向相同,其流动阻力较直通式小。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种结构新颖、钻孔均匀的法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的半自动打孔装置。
本发明为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的半自动打孔装置,包括机架、胎架、电机、油缸和气缸,在机架的左侧安装滑轨,滑轨上滑动安装电机,电机的左侧支架安装一油缸,油缸的活塞杆端部垂直顶在电机左侧面,电机的右侧的机头安装一钻头座,钻头座上均布六个钻头,在电机右侧的机架上安装胎架,胎架左侧竖直安装阀盖定位板,阀盖定位板右侧面制有圆槽,在阀盖定位板的右侧间隔滑动安装卡盘固定架,卡盘固定架左侧面竖直固装卡盘,该卡盘同轴卡装阀盖的滑槽外套管,在卡盘固定架的右侧的胎架上固装气缸,气缸的活塞杆同轴对准卡盘的 中心,活塞杆的端部制有定位头,在电机右侧的滑道上安装一行程开关,当油缸推动电机的钻头前移将阀盖的连接孔钻通时,电机碰触行程开关,油缸带动电机后退。
而且,所述卡盘固定架下端面滑动嵌装在胎架的滑道上。
本发明的积极效果如下:
1、本发明提供的新型的法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的半自动打孔装置在机架上安装有胎架,在胎架上安装定卡盘,卡盘能够将止回阀阀盖的上的滑槽导柱进行径向定位,卡盘另一侧的的胎架上还安装有气缸,气缸活塞杆同轴顶在滑槽导柱的端部,将阀盖进行轴向定位,经过轴向和径向定位后,钻头再将阀盖的孔钻出,能够保证钻孔的位置,保证密封性。
2、本发明提供的新型的法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的半自动打孔装置结构简单,定位准确,适合大批量加工阀盖。
3、本申请在电机右侧的滑道上安装一行程开关,当油缸推动电机的钻头前移将阀盖的连接孔钻通时,电机碰触行程开关,油缸带动电机后退,使电机可以在油缸的带动下自动后退,完成自动打孔。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的半自动打孔装置,包括机架9、胎架11、电机1、油缸13和气缸7,在机架的左侧安装滑轨12,滑轨上滑动安装电机,电机的左侧支架安装一油缸,油缸的活塞杆端部垂直顶在电机左侧面,油缸活塞前进,电机向右侧移动,电机的右侧的机头安装一钻头座2,钻头座上均布六个钻头,六个钻头分别顺时针旋转,用于在阀盖2-1的边缘钻六个连接孔2-3,在电机右侧的机架上安装胎架,胎架左侧竖直安装阀盖定位板3,阀盖定位板右 侧面制有圆槽4,用于嵌装阀盖,在阀盖定位板的右侧间隔滑动安装卡盘固定架6,卡盘固定架左侧面竖直固装卡盘5,该卡盘同轴卡装阀盖的滑槽外套管2-2,卡盘固定架下端面滑动嵌装在胎架的滑道8上,在卡盘固定架的右侧的胎架上固装气缸,气缸的活塞杆10同轴对准卡盘的中心,活塞杆的端部制有定位头,定位头同轴嵌装在阀盖的滑槽端部,用于轴向定位。
为了保证油缸的自动移动,在电机右侧的滑道上安装一行程开关K1,当油缸推动电机的钻头前移将阀盖的连接孔钻通时,电机碰触行程开关K1,油缸带动电机后退。
本发明的使用方法如下:
将阀盖的滑槽外套管同轴穿入到卡盘的圆心内,用卡盘上的3个盘卡卡住滑槽外套管外侧壁,形成径向定位。
将卡盘固定架向右滑动,将阀杆的外端面嵌入到的阀盖定位板上,启动气缸,将阀盖同轴定在阀盖定位板的圆槽内,形成轴向定位。
启动电机,转动丝杆,将电机向前移动,慢慢钻六个孔即可。

1.一种法兰升降式止回阀阀盖连接孔的半自动打孔装置,其特征在于:包括机架、胎架、电机、油缸和气缸,在机架的左侧安装滑轨,滑轨上滑动安装电机,电机的左侧支架安装一油缸,油缸的活塞杆端部垂直顶在电机左侧面,电机的右侧的机头安装一钻头座,钻头座上均布六个钻头,在电机右侧的机架上安装胎架,胎架左侧竖直安装阀盖定位板,阀盖定位板右侧面制有圆槽,在阀盖定位板的右侧间隔滑动安装卡盘固定架,卡盘固定架左侧面竖直固装卡盘,该卡盘同轴卡装阀盖的滑槽外套管,在卡盘固定架的右侧的胎架上固装气缸,气缸的活塞杆同轴对准卡盘的中心,活塞杆的端部制有定位头,在电机右侧的滑道上安装一行程开关,当油缸推动电机的钻头前移将阀盖的连接孔钻通时,电机碰触行程开关,油缸带动电机后退。
