背景技术
一般粉碎装置都是将物料直接投进粉碎机中进行搅拌或者研磨进行粉碎,由于物料的大小不一,存在小粒径物料已经粉碎,而大粒径物料还未粉碎的情况,增加了粉碎时间,同时容易导致粉碎不均匀。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种粉碎装置,可使物料均匀粉碎,并且减少粉碎时间。
为实现这一目的,本发明所采用的结构是:一种粉碎装置,包括粉碎桶,所述粉碎桶内底部设有粉碎叶片,所述粉碎桶顶部开口处设有入料筛,入料筛底部为筛网,入料筛上方相互对称设有两根碾压辊。
其有益效果是:碾压辊将物料经过碾压后使物料颗粒变小变均匀,经过碾压后的物料进入粉碎桶后,经过粉碎叶片的切割,被快速粉碎,减少了粉碎时间。
