1、临床观察资料
收治患者1200例，其中男608例，女592例，年龄为21～70岁，病程为10～50天，随机分为四组，每组300人，分别为实验组1～4，实验组1～4分别服用实施例1～4的清肺止咳片。
2、诊断标准
参照《中药新药临床研究指导原则》中风燥伤肺证及肺肾阴虚证确定中医症候诊断标准。主症咳嗽，干咳无痰或痰少而黏，偶有痰中带血丝；次症咽痒、咽干、气急，鼻干，舌质红，舌苔薄白或薄黄，干而少津，脉浮或紧或小数。具备主症及次症中2项，同时参考以上舌象、脉象即可诊断。
3、治疗方法
每日2次，一次2片，温开水送服，七天为一个疗程。
4、疗效标准
痊愈：无咳嗽、无痰；
显效：白天偶有短暂咳嗽，入睡时短暂咳嗽或偶有夜间咳嗽，24小时痰量20～50ml；
有效：白天频繁咳嗽，轻度影响日常活动，夜间咳嗽轻度影响睡眠，24小时痰量50～100ml；
无效：白天频繁咳嗽，严重影响日常活动，夜间咳嗽严重影响睡眠，24小时痰量＞100ml。
