Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂，涉及一种中成药领域。本发明解决目前人眼被电焊弧光致红肿后一时难以根除痛苦的问题。该中药制剂是将石膏、硼砂、茯苓、薄荷等原料药物分别经筛选除去杂质后整理、切碎，按所述比例放在陶瓷器皿内加适量95％的乙醇浸没并浸泡7至10天，滤出药液得第一汁药液；余渣加适量95％的乙醇浸没并浸泡7至10天，滤出药液得第二汁药液；两汁混合得治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂。本发明的中药制剂制作方便、成本低廉、疗效明显、治愈率高、见效快且无毒副作用。

Description

一种治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药技术领域，特别是涉及一种治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂。
背景技术
电焊弧光伤眼是指眼部受电焊光所含紫外线的照射后引起的角膜和结膜浅层炎症的反应，多见于电焊、紫外线灯及高级电源照射后眼部损伤，临床表现有双眼异物感、疼痛剧烈并伴有畏光、流泪、异物感、刺痛、眼睑红肿、痉挛、并伴有头痛和视物模糊。人们一般采用煮沸后冷却的人奶或鲜牛奶滴入眼内、用湿冷毛巾敷双眼、闭目休息或戴墨镜来减少光的刺激及眼球转动磨擦等方法来减轻眼睛的不适感。但这些急救措施只能稍微减轻患者的疼痛，很难及时消除患者的根本问题，而且目前市场上也没有出现治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的有效药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足，提供一种制作方便、成本低廉、疗效明显、治愈率高、见效快且无毒副作用的治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供一种治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂，由以下原料药物制成，其重量份为：
本发明的最佳配方各原料药物的重量组份是：
治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂的制备方法，包括下述步骤：
(1)将石膏、硼砂、茯苓、薄荷、千里光、密蒙花、川芎、红花、冰片、接骨木、五灵脂、秦艽、细辛原料药物分别经筛选除去杂质后整理、切碎；
(2)将上述整理、切碎后的原料药物按所述比例放在陶瓷器皿内加适量95％的乙醇浸没并浸泡7至10天，滤出药液即得第一汁药液；
(3)将所述滤出第一汁药液后的余渣加适量95％的乙醇浸没并浸泡7至10天，滤出药液即得第二汁药液；
(4)将所述第一汁药液及第二汁药液混合即得治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂。
治疗方法：将患处用温水洗净、擦干，用医用棉签蘸取本发明中药制剂涂抹在患处表面，每20分钟一次，涂抹三次为一疗程。
本发明采用的原料药物机理如下：
石膏性味辛、咸、寒，清热泻火，利窍，消肿；硼砂性味甘、咸、凉，外用清热解毒、消肿、防腐，内服清肺化痰；茯苓性平、味甘淡，利水渗湿、健脾和宁心安神；薄荷味辛、性凉，疏散风热，清利头目，利咽透疹，疏肝行气；千里光性味苦、寒，清热解毒，明目，利湿；密蒙花味甘、微寒，祛风，凉血，润肝，明目；川芎味辛、温，行气开郁，法风燥湿，活血止痛；红花性味辛、温，活血通经，去瘀止痛；冰片味辛苦、凉，开窍醒神、清热散毒、明目退翳；接骨木性味甘、苦、平；接骨续筋，活血止痛，祛风利湿；五灵脂味甘、温，活血散瘀，炒炭止血；秦艽性味辛、苦、平，祛风湿，清湿热，止痹痛；细辛性味辛、温，祛风散寒、通窍止痛、温肺化饮。
本发明药物临床使用结果表明，有如下优点：
1、由于本发明采用了上述原料药物进行配伍，因此治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂疗效确切，疗程短，减轻了病人的痛苦；
2、本发明的中药制剂性温和无毒副作用；
3、本发明药源丰富、制作方法简便易行，使用安全，成本低廉。
本发明经过1995年至今316例患者临床治疗的应用例进一步说明本发明的中药制剂对治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的治疗效果。
使用本发明的治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂仅进行一个疗程就痊愈298人；使用本发明的治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂进行二个疗程能痊愈者14人；使用本发明的治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂进行一个疗程后仍有轻微不适感的为4人，且再次使用本发明的治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂后无不适感。
具体实施方式
实施例一：将除去杂质后整理、切碎的石膏25克、硼砂15克、茯苓45克、薄荷35克、千里光56克、密蒙花26克、川芎34克、红花56克、冰片37克、接骨木110克、五灵脂77克、秦艽115克及细辛38克放在陶瓷器皿内加入5公斤95％的乙醇浸渍7天，滤出药液即得第一汁药液；将所述滤出第一汁药液后的余渣加2公斤95％的乙醇浸渍7天，滤出药液即得第二汁药液；将所述第一汁药液及第二汁药液混合即得治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂。
实施例二：将除去杂质后整理、切碎的石膏30克、硼砂20克、茯苓50克、薄荷40克、千里光60克、密蒙花30克、川芎40克、红花60克、冰片40克、接骨木120克、五灵脂80克、秦艽120克及细辛40克放在陶瓷器皿内加入5公斤95％的乙醇浸渍8天，滤出药液即得第一汁药液；将所述滤出第一汁药液后的余渣加2.5公斤95％的乙醇浸渍8天，滤出药液即得第二汁药液；将所述第一汁药液及第二汁药液混合即得治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂。
实施例三：将除去杂质后整理、切碎的石膏35克、硼砂25克、茯苓55克、薄荷46克、千里光66克、密蒙花36克、川芎46克、红花64克、冰片43克、接骨木130克、五灵脂83克、秦艽130克及细辛42克放在陶瓷器皿内加入5公斤95％的乙醇浸渍10天，滤出药液即得第一汁药液；将所述滤出第一汁药液后的余渣加3公斤95％的乙醇浸渍10天，滤出药液即得第二汁药液；将所述第一汁药液及第二汁药液混合即得治疗电焊弧光致眼红肿的中药制剂。
