技术领域
本发明涉及一种简易快速栽种秧苗装置。
背景技术
在栽种农作物的幼苗时，对秧苗直接进行人工栽种，则存在人员耗费大，耗时长，效益低的问题。如果采用自动化设备对秧苗进行栽种，由于常见的栽种设备费用相对较高，不利于效益的提高，尤其是针对相对松软的土质进行栽种时，更是耗费了更高的生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种简易快速栽种秧苗装置，结构合理简洁，成本低，便于栽种使用，解决现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是：
一种简易快速栽种秧苗装置，包括后横杆、开合式放苗机构、洒水机构，后横杆设有若干依次排列的开合式放苗机构，开合式放苗机构包括放苗筒和电动推杆，放苗筒的中部设有放苗通道，放苗筒包括左边筒、右边筒，右边筒的端部活动连接在左边筒上，右边筒活动连接电动推杆的活塞端，电动推杆的底端活动连接在左边筒上，左边筒包括半圆形左上筒、半锥形左下筒，右边筒包括半圆形右上筒、半锥形右下筒，半圆形左上筒、半圆形右上筒、共同形成圆柱形筒，半锥形左下筒、半锥形右下筒共同形成锥形筒，洒水机构包括过水管、支管和喷淋头，过水管固定在后横杆上，过水管依次连通若干个支管，支管的端部设有喷淋头。
进一步地，所述左边筒与右边筒的接触面均设有胶垫。
进一步地，所述放苗筒采用不锈钢或铝合金制成。
进一步地，后横杆通过支杆连接有弧形卡位板，所述卡位板连接放苗筒的左边筒。
进一步地，后横杆的两端分别连接有推送气缸的活塞端，推送气缸的活塞端连接在顶杆上。
本发明的有益效果是：该种简易快速栽种秧苗装置，通过控制放苗筒的开合，实现多个秧苗的同时栽种与洒水，栽种快捷，成本低，利于生产使用。在进行小面积或少量栽种时，可通过人工移动后横杆完成栽种。在栽种秧苗的面积或数量较大时，通过后横杆的两端分别连接有推送气缸的活塞端，推送气缸的活塞端连接在顶杆上，将顶杆由机动车等带动，通过控电按钮控制后横杆的下移或上升、控制放苗筒的开合，快速地完成秧苗栽种。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
实施例：
一种简易快速栽种秧苗装置，包括后横杆1、开合式放苗机构、洒水机构，如图1所示，后横杆1设有若干依次排列的开合式放苗机构，如图2，开合式放苗机构包括放苗筒和电动推杆2，放苗筒整体为漏斗形鸭嘴结构，放苗筒的中部设有放苗通道，放苗筒包括左边筒3、右边筒4，右边筒4的端部活动连接在左边筒3上，右边筒4活动连接电动推杆2的活塞端，电动推杆2的底端活动连接在左边筒3上，左边筒3包括半圆形左上筒、半锥形左下筒，右边筒4包括半圆形右上筒、半锥形右下筒，半圆形左上筒、半圆形右上筒、共同形成圆柱形筒，半锥形左下筒、半锥形右下筒共同形成锥形筒。后横杆1通过支杆9连接有弧形卡位板10，卡位板10连接放苗筒的左边筒3。
进行秧苗栽种时，首先将秧苗从放苗筒的放苗通道的顶部放入，将放苗筒插入松土中，由电动推杆2推动，使左边筒3与右边筒4打开，如图3，从而秧苗落入土内，完成放苗操作。喷淋头7对秧苗进行洒水即可。
在进行小面积或少量栽种时，可通过人工移动后横杆1完成栽种。在栽种秧苗的面积或数量较大时，如图4，通过后横杆1的两端分别连接有推送气缸11的活塞端，推送气缸11的活塞端连接在顶杆12上，将顶杆12由机动车等带动，通过控电按钮控制后横杆1的下移或上升、控制放苗筒的开合，快速地完成秧苗栽种。
洒水机构包括过水管5、支管6和喷淋头7，过水管5固定在后横杆1上，过水管5依次连通若干个支管6，支管6的端部设有喷淋头7。喷淋头7倾斜设置，使淋水方向朝向栽种后的秧苗。
左边筒3与右边筒4的接触面均设有胶垫8，减缓放苗筒开合时的冲力，减低噪音，起到保护设备的作用。放苗筒采用不锈钢或铝合金制成，避免生锈，延长使用时间。

1.一种简易快速栽种秧苗装置，其特征在于：包括后横杆、开合式放苗机构、洒水机构，后横杆设有若干依次排列的开合式放苗机构，开合式放苗机构包括放苗筒和电动推杆，放苗筒的中部设有放苗通道，放苗筒包括左边筒、右边筒，右边筒的端部活动连接在左边筒上，右边筒活动连接电动推杆的活塞端，电动推杆的底端活动连接在左边筒上，左边筒包括半圆形左上筒、半锥形左下筒，右边筒包括半圆形右上筒、半锥形右下筒，半圆形左上筒、半圆形右上筒、共同形成圆柱形筒，半锥形左下筒、半锥形右下筒共同形成锥形筒，洒水机构包括过水管、支管和喷淋头，过水管固定在后横杆上，过水管依次连通若干个支管，支管的端部设有喷淋头；后横杆通过支杆连接有弧形卡位板，所述卡位板连接放苗筒的左边筒；后横杆的两端分别连接有推送气缸的活塞端，推送气缸的活塞端连接在顶杆上。
