本发明涉及一种车用机械或电子喇叭中的膜片及装配方法。
背景技术:
普通喇叭的膜片中心孔是圆孔,通过透气膜进行透气,这样的喇叭成本高,工序复杂。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种方孔膜片及装配方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种方孔膜片,其组成包括:膜片本体,所述的膜片本体中心具有方孔,所述的膜片本体为圆形,所述的膜片本体外侧具有薄边,所述的膜片本体中间处具有折弯凸起,所述的方孔内棱处具有圆角。
所述的方孔膜片,所述的膜片本体的材质为50CrVa和C75S,所述的膜片本体外圆直径为∅75mm,所述的膜片本体厚度为0.3-0.38mm,所述的方孔尺寸为6mm。
所述的方孔膜片的装配方法,所述的膜片本体的折弯凸起处与配重固定,通过压入钢结构垫圈,最后将膜片本体和配重、钢结构垫圈铆接在一起即可。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明工艺简单,有效降低了成本。
本发明通过膜片的中心孔透气,这样就节省了壳体上的透气结构,有效的降低了成本,另外,制作工艺比装配透气膜和密封胶垫简单。

实施例1:
一种方孔膜片,其组成包括:膜片本体,所述的膜片本体中心具有方孔(2),所述的膜片本体为圆形,所述的膜片本体外侧具有薄边3,所述的膜片本体中间处具有折弯凸起4,所述的方孔内棱处具有圆角1。
实施例2:
所述的方孔膜片,所述的膜片本体的材质为50CrVa和C75S,所述的膜片本体外圆直径为∅75mm,所述的膜片本体厚度为0.3-0.38mm,所述的方孔尺寸为6mm。
实施例3:
根据实施例1或2所述的方孔膜片的装配方法,所述的膜片本体的折弯凸起处与配重固定,通过压入钢结构垫圈6,最后将膜片本体和配重5、钢结构垫圈铆接在一起即可。

1.一种方孔膜片,其组成包括:膜片本体,其特征是:所述的膜片本体中心具有方孔,所述的方孔有且仅有一个,所述的膜片本体为圆形,所述的膜片本体外侧具有薄边,所述的膜片本体中间处具有折弯凸起,所述的折弯凸起呈圆形,所述的方孔内棱处具有圆角;
所述的膜片本体的材质为50CrVa,所述的膜片本体外圆直径为75mm,所述的膜片本体厚度为0.3mm,所述的方孔尺寸为6mm;
所述的方孔膜片的装配方法,所述的膜片本体的折弯凸起处与配重固定,通过压入钢结构垫圈,最后将膜片本体和配重、钢结构垫圈铆接在一起即可。
