[0002] 随着经济的发展、社会的进步,人们对能源提出越来越高的要求,寻找新能源成为当前人类面临的迫切课题。现有电力能源的来源主要有3种,即火电、水电和核电。火电需要燃烧煤、石油等化石燃料。一方面化石燃料蕴藏量有限、越烧越少,正面临着枯竭的危险。据估计,全世界石油资源再有30年便将枯竭。另一方面燃烧将排出二氧化碳和硫的氧化物,因此会导致温室效应和酸雨,恶化地球环境。水电要淹没大量土地,有可能导致生态环境破坏,而且大型水库一旦塌崩,后果将不堪设想。另外,一个国家的水力资源也是有限的,而且还要受季节的影响。核电在正常情况下固然是干净的,但万一发生核泄漏,后果同样是可怕的。前苏联切尔诺贝利核电站事故,已使900万人受到了不同程度的损害。
[0003] 我国的海岸线非常长,在海边存在大量的太阳能、风能、潮汐能等可再生能源。太阳能是一种干净的可再生的新能源,越来越受到人们的青睐,在人们生活、工作中有广泛的作用,其中之一就是将太阳能转换为电能,太阳能电池就是利用太阳能工作的。太阳能光发电是将太阳能直接转变成电能的一种发电方式。它包括光伏发电、光化学发电、光感应发电和光生物发电四种形式,在光化学发电中有电化学光伏电池、光电解电池和光催化电池。风能作为一种清洁的可再生能源,越来越受到世界各国的重视。其蕴量巨大,全球的风能约为2.74X10~9MW,其中可利用的风能为2X10~7MW,比地球上可开发利用的水能总量还要大10倍。风很早就被人们利用一主要是通过风车来抽水、磨面等,而现在,人们感兴趣的是如何利用风来发电。潮汐发电与普通水力发电原理类似,通过出水库,在涨潮时将海水储存在水库内,以水能的形式保存,然后,在落潮时放出海水,利用高、低潮位之间的落差,推动水轮机旋转,带动发电机发电。但是现有的技术中,没有能综合利用海边太阳能、风能、潮汐能的发电设备。

[0014] 如图1至图2所示,本发明包括底座1、立杆2、储电器3、电机4、旋转控制器5、旋转轴6、斜支架7、太阳能发电板8、风力发电机9、电能传输系统10和电缆11,底座I布置在海边,立杆2、储电器3、电机4、旋转控制器5依次布置在底座I上,旋转轴6的两端分别与电机4、斜支架7相连接,太阳能发电板8布置在斜支架7的上端,风力发电机9布置在立杆2的顶端,旋转控制器5通过电缆11与电机4相连接,电机4、太阳能发电板8、风力发电机9、电能传输系统10均通过电缆11与储电器3相连接,电机4为步定电机,太阳能发电板8与地平线的角度为三十度,电能传输系统10与电网相连接。

1.一种适用于海边的太阳能及风力发电系统,包括底座(1),底座(1)布置在海边,其特征在于,还包括立杆⑵、储电器(3)、电机⑷、旋转控制器(5)、旋转轴(6)、斜支架(7)、太阳能发电板⑶、风力发电机(9)、电能传输系统(10)和电缆(11),立杆(2)、储电器(3)、电机(4)、旋转控制器(5)依次布置在底座⑴上,旋转轴(6)的两端分别与电机⑷、斜支架(7)相连接,太阳能发电板(8)布置在斜支架(7)的上端,风力发电机(9)布置在立杆(2)的顶端,旋转控制器(5)通过电缆(11)与电机⑷相连接,电机⑷、太阳能发电板⑶、风力发电机(9)、电能传输系统(10)均通过电缆(11)与储电器(3)相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于海边的太阳能及风力发电系统,其特征在于,电机(4)为步定电机,太阳能发电板(8)与地平线的角度为三十度,电能传输系统(10)与电网相连接。
