本发明涉及一种蝉窝陶瓷片方体节能灶。其灶盘设置在灶体上,灶体上均匀排列有数个陶瓷片,灶体一端焊接有主气管,灶体内设置有均气管,均气管小端连通主气管,其灶盘、灶体为相匹配的长方体结构;燃气由主管路和均气管进入灶体燃烧室进行热交换,使灶盘中部与四周热量均衡,可控范围大;本发明可与方型、长方型的蒸箱等厨具相匹配,热利用率高,无燃烧死角,使用效果好,方便宾馆、饭店、学校及餐饮业使用。

本发明属于炉灶领域,涉及一种蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶。
背景技术
现有的以耐高温蜂窝陶瓷片为耐火材料的炉灶,其灶体及灶盘通常为圆型结构,使用时有一定的局限性,尤其是与宾馆、饭店、学校等广泛使用的方型、长方型的蒸箱等厨具不相匹配,造成热量流失,能源浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效节能的蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,它结构合理,热效率均衡,可控范围大。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,其灶盘设置在灶体上,灶体上均匀排列有数个陶瓷片,灶体一端焊接有主气管,灶体内设置有均气管,均气管小端连通主气管,其灶盘、灶体为相匹配的长方体结构。
所述的均气管略带锥度,大端为喇叭口状,伸至灶体内一端。
所述的灶盘为长方体框架结构,且由两纵向框边逐渐向中心轴线倾斜呈V型状,其上开设有数长方形透孔,透孔沿纵向中心线对称分布,透孔与透孔之间由筋肋分隔。
所述的灶盘的两横向框边内设置有加固圆角,四周框边上设置有安装孔。
所述的陶瓷片为长方体,对应于透孔架设在筋肋上,并粘接在灶盘的四周框边上,陶瓷片与陶瓷片之间由粘接剂勾缝并与筋肋粘接。
所述的灶盘、灶体为相匹配的正方体结构。
本发明的灶体及灶盘为长方体结构,燃气由主管路和均气管进入灶体燃烧室进行热交换,使灶盘中部与四周热量均衡,可控范围大;可与方型、长方型的蒸箱等厨具相匹配,热利用率高,无燃烧死角,使用效果好,方便宾馆、饭店、学校及餐饮业使用。

参阅图1 、图2 、图3 所示,一种蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,包括灶盘1 、灶体2、陶瓷片3 、粘接剂4 、均气管5 、主气管6 等:其灶盘1 、灶体2造型为相匹配的长方体结构,灶盘l 设置在灶体2 上,灶体2 上均匀排列并粘接有数个陶瓷片3 ,灶体2 的纵向一端焊接有主气管6 ,灶体2 内设置有均气管5 ,均气管5 略带锥度,小端连通主气管6 ,大端为喇叭口状,伸至灶体2 内的另一端。
所述的灶盘1 为长方体框架结构,且由两纵向框边逐渐向中心轴线倾斜呈V型状,其上开设有多个长方形透孔102 ,透孔102 沿纵向中心线对称分布,透孔102 一般为二至四排,每排3-12 个,透孔102 与透孔102 之间由筋肋101 分隔,且两横向框边内设置有加固圆角103 ,灶盘1 的四周框边上设置有安装孔104。
所述的陶瓷片3 为长方体,其横截面呈沿Y 轴竖立的蜂窝孔状,陶瓷片3 对应于透孔102 并架设在筋肋101 上,采用粘接剂4 粘接在灶盘1的四周框边上,同时将陶瓷片3 与陶瓷片3 之间采用粘接剂4 勾缝与筋肋101 粘接。当有陶瓷片3 损坏时,可单个逐一更换。
所述的灶盘1 、灶体2 造型也可以为相匹配的正方体结构,其余结构同上所述。

1.一种蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,其灶盘设置在灶体上,灶体上均匀排列有数个陶瓷片,灶体一端焊接有主气管,灶体内设置有均气管,均气管小端连通主气管,其特征在于灶盘(1)、灶体(2)为相匹配的长方体结构。
2.根据权利要求l所述的蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,其特征在于所述的均气管(5)略带锥度,大端为喇叭口状,伸至灶体(2)内一端。
3.根据权利要求l所述的蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,其特征在于所述的灶盘(1)为长方体框架结构,且由两纵向框边逐渐向中心轴线倾斜呈V型状,其上开设有数长方形透孔(102),透孔(102)沿纵向中心线对称分布,透孔(102)与透孔(102)之间由筋肋(101)分隔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,其特征在于所述的灶盘(1)的两横向框边内设置有加固圆角(103) ,四周框边上设置有安装孔(104) 。
5.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,其特征在于所述的陶瓷片(3) 为长方体,对应于透孔(102) 架设在筋肋(101)上,并粘接在灶盘(1)的四周框边上,陶瓷片(3)与陶瓷片(3)之间由粘接剂(4)勾缝并与筋肋(101)粘接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝陶瓷片方体节能灶,其特征在于所述的灶盘(1)、灶体(2)为相匹配的正方体结构。
