Abstract

本发明公开了一种限位齿条,包括齿条本体(1),所述齿条本体(1)上开有一条限位槽(2),限位槽(2)内安装有至少一个限位螺栓(3),所述限位螺栓(3)能可拆卸安装在限位槽(2)内任意位置。本发明不但能够节约生产成本,而且不会发生限位不同步的情况。

本发明涉及一种限位齿条。
背景技术
很多齿条在使用过程中需要对其进行限位,因此需要另外安装红外等限位装置,不但提高了生产成本,而且另外的限位装置在长时间使用之后还有可能会发生与齿条不同步的情况,影响使用。
发明内容
本发明为了解决目前的齿条在使用过程中很多都需要另外设置限位的问题,为此提供了一种限位齿条,包括齿条本体1,所述齿条本体1上开有一条限位槽2,限位槽2内安装有至少一个限位螺栓3,所述限位螺栓3能可拆卸安装在限位槽2内任意位置。
本发明限位齿条,所述限位槽2与齿条本体1的平面一侧平行。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明能够通过限位螺栓来对齿条进行限位,节约了生产成本。而且限位螺栓能够安装在限位槽内的任意位置,因此对于不同程度的限位均能够使用,且该限位螺栓由于安装在齿条上,能够与齿条始终同步。

如图1所示的限位齿条,包括齿条本体1,所述齿条本体1上开有一条限位槽2,所述限位槽2与齿条本体1的平面一侧平行。在限位槽2内安装有至少一个限位螺栓3,所述限位螺栓3能可拆卸安装在限位槽2内任意位置。本发明能够通过限位螺栓来对齿条进行限位,节约了生产成本。而且限位螺栓能够安装在限位槽内的任意位置,因此对于不同程度的限位均能够使用,且该限位螺栓由于安装在齿条上,能够与齿条始终同步。

1.一种限位齿条,包括齿条本体(1),其特征是:所述齿条本体(1)上开有一条限位槽(2),限位槽(2)内安装有至少一个限位螺栓(3),所述限位螺栓(3)能可拆卸安装在限位槽(2)内任意位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的限位齿条,其特征是:所述限位槽(2)与齿条本体(1)的平面一侧平行。
