本发明涉及一种装置,具体涉及一种电液回转器。本发明的技术方案如下:一种电液回转器,包括电机、贮油箱、齿轮泵、转动齿轮、油缸、活塞和齿条,转动齿轮与齿条啮合,所述齿条为分体式结构,所述齿条包括基座、齿条体和螺栓,所述基座上设置螺孔,所述齿条体上设置通孔,所述螺栓插入所述通孔拧入所述螺孔将所述齿条体固定在所述基座上。本发明提供的一种电液回转器,将齿条做成分体式结构,更换方便,造价低廉。

背景技术
中国专利号:CN 201650929U,名称为“一种电液回转器”,公开了一种电液回转器包括电机、贮油箱,贮油箱内设置齿轮泵,所述齿轮泵通过联轴器与电机连接,齿轮泵的另一端连接油路集成块,贮油箱的上部设置空气滤清器,还包括转动齿轮、油缸、活塞、齿条。
上述电液回转器,由于转动齿轮与齿条处于不断高速转动摩擦状态,极易磨损,零件报废率非常高,无论更换转动齿轮或齿条,都是造价很高,而且工人劳动强度大,所需工时多。
发明内容
本发明提供一种电液回转器,将齿条做成分体式结构,更换方便,造价低廉。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种电液回转器,包括电机、贮油箱、齿轮泵、转动齿轮、油缸、活塞和齿条,转动齿轮与齿条啮合,所述齿条为分体式结构,所述齿条包括基座、齿条体和螺栓,所述基座上设置螺孔,所述齿条体上设置通孔,所述螺栓插入所述通孔拧入所述螺孔将所述齿条体固定在所述基座上。
所述的电液回转器,其优选方案为,所述转动齿轮为高强度钢制造,所述齿条体为低强度钢制造。
本发明的有益效果为:1、本发明的电液回转器,将齿条做成分体式结构,分为基座及齿条体,以螺栓进行连接,当齿条体发生磨损而报废时,更换起来非常方便。2、本发明的齿条体为低强度钢制造,造价低廉,其在与高强度钢制造的转动齿轮产生转动摩擦时,会首先发生磨损,从而起到保护转动齿轮的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1~5所示,一种电液回转器,包括电机1、贮油箱2、齿轮泵3、转动齿轮6、油缸4、活塞5和齿条7,转动齿轮6与齿条7啮合,所述齿条7为分体式结构,所述齿条7包括基座8、齿条体10和螺栓,所述基座8上设置螺孔9,所述齿条体10上设置通孔11,所述螺栓插入所述通孔11拧入所述螺孔9将所述齿条体10固定在所述基座8上;所述转动齿轮6为高强度钢制造,所述齿条体10为低强度钢制造。

1.一种电液回转器,包括电机、贮油箱、齿轮泵、转动齿轮、油缸、活塞和齿条,转动齿轮与齿条啮合,其特征在于,所述齿条为分体式结构,所述齿条包括基座、齿条体和螺栓,所述基座上设置螺孔,所述齿条体上设置通孔,所述螺栓插入所述通孔拧入所述螺孔将所述齿条体固定在所述基座上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电液回转器,其特征在于,所述转动齿轮为高强度钢制造,所述齿条体为低强度钢制造。
