Abstract

空调排水泵,属于排水泵。本发明包括泵盖、泵座、泵轴、叶轮、电机和液位报警开关装置,泵盖与泵座固定连接组成泵壳,泵壳上设有进、出水口,泵座上设有左、右支撑柱,电机安装于两支撑柱后端,叶轮紧固于泵轴,泵轴穿过泵座与电机的主轴连接,液位报警开关装置包括正、负极感应棒和两个导线触片,两感应棒分别作为嵌件成型注塑固定于两支撑柱中,两感应棒的前端感应头部均悬伸出相应的支撑柱前端,并与进水口口部在叶轮轴向上间隔一段距离,两导线触片的其中一端作为嵌件成型分别注塑固定于两支撑柱,两支撑柱各对应连接一个导线触片。本发明解决了现有空调排水泵如出现故障或排水管路堵塞时冷凝水容易积留造成空调损坏的问题。

技术领域
  本发明属于排水泵领域,尤其与一种空调排水泵有关。
背景技术
空调室内机在制冷或除湿时,空气中的水份会凝结并滴落在热交换器下方的积水盘内,积水盘内的冷凝水用排水泵抽吸排除,当排水泵出现故障或排水管路堵塞时,积水盘内的冷凝水就会超过设定的最高水位,导致水溢出或损坏空调部件,影响整个空调系统的正常运行。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在解决现有空调排水泵如出现故障或排水管路堵塞时冷凝水容易积留造成空调损坏的问题,提供一种能在水积留超过最高水位时报警的空调排水泵。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:空调排水泵,包括泵盖、泵座、泵轴、叶轮和电机,泵盖与泵座固定连接组成具有中空泵腔的泵壳,泵壳上设置有进水口和出水口,叶轮容置于中空泵腔内,泵座上设有间隔一段距离的左、右支撑柱,所述的电机安装于左、右支撑柱后端,叶轮紧固于泵轴,泵轴穿过泵座与电机的主轴连接,由电机驱动旋转,其特征是,所述的空调排水泵还包括液位报警开关装置,所述液位报警开关装置包括正极感应棒、负极感应棒和两个导线触片,正极感应棒和负极感应棒分别作为嵌件成型注塑固定于所述的左、右支撑柱中,两感应棒的前端感应头部均悬伸出相应的支撑柱前端,并与所述的进水口口部在叶轮轴向上间隔一段距离,两导线触片的其中一端作为嵌件成型分别注塑固定于所述左、右支撑柱,左、右支撑柱各对应连接一个导线触片。
    使用时,导线触片都通过导线连接到空调控制板,排水泵进水口置入积水盘中,当空调运转时,排水泵处于常开状态,积水盘中的水能及时被排出,正极感应棒和负极感应棒的感应头部都处于液面上,如果排水泵出现故障或排水管路堵塞时,积水盘中的水就会不断满起来,当液面漫过两极感应棒的感应头部时,正极感应棒和负极感应棒通过冷凝水导通,空调控制板就会控制报警装置发出报警信号并控制空调停机。
本发明可以达到以下有益效果:通过在泵座的两支撑柱中注塑固定作为嵌件成型的正极感应棒、负极感应棒和两个导线触片,使空调排水泵具备了液位报警功能,提高了排水泵的安全性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述。
如图1和图2所示,本发明包括泵盖10、泵座9、泵轴、叶轮2和电机11,泵盖10与泵座9固定连接组成具有中空泵腔的泵壳,泵壳上设置有进水口1和出水口5,叶轮2容置于中空泵腔内,泵座9上设有间隔一段距离的左支撑柱4和右支撑柱7,所述的电机11安装于左、右支撑柱后端,叶轮2紧固于泵轴,泵轴穿过泵座9与电机11的主轴连接,由电机11驱动旋转,其特征是,所述的空调排水泵还包括液位报警开关装置,所述液位报警开关装置包括正极感应棒3、负极感应棒8和两个导线触片6,正极感应棒3和负极感应棒8分别作为嵌件成型注塑固定于所述的左、右支撑柱中,两感应棒的前端感应头部均悬伸出相应的支撑柱前端,并与所述的进水口1的口部在叶轮2轴向上间隔一段距离,两导线触片6的其中一端作为嵌件成型分别注塑固定于所述左、右支撑柱,左、右支撑柱各对应连接一个导线触片6。
    使用时,导线触片6都通过导线连接到空调控制板,排水泵进水口1置入积水盘中,当空调运转时,排水泵处于常开状态,积水盘中的水能及时被排出,正极感应棒3和负极感应棒8的感应头部都处于液面上,如果排水泵出现故障或排水管路堵塞时,积水盘中的水就会不断满起来,当液面漫过两极感应棒的感应头部时,正极感应棒3和负极感应棒8通过冷凝水导通,空调控制板就会控制报警装置发出报警信号并控制空调停机。

1.空调排水泵,包括泵盖、泵座、泵轴、叶轮和电机,泵盖与泵座固定连接组成具有中空泵腔的泵壳,泵壳上设置有进水口和出水口,叶轮容置于中空泵腔内,泵座上设有间隔一段距离的左、右支撑柱,所述的电机安装于左、右支撑柱后端,叶轮紧固于泵轴,泵轴穿过泵座与电机的主轴连接,由电机驱动旋转,其特征在于:所述的空调排水泵还包括液位报警开关装置,所述液位报警开关装置包括正极感应棒、负极感应棒和两个导线触片,正极感应棒和负极感应棒分别作为嵌件成型注塑固定于所述的左、右支撑柱中,两感应棒的前端感应头部均悬伸出相应的支撑柱前端,并与所述的进水口口部在叶轮轴向上间隔一段距离,两导线触片的其中一端作为嵌件成型分别注塑固定于所述左、右支撑柱,左、右支撑柱各对应连接一个导线触片。
