Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型吸音降噪玻璃,包括玻璃体,其上包括吸音层、吸音孔和吸音腔,所述吸音层位于玻璃体的中心位置,吸音腔对称分布在吸音层的两侧,且与吸音层连通,吸音孔均匀遍布在所述玻璃体的外表层,其一端与外界大气相同,另一端与吸音腔连通。本发明的结构简单,设计合理,其通过相互连通的吸音孔、吸音腔和吸音层的设计,将大气与玻璃体内部连通,提升玻璃体内的空隙导通率,从而有效提升了玻璃体的整体吸音效率;本发明的整体吸音性能优异,可有效吸收环境中低、中、高频的声波,能够有效吸附环境中90~95%的噪音,具有高效吸音降噪的性能,市场前景广阔。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及玻璃领域,特别是涉及一种新型吸音降噪玻璃。
背景技术
随着科技的发展和社会的进步,噪声污染已经成为不可忽视的环境污染问题之一,越来越多的充斥着人们的生活环境,影响人们的工作、学习和休息。吸声材料作为降低噪声,改善声环境的有效措施之一,目前已被广泛应用到很多实际工程领域,特别是在开阔或者大的封闭环境内。现有吸音材料主要包括矿棉、玻璃纤维毡、有机纤维毡、金属纤维毡、泡沫金属、泡沫塑料和泡沫玻璃等。这些吸音材料虽然具有较宽的频带及高的吸声系数,但也分别存在着许多问题。其中,矿棉和玻璃纤维毡在施工及应用时存在纤维散落,造成环境二次污染的问题,其应用存在隐患;金属纤维毡和泡沫金属的成本较太高;有机泡沫塑料的强度、易燃、易老化和耐腐蚀性较差;而泡沫玻璃可以解决上述各种吸音材料存在的缺点,是一种综合性能优异的吸音材料,但其泡孔结构的连通性不佳,吸声效果较差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型吸音降噪玻璃,能够在现有泡沫玻璃优异综合性能的基础上,解决其泡孔连通性差导致的吸音效果差的难题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种新型吸音降噪玻璃,包括玻璃体,所述玻璃体上包括吸音层、吸音孔和吸音腔,所述吸音层位于所述玻璃体的中心位置,所述吸音腔对称分布在所述吸音层的两侧,且与所述吸音层连通,所述吸音孔均匀遍布在所述玻璃体的外表层,其一端与外界大气相同,另一端与所述吸音腔连通。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸音层为一三层层压膜,其由环保阻尼吸音棉层、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛膜层和聚氯乙烯膜层依次复合而成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸音腔内含有占吸音腔体积30~50%的离心玻璃丝棉。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸音腔的深度为所述玻璃体厚度为35~45%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸音孔的孔隙率为25~30%,孔径为0.2~0.3mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述吸引孔为圆形孔、方形孔或椭圆形孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种新型吸音降噪玻璃的结构简单,设计合理,其通过相互连通的吸音孔、吸音腔和吸音层的设计,将大气与玻璃体内部连通,提升玻璃体内的空隙导通率,从而有效提升了玻璃体的整体吸音效率;并通过吸音腔、吸音孔的规格设计,及吸音腔填充物与吸音层的设计,提升了玻璃体的整体吸音性能,本发明的可以有效吸收环境中低、中、高频的声波,能够有效吸附环境中90~95%的噪音,具有高效吸音降噪的性能,市场前景广阔。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

本发明揭示了一种新型吸音降噪玻璃,包括玻璃体1,所述玻璃体1上包括吸音层2、吸音孔3和吸音腔4,所述吸音层2为一三层层压膜,其由环保阻尼吸音棉层、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛膜层和聚氯乙烯膜层依次复合而成,横向或纵向布置在所述玻璃体1的中心位置,可有效提高玻璃的吸音性能,增强吸音效果。
所述吸音腔4对称分布在所述吸音层2的两侧,且与所述吸音层2连通,深度为所述玻璃体1厚度为35~45%,吸音腔4内还含有高吸音效率的离心玻璃丝棉5,且离心玻璃丝棉5占吸音腔的体积为30~50%,通过在吸音腔内设置一定体积份数的吸音离心玻璃丝棉,不仅可以提高玻璃的整体吸音效率,同时由于吸音腔内还具有50%以上的空隙率,因此也不影响吸音腔的吸音性能。
所述吸音孔3为圆形孔、方形孔或椭圆形孔,均匀遍布在所述玻璃体1的外表层,孔隙率为25~30%,孔径为0.2~0.3mm,其一端与外界大气相同,另一端与所述吸音腔连通。

1.一种新型吸音降噪玻璃,包括玻璃体,其特征在于,所述玻璃体上包括吸音层、吸音孔和吸音腔,所述吸音层位于所述玻璃体的中心位置,所述吸音腔对称分布在所述吸音层的两侧,且与所述吸音层连通,所述吸音孔均匀遍布在所述玻璃体的外表层,其一端与外界大气相同,另一端与所述吸音腔连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型吸音降噪玻璃,其特征在于,所述吸音层为一三层层压膜,其由环保阻尼吸音棉层、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛膜层和聚氯乙烯膜层依次复合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型吸音降噪玻璃,其特征在于,所述吸音腔内含有占吸音腔体积30~50%的离心玻璃丝棉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型吸音降噪玻璃,其特征在于,所述吸音腔的深度为所述玻璃体厚度为35~45%。
