步骤1：将配比量的中药材：苦参、白鲜皮、黄柏、紫苏、川芎、金银花、茱萸、依次放入萃取机中进行萃取，浓缩，过滤，可分别得到苦参萃取液，白鲜皮萃取液，黄柏萃取液，紫苏萃取液，川芎萃取液，金银花萃取液，茱萸萃取液；
步骤2：将30-60℃配比量的去离子水中按比例加入松花粉，乳木果油，搅拌乳化均匀，得到混合液A；
步骤3：将混合液A中加入配比量的凡士林，得到混合液B;
步骤4：将混合液B中加入配比量的苦参萃取液，白鲜皮萃取液，黄柏萃取液，紫苏萃取液，川芎萃取液，金银花萃取液，茱萸萃取液，维生素E，壳聚糖，并搅拌至均匀后，得到一种婴儿湿疹膏。
