技术领域
本发明涉及使用包含水泥材料、水和骨料以及任选的附加剂和/或添加剂的砂浆浆料处理地下地层的方法。
背景技术
一种处理地下地层的方法是压裂。压裂是在岩层中起裂和随后延伸碎裂或裂缝的过程。压裂能够从地表深处(例如2,000-20,000英尺)的岩层中产生烃。在这种深度下,地层可能缺少足够的孔隙率和渗透性(导流性)以使烃以经济速率从岩石流入井孔。在钻入贮层岩层的井孔中预定的深度下人造裂缝起裂和向外延伸至地层的目标区域中。压裂通过提供连接贮层较大区域到井孔的导流通路进行作业,由此增加了可以从中由目标地层采收烃的区域。通过水力压裂或在压力下将流体注入井孔产生许多裂缝。引入注入流体的支撑剂可以维持裂缝宽度。常见的支撑剂包括沙子、陶瓷或其它微粒以防止当注射停止时裂缝闭合。一些支撑剂材料很贵和可能不适合于维持初始导流性。运输支撑剂材料可能很昂贵和低效率。例如,支撑剂可能在具有短裂缝长度的带水作业中趋于下沉。此外,带水压裂作业要求使用大量的水和液压功率。在紧的和具有长裂缝闭合时间的地层中凝胶作业也存在与由于污染贮层的残余物要进行合适清理、削弱产量和不能长期(5-24小时)保持功能(高粘度)相关的困难。
U.S.7,044,224描述了在裂缝中提供渗透性的方法。该方法涉及向地下地层中注入包含可降解材料的可渗透水泥组合物。降解可降解材料在所得的支撑剂基质中形成孔隙。该方法的问题是很难控制可降解材料的降解。如果可降解材料未均匀地混入水泥组合物中,可能限制渗透性。此外,当降解发生得太快时,在形成基质前水泥组合物填充了孔隙,导致渗透性降低。当降解发生得太慢时,孔隙缺少彼此的连通性,也导致渗透性降低。为了使降解发生在恰当的时间,必须小心控制各种条件(例如pH、温度、压力等),这使过程复杂性增加和由此增加了时间和成本。该方法的另一问题是可降解材料可能很昂贵和运输困难。该方法的又一问题是即使使用大量可降解材料,也只能在边缘加强渗透性。此外,添加可降解材料可能对流动性产生负面影响。
发明内容
处理地下地层的方法可以包括:制备砂浆浆料;将所述砂浆浆料注入地下地层中;在保持砂浆浆料压力高于地层裂缝闭合压力的同时,使所述砂浆浆料凝固以形成砂浆结构;使压力降低到所述裂缝闭合压力以下;和使所述砂浆结构碎裂。可以设计使所述砂浆浆料凝固以形成具有低于地下地层裂缝闭合压力的压缩强度的砂浆结构。所述砂浆浆料可以包含水泥材料和水。在压力下将所述砂浆浆料注入所述地下地层,所述压力足以在所述地下地层中产生裂缝。可以在保持压力的同时使所述砂浆浆料凝固和在所述裂缝中形成所述砂浆结构。然后可以使压力降低到所述裂缝闭合压力以下和使所述砂浆结构碎裂,形成碎裂的砂浆结构。
处理地下地层的另一方法可以包括:制备砂浆浆料;在压力下将所述砂浆浆料注入所述地下地层,所述压力足以在所述地下地层中产生裂缝;和使所述砂浆浆料凝固,在所述裂缝中形成可渗透砂浆结构。可以设计所述砂浆浆料以凝固形成具有高于10mD-ft导流性的可渗透砂浆结构。所述砂浆浆料可以包含水泥材料、骨料和水。
具体实施方式
通常,在压裂源岩石之后,砂浆浆料可以凝固以形成强的导流性和类岩石的砂浆结构。砂浆浆料可以同时产生和填充裂缝,使其中的烃漏出。当砂浆浆料硬化为砂浆结构时,只要砂浆结构是可渗透的,裂缝可以保持开放以使烃流入钻杆。这种砂浆浆料可以降低或消除对支撑剂的需要,所述支撑剂可能很昂贵和有时不能保持初始导流性。此外,相比于常规方法,通过使用砂浆浆料作为压裂剂而不用大量的可溶材料、胶凝剂、发泡剂等加强的导流性可以提供更安全、更便宜和更有效的处理选择。
使用本文描述的方法的处理可以包括激发、地层稳定、和/或加固。使用以下所述方法的激发可以涉及使用砂浆浆料替代传统流体如携带固体支撑剂材料的滑溜水、线性凝胶或交联凝胶配制物。在硬化为可渗透砂浆结构和变得导流之前,砂浆浆料可以在目标地层区域中产生裂缝,使贮层流体流入井孔。因此,砂浆浆料可以充当压裂流体和支撑剂材料。在水合作用之后,砂浆浆料可以变得导流,从而产生的裂缝几何形状可以导流而无需单独的支撑剂。此外,可以增加裂缝范围,导致因更多接触面积而改进的裂缝长度,并相应增加了井距。在一些例子中,井距可以加倍,减少了50%的井。而且,可以明显降低激发成本。此外,可以减少用水,这是由于砂浆浆料可能要求比传统滑溜水压裂控制少高达70-75%的水。
通过如下过程砂浆浆料可以达到和维持高的设计裂缝导流性:(1)当由砂浆浆料形成的砂浆结构受到闭合地层应力作用时,控制砂浆结构中的碎裂;(2)当砂浆浆料凝固以形成可渗透砂浆结构时,控制该砂浆浆料的导流性;或(3)这两者。通过控制砂浆结构中的碎裂,利用由于施加在砂浆结构上的最小原位应力引起的碎裂可以产生导流介质。这种碎裂可以形成用于流体流动的自由通路,因此,使得碎裂的砂浆结构成为导流介质,即使在碎裂之前砂浆结构导流性较差或甚至相对不导流。在凝固形成可渗透砂浆结构的过程中,通过提供沙子/水泥材料比高于1的砂浆浆料可以控制砂浆浆料的导流性。通过选择在砂浆结构中产生孔隙的配方通过团聚在水合作用过程中粘结的沙粒可以产生导流性。可能由于沙粒被预涂覆或砂浆浆料混合发生团聚。最后,在具有特定导流性的砂浆结构中,控制可渗透砂浆结构的碎裂可以获得进一步提高的导流性。因此,可以利用未碎裂的可渗透砂浆结构、已碎裂的基本不可渗透砂浆结构或已碎裂的可渗透砂浆结构提供导流性。
在一个实施方案中,处理地下地层的方法涉及使用设计用于形成设计在低于裂缝闭合压力下碎裂的固体砂浆结构的砂浆浆料。也就是说,砂浆浆料可以按不同比例含有各组分,从而当凝固时,在除去外压后,所得的砂浆结构将具有小于裂缝闭合压力的压缩强度。因此,当在砂浆浆料已经凝固和形成砂浆结构后除去外压时,裂缝闭合压力将压紧砂浆结构。因为砂浆结构的压缩强度小于裂缝闭合压力,这种压紧将导致砂浆结构一定程度碎裂,引起砂浆结构的渗透性提高。
源于砂浆结构基质中孔隙的固化砂浆结构中的渗透性是指初级渗透性。但当固化砂浆结构碎裂时,例如应用超过砂浆结构压缩强度的地层应力产生次级渗透性。次级渗透性的产生将提高固化砂浆结构的总渗透性。通过在砂浆浆料中包含在砂浆结构固化之后收缩或膨胀的组分,也可以产生次级渗透性。收缩的组分产生附加的孔隙,还削弱了基质,导致当应用地层应力时附加的碎裂。在砂浆结构固化之后膨胀的组分将导致固化的砂浆结构在裂缝中改变大小和引起碎裂,产生次级渗透性。
本发明可以依赖固化砂浆结构的初级渗透性,或者可以利用本文教导的方法之一另外产生次级渗透性,或者可以利用相对不可渗透的砂浆结构,和依赖在裂缝中固化砂浆浆料时或之后产生的次级渗透性。
本文描述的处理方法可以用于压裂、再压裂或其中需要裂缝或井孔导流性的任何其它处理。可以制备砂浆浆料(液相和固相或两者或两者的部分)(如"匆忙处理"或通过预混合过程)和在足以在地下地层中产生裂缝的压力下置于地下地层中。用于混合砂浆浆料组分(如骨料、水泥材料和水)的设备和过程可以是间歇、半间歇或连续的和可以包括水泥泵、压裂泵、自由下落搅拌机、钻机使用的喷射搅拌机、干燥材料的预混合(间歇混合)或其它设备或方法。在一些实施方案中,通过在高达30,000psi的压力下用泵注射将砂浆浆料置于地下地层中。可以连续或单独间歇地进行注射。可能希望高达约12m3/min的流率通过高达约125mm的管径和高达约1,202.7mm的穿孔。当在地下地层中产生至少一个裂缝时,将希望压力保持在高于裂缝闭合压力的压力下,使砂浆浆料凝固和形成类岩石的砂浆结构。裂缝闭合压力可以从专门的测试如微压裂、小型压裂、漏失测试或由声波和密度测井数据获得。
只要压力在裂缝产生时刻和砂浆浆料凝固时刻之间不降到裂缝闭合压力以下,砂浆浆料将填充在裂缝中并形成砂浆结构。当砂浆浆料已经凝固形成砂浆结构时,可以将压力降低到裂缝闭合压力以下,和可以使裂缝中的砂浆结构碎裂形成碎裂的砂浆结构。为了确保砂浆结构碎裂,可以设计砂浆浆料以凝固形成具有为或低于地下地层裂缝闭合压力的压缩强度的砂浆结构。另外可以适当设计砂浆结构的压缩强度,这取决于砂浆浆料使用的各种材料的类型和量。压缩强度可以为大于“裂缝闭合-0.5*贮层压力”。这通常被称为有效支撑剂应力或有效约束应力。在一个实施方案中,通过闭合压力的作用诱发碎裂但不会损失完整性,因为希望砂浆结构的强度高于有效约束应力。也就是说,砂浆结构的压缩强度可以为闭合压力和有效约束应力之间的任何值,从而当暴露在闭合压力下时砂浆结构碎裂但未完全破坏。例如,如果特定地层的裂缝闭合压力为8,000psi和贮层压力为6,500psi,有效约束应力为8,000-0.5*6,500=4,750psi,一种希望的可渗透砂浆结构的压缩强度可以为低于8,000psi和高于4,750psi。基于压缩强度估值,地层可以施加比期望值高得多的点或线载荷,这些载荷也可以诱发希望的碎裂。本领域普通技术人员将理解可以基于包括碎裂程度或所希望渗透性、材料成本、流动性、井节流政策等多种因素选择精确的砂浆结构压缩强度。
在一些实施方案中,可以设计砂浆浆料以提供具有高于预期裂缝闭合压力的压缩强度的可渗透砂浆结构。在这种实施方案中,材料的选择可以确保可渗透砂浆结构的足够导流性而不依赖砂浆结构的碎裂来提供导流性。
无论是否设计砂浆浆料以使砂浆结构碎裂,都可以设计砂浆浆料以确保砂浆结构在裂缝中保持至少一些完整性。因此,砂浆浆料的各种设计导致砂浆结构具有最大的压缩强度、最小的压缩强度或这两者。特定的砂浆浆料提供碎裂的砂浆结构,这是因为最大的压缩强度足够低,但仍保持结构的完整性,这是因为最小的压缩强度足够高。换句话说,砂浆结构可以碎裂,当应保留在原处并用作支撑剂。可以基于使导流性最大化选择砂浆结构可以碎裂的程度,从而有足够的碎裂以确保从其中流过,但碎裂也不能太多以至于砂浆结构破裂为小片和块或可能变为井孔控制的阻碍。
为了在裂缝中保持所希望的完整性,如果砂浆结构的碎裂是不希望的(例如,如果砂浆结构为无需碎裂就具有足够渗透性的可渗透砂浆结构),砂浆结构可以具有高于地层有效约束应力或裂缝闭合压力的压缩强度。此外,砂浆结构的强度可能足以坚持住由于维修或其它控制原因而暂时关闭井的压力周期。在一些实施方案中,当假设裂缝闭合压力约40MPa时,砂浆结构可以具有约20MPa的压缩强度,从而裂缝闭合压力将引起砂浆结构碎裂而未被破坏。
由于使用可渗透砂浆结构、砂浆结构碎裂或这两者在井孔中形成可渗透砂浆结构之后,可以从地层产出烃,可渗透砂浆结构保持在地层中裂缝的完整性,同时使烃和其它地层流体流入井孔。产出的烃可以流过可渗透砂浆结构和/或诱发的碎裂,同时可以基本上阻止地层沙子通过可渗透砂浆结构。
砂浆浆料包含水泥材料和水。水可以以足以形成具有可泵送稠度的砂浆浆料的量存在。更特别地,水和水泥材料的重量比可以为0.2-0.8,这取决于砂浆浆料的各种所希望特征。例如,当希望较小的粘度时可以使用较多的水,和当需要强度时可以使用较多的水泥材料或较少的水。此外,水与水泥材料的比可以根据砂浆浆料中是否使用其它材料而改变。可以基于流动性和均一性选择在砂浆浆料中使用的特定材料。
多种水泥材料可能都是适合的,包括由钙、铝、硅、氧、铁、和/或铝形成的水硬水泥,它通过与水反应凝固和硬化。水硬水泥包括但不限于波特兰水泥、火山灰水泥、石膏水泥、高氧化铝含量水泥、二氧化硅水泥、高碱度水泥、微水泥、炉渣水泥和粉煤灰水泥。根据美国石油协会(API)的用于井用水泥的材料和测试的API规格(API规格10,第五版,1990年7月1日),一些水泥被归类为级别A、B、C、G和H水泥。欧洲标准EN197-1提到了可能适合的其它水泥类型和组成,该标准由5个主要类型组成。其中,基于次要材料的类型,类型II被分为7个子类型。美国标准ASTM C150涵盖了不同类型的波特兰水泥和ASTM C595涵盖了混合的水硬水泥。水泥材料可以占砂浆浆料重量的约20-90%。
砂浆浆料中的水可以为淡水、盐水(如包含一种或多种溶解于其中的盐的水)、卤水(如饱和盐水)、淡盐水、回流水、采出水、循环或废水、湖水、河水、池塘水、矿物水、井水、沼泽或海水。通常,水可以来自任何来源,只要它不包含过量的不利地影响砂浆浆料中其它组分的化合物即可。可以处理水以确保用于砂浆浆料的适当组成。
在一些实施方案中,可以设计砂浆浆料以提供具有最低水平导流性的可渗透砂浆结构。例如,可以使用间断级配骨料、碎裂或这两者设计砂浆浆料以凝固形成具有约10-9,000mD-ft、约250-1,000mD-ft、大于100mD-ft或大于1,500mD-ft的导流性的可渗透砂浆结构。
砂浆浆料可以提供具有最低水平导流性的砂浆结构,而不用采用可能昂贵的、有害环境的、难以运输的或其它不希望的一些材料。换句话说,砂浆浆料可以基本上排除一些材料。例如,在一些情况下,胶凝剂、破碎剂、发泡剂、表面活性剂、附加增粘剂和/或可降解材料可以完全从砂浆浆料中排除,或仅以最小量被包含。因此,砂浆浆料可以包含小于5%胶凝剂、小于5%发泡剂、小于5%表面活性剂和/或小于5%可降解材料,以砂浆浆料中水泥材料的重量计。例如,砂浆浆料可以包含小于4%、小于3%、小于2%、小于1%、小于0.5%、小于0.1%或痕量的任何这些材料,以砂浆浆料中水泥材料的重量计。
砂浆浆料还可以包含骨料。一些骨料的例子包括标准沙、河沙、粉碎岩石(例如玄武岩、熔岩/火山岩等)、矿物填料和/或辅助或回收材料如水去矿化的石灰石微粒和粉煤灰。其它例子包括多分散、新、回收或废物流固体颗粒、陶瓷、粉碎混凝土、失效催化剂(如重金属沥滤)和玻璃颗粒。也可以提供轻质的添加剂如膨润土、火山灰或硅藻土。骨料的粒度可以为0-2mm、0-1mm或0.1-0.8mm。沙子/水泥材料的比可能影响砂浆结构的机械特性如压缩和弯曲强度以及砂浆浆料的可加工性孔隙率和渗透性。沙子和水泥材料的比可以为1-8、1-6或2-4。在一些实施方案中,可以使用间断级配骨料。因此,可以基于每种的独特特征选择各种粒度的特定比例,从而当砂浆浆料被泵送入井孔和凝固形成砂浆结构时,在砂浆浆料中有目的地产生孔隙。因此,可以提供间断级配骨料使砂浆结构在已经碎裂以形成可渗透砂浆结构之前或之后的孔隙含量为约20%。颗粒的混合角度可以允许更好的填充混合。例如,天然材料如具有低或高角度的沙子可以单独使用或与具有相似或不相似角度的其它材料组合使用。当设计的孔隙含量足够高时,可以设计砂浆结构以具有高于裂缝闭合压力的压缩强度。因此,利用间断级配骨料可以获得较高程度的砂浆结构完整性,同时允许足够的导流性。但如果希望附加的导流性,可以使用间断级配骨料,同时设计砂浆结构在裂缝闭合压力下碎裂,产生甚至更高的导流性。在一些实施方案中,通过预水合作用用水泥基混合物涂覆沙粒以消除下陷和保持砂浆浆料为单相液体;此外,还可以向砂浆浆料中添加增稠剂或其它常见的固体悬浮添加剂以及不同的改进附加剂。
砂浆浆料可以包含粘合剂例如但不限于波兰特水泥,其中CEMI52.5R是非常快速硬化的例子,或其它如Microcem(具有非常小的粒度分布(<10μm)的特殊水泥)。后者具有非常小的水泥颗粒和因此具有非常高的比表面积(即Blaine值),这样它可以在早期就获得非常高的强度。其它水泥材料如熟料、粉煤灰、炉渣、硅粉、石灰石、页岩残渣、possolan和矿物粘合剂可以用于粘合。
砂浆浆料可以包括增塑剂或超增塑剂及缓凝剂的附加剂。超增塑剂可以包括但不限于聚羧酸酯,其商业例子为BASF GleniumACE352(活性组分=20%m/m),和/或磺化萘甲醛缩合物,其商业例子为Cugla PIB HR(活性组分=35%m/m)。缓凝剂可以包括但不限于本领域已知的用于水泥应用的标准缓凝剂,其商业例子包括CUGLAPIBMMV(活性组分=25%m/m)和/或BASF Pozzolith130R(活性组分=20%m/m)。
任选地,分散剂可以以有效以有助于在砂浆浆料中分散水泥和其它材料的量包含在砂浆浆料中。例如,分散剂可以为砂浆浆料重量的约0.1-约5%。典型的分散剂包括萘-磺酸基-甲醛缩合物、丙酮-甲醛-亚硫酸酯缩合物和flucano-δ-内酯。
流体损耗控制添加剂可以被包含在砂浆浆料中以防止在放置过程中流体从砂浆浆料中损失。液体或可溶流体损耗控制添加剂的例子包括改性合成聚合物和共聚物、天然树脂和它们的衍生物以及衍生的纤维素和淀粉。如果使用,流体损耗控制添加剂通常可以以足以抑制流体从砂浆浆料中损失的量被包含在树脂组合物中。例如,流体损耗添加剂可以占砂浆浆料重量的约0-25%。
其它添加剂如促进剂(如氯化钙,氯化钠,三乙醇胺氯化钙,氯化钾,亚硝酸钙,硝酸钙,甲酸钙,甲酸钠,硝酸钠,三乙醇胺,X-seed(BASF),纳米CaCO3,其它碱金属和碱土金属的卤化物、甲酸盐、硝酸盐和碳酸盐,在ASTM C494中规定的用于水泥的附加剂或其它)、缓凝剂(如酒石酸钠、柠檬酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、衣康酸钠、酒石酸、柠檬酸、葡萄糖酸、木质素磺酸盐、和合成聚合物和共聚物、触变添加剂、可溶的锌或铅盐、可溶的硼酸盐、可溶的磷酸盐、木质素磺酸钙、碳水化合物衍生物、糖基附加剂(例如木质素)、在ASTMC494中规定的用于水泥的附加剂或其它)、悬浮剂、表面活性剂、疏水或亲水涂料、PH缓冲液等也可以包含在砂浆浆料中。附加添加剂可以包括用于强化或弱化的纤维,为聚合或天然的如纤维素纤维。也可以包含碎裂添加剂。一些碎裂添加剂可以包括膨胀性材料(如石膏、磺基铝酸钙、游离石灰(CaO)、铝颗粒(如金属铝)、反应性二氧化硅(如粗颗粒;长期的)等)、收缩材料、水泥杂质(如油,柴油)、弱支撑材料(如弱骨料、火山骨料等)和非键合骨料(如塑料、涂有树脂的支撑剂和生物可降解材料)。

砂浆浆料还可以包含:当砂浆结构碎裂时可以使其连接或结合在一起的玻璃或其它纤维;石灰石或为改进砂浆浆料粘附性(减少分隔)的其它填料;或用于涉及水泥材料的井下控制的任何添加剂或材料。
砂浆浆料可以凝固以在地下地层的裂缝中形成可渗透砂浆结构,尤其用于保持裂缝的完整性和防止利用井流体产生微粒。可以在地面上(匆忙处理或通过预共混过程)制备砂浆浆料,然后在足以实施所希望功能的压力下通过井孔注入地下地层和/或裂缝或裂隙中。当压裂或其它砂浆浆料放置过程完成时,使砂浆浆料在地层裂缝中凝固。可能要求足量的压力以在凝固过程中保持砂浆浆料,尤其是防止砂浆浆料流出地层裂缝。当凝固时,可渗透砂浆结构可能导流性足够强,以使油、气和/或其它地层流体从其中流过,而不会使大量不希望的微粒迁移到井孔中。此外,可渗透砂浆结构可以具有足够的压缩强度以保持地层中裂缝的完整性。
砂浆结构可以具有足够的强度以基本上作为支撑试剂,例如,部分或完全保持地层中裂缝的完整性以提高地层的导流性。重要地,当作为支撑试剂时,砂浆结构也可以在地层中提供流动通道,其促进所希望的地层流体流到井孔中。当缺乏足够强度以避免在裂缝闭合压力下碎裂时,碎裂的砂浆结构也可以具有足够强度作为支撑试剂。在一些实施方案中,可渗透砂浆结构(即可渗透砂浆结构、碎裂的砂浆结构或碎裂的可渗透砂浆结构)的渗透性可以为约0.1-430达西;在其它实施方案中,可渗透砂浆结构的渗透性可以为约0.1-50达西;仍在其它实施方案中,可渗透砂浆结构的渗透性可以高于约10达西,或高于约1达西。
当砂浆结构的碎裂不是特别希望时,以上所述的方法可以任选略掉保持压力高于裂缝闭合压力同时使砂浆浆料凝固并使裂缝中的砂浆结构碎裂和形成碎裂的砂浆结构的步骤。如果不略掉或仅部分略掉这些步骤,砂浆结构仍可能碎裂和形成碎裂的砂浆结构,导致提高的导流性。但如果碎裂是希望的,则这些步骤可以确保受控的碎裂发生。
小块砂浆浆料和负载支撑剂的凝胶可以使用支撑剂和凝胶部分作为连接提高在裂缝中碎裂的砂浆结构位置之间的连通。碎裂的砂浆结构部分可以支持在裂缝中垂直放置高导流性材料。可以在结束时使用支撑剂和流体完成处理,用于更好的近井孔导流性。低和高的频率以及碎裂的砂浆结构与凝胶的比可能取决于在两系统之间循环的设备容量。
为了有效泵送和以其它方式处理砂浆浆料,可以设计砂浆浆料以按照作业场地的特别限制流动。因此,考虑变量如温度、井孔深度和其它地层特征,可以调整流动性半径。通过本领域作业人员已知的粘度计标准设备如Fann-35(由Houston Tx的Fann Instrument Company提供)测定,砂浆浆料粘度可以为小于5,000cP或小于3,000cP,潜在地低于1,000cP。同样,可以设计砂浆浆料以按照作业场地的特别限制凝固。因此,考虑变量如温度、井孔深度和其它地层特征,可以调整凝固时间。在一些实施方案中,在泵停止后砂浆浆料的凝固时间可以为至少60分钟。在其它实施方案中,在泵停止后砂浆浆料的凝固时间可以为2-6小时、在泵停止后为约3小时,或在放置后和凝固之前放置砂浆浆料而没有不希望的延迟的另一凝固时间。当已经选择了凝固时间时,处理地下地层的方法可以包括通过等待设计的凝固时间使砂浆浆料凝固。例如,当砂浆浆料的凝固时间为60分钟时,所述方法可以包括在注射停止后等待至少60分钟。本领域技术人员将理解某种缓凝剂技术可能影响砂浆浆料强度进展,这可能需要考虑和补偿。
当砂浆浆料凝固时,砂浆结构(如可渗透砂浆结构)可以具有高于100mD-ft的导流性,和可以设计砂浆浆料以在砂浆结构中提供这种导流性。在碎裂前,可渗透砂浆结构可以具有第一导流性。该导流性源于在可渗透砂浆结构中形成的连续开孔结构和/或碎裂。在可渗透砂浆结构碎裂后,因为碎裂产生的孔隙空间,碎裂的可渗透砂浆结构可能具有较高的导流性。例如,碎裂可以提供具有约0.5mm宽度的碎片。因此,可渗透砂浆结构的第二导流性可能大于在碎裂前可渗透砂浆结构的第一导流性。例如,第一导流性可以为至少100mD-ft,和第二导流性可以为至少250mD-ft。第二导流性可以比第一导流性高出一定程度或百分比。例如,第二导流性可以比第一导流性高至少25mD-ft、50mD-ft、100mD-ft、250mD-ft、500mD-ft或1,000mD-ft。这些值可以应用到高达约15,000psi的约束应力,不同的值可用于不同的施用净压力。
当砂浆浆料凝固时,砂浆结构的耐盐性可以高于3%盐水,和可以设计砂浆浆料以在砂浆结构中提供这种耐盐性。例如,耐盐性可以为约1-25%盐水。本领域技术人员可以理解在高的盐度或碱含量下一些骨料可能显示出不需要的碱-二氧化硅反应性,因此这里不优选这些材料。
可以设计砂浆浆料凝固温度为约50-330℃,设计凝固温度低于150℃,或设计凝固温度高于150℃。
在一个实施方案中,可以由27.7wt%的波兰特水泥、13.9wt%的地下水、55.4wt%的0-1mm沙子、1.7wt%的缓凝剂和1.3wt%的超增塑剂形成砂浆浆料。
在一个特定的实施方案中,可以设计砂浆浆料和砂浆结构具有如下部分或全部特征:

在两个样品的碎裂砂浆结构试验中,在室温下使用水柱高约0.4m的变水头方法测定导流性。样品表现出良好的流动性和凝固性能,在16-24小时之后其压缩强度为25-30MPa(在80℃下)。这个范围的压缩强度足够弱,以在假定的裂缝闭合压力下碎裂,其导流性为150-2,200mD-ft,如下所示。
在另一个试验中,在室温下使用水柱高约0.4m的变水头方法测定导流性。当内插至80℃和使用气体作为介质时,样品表现出恰当的导流性。压缩强度低于规定的最小值,这表明可能发生碎裂,因此增加了导流性,如下所示。

Claims (20)
1.一种处理地下地层的方法,包括:
制备砂浆浆料,所述砂浆浆料设计用于凝固以形成具有低于地下地层裂缝闭合压力的压缩强度的砂浆结构,所述砂浆浆料包含水泥材料和水;
在压力下将所述砂浆浆料注入所述地下地层,所述压力足以在所述地下地层中产生裂缝;
在保持压力高于所述裂缝闭合压力的同时,使所述砂浆浆料凝固,在所述裂缝中形成所述砂浆结构;
使压力降低到所述裂缝闭合压力以下;和
使所述裂缝中的砂浆结构碎裂,形成碎裂的砂浆结构。
2.权利要求1的方法,其中还设计使所述砂浆浆料具有小于5,000cP的粘度。
3.权利要求1的方法,其中还设计使所述砂浆浆料凝固以形成在泵停止后凝固时间超过60分钟的砂浆结构,和其中使所述砂浆浆料凝固包括在注射停止后等待至少60分钟。
4.权利要求1的方法,其中还设计使所述砂浆浆料凝固以形成具有高于所述地层的有效约束应力的压缩强度的可渗透砂浆结构。
5.权利要求1的方法,其中还设计使所述砂浆浆料凝固以形成具有高于4,000mD-ft的导流性的可渗透砂浆结构。
6.权利要求1的方法,其中在使所述裂缝中的砂浆结构碎裂之前,所述砂浆结构包含具有第一导流性的可渗透砂浆结构,和其中所述碎裂砂浆结构具有大于所述第一导流性的第二导流性。
7.权利要求6的方法,其中所述第二导流性高于2,000mD-ft。
8.权利要求6的方法,其中所述第二导流性高于所述第一导流性至少2,000mD-ft。
9.权利要求1的方法,其中还设计使所述砂浆浆料凝固和形成耐盐性高于1%盐水的砂浆结构。
10.权利要求1的方法,其中水和水泥材料的设计比为0.2-0.8。
11.一种处理地下地层的方法,包括:
制备砂浆浆料,所述砂浆浆料设计用于凝固以形成具有高于10mD-ft的导流性的可渗透砂浆结构,所述砂浆浆料包含水泥材料、骨料和水;
在压力下将所述砂浆浆料注入所述地下地层,所述压力足以在所述地下地层中产生裂缝;和
使所述砂浆浆料凝固,在所述裂缝中形成所述可渗透砂浆结构。
12.权利要求11的方法,其中还设计使所述砂浆浆料具有小于5,000cP的粘度。
13.权利要求11的方法,其中还设计使所述砂浆浆料凝固以形成在泵停止后凝固时间超过60分钟的可渗透砂浆结构,和其中使所述砂浆浆料凝固包括在注射停止后等待至少60分钟。

16.权利要求11的方法,其中还设计使所述砂浆浆料凝固和形成耐盐性高于1%盐水的可渗透砂浆结构。
17.权利要求11的方法,其中水和水泥材料的设计比为0.2-0.8。
18.权利要求11的方法,其中所述砂浆浆料的设计还包含沙子。
19.权利要求18的方法,其中沙子和水泥材料的设计比为1-8。
