本发明公开了一种专用接网线端子,包含铜片切刀、塑料外壳;所述塑料外壳的左右两端中部设置有网线入口,所述塑料外壳的下端面设置有方形凹槽;所述左右两端网线入口的内部与方形凹槽重合的地方分别设置有一排间隔设置的通孔;所述铜片切刀上端的左右两侧分别设置有一排与通孔相对应的凸齿,所述铜片切刀设置在方形凹槽内,且左右两排凸齿分别对应的设置在左右两排通孔内;所述塑料外壳的下端设置有压板;所述压板的另一端设置有凸钩,所述塑料外壳的一侧设置有与凸钩相对应的卡槽;本发明使用简便,能快速维修断裂网线。

一种专用接网线端子
技术领域
本发明涉及网线端子领域,特指一种能快速维修断裂网线的一种专用接网线端子。
背景技术
网线在使用过程中,由于长时间过度弯曲或被桌子、凳子等轧到,很有可能会造成网线内部一根或多根线发生断裂而无法正常使用的状况。以往通常情况下的维修,都是直接将整段网线换掉,造成了大量的浪费,或将断裂的那一根或几根线绞在一起再在最外层缠上胶带,既步骤繁多浪费时间同时稳定性,即能否长的时间使用也得不到保证,为此,我们研发了利用切刀连接的原理,将断裂的网线两端分别从端子口插入,利用铜片切刀进行连接,使维修的速度、质量都可以得到提高。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种能快速维修断裂网线的一种专用接网线端子。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种专用接网线端子,包含铜片切刀、塑料外壳;所述塑料外壳的左右两端中部设置有网线入口,所述塑料外壳的下端面设置有方形凹槽;所述左右两端网线入口的内部与方形凹槽重合的地方分别设置有一排间隔设置的通孔;所述铜片切刀上端的左右两侧分别设置有一排与通孔相对应的凸齿,所述铜片切刀设置在方形凹槽内,且左右两排凸齿分别对应的设置在左右两排通孔内;所述塑料外壳的下端设置有压板;所述压板的另一端设置有凸钩,所述塑料外壳的一侧设置有与凸钩相对应的卡槽。
优选的,所述塑料外壳呈长方体,所述两排通孔各平行于塑料外壳的左右两端。
优选的,所述塑料外壳的下端和压板的一端采用铰链连接。

本发明所述的专用接网线端子通过铜片切刀与网线的连接可实现对断裂网线的快速、高质量的修复,使用简便,节约网线。

附图1-2为本发明所述的专用接网线端子,包含铜片切刀2、塑料外壳5;所述塑料外壳5呈长方体,所述塑料外壳5的左右两端中部设置有网线入口1,所述塑料外壳5的下端面设置有方形凹槽;所述左右两端网线入口1的内部与方形凹槽重合的地方分别设置有一排间隔设置的通孔,所述两排通孔各平行于塑料外壳5的左右两端;所述铜片切刀2上端的左右两侧分别设置有一排与通孔相对应的凸齿,所述铜片切刀2设置在方形凹槽内,且左右两排凸齿分别对应的设置在左右两排通孔内;所述塑料外壳5的下端设置有压板3,所述塑料外壳5的下端和压板3的一端采用铰链连接;所述压板3的另一端设置有凸钩,所述塑料外壳5的一侧设置有与凸钩相对应的卡槽4。
维修时:先找到发生断裂的地方,剪断网线,同时两端各去掉一定长度的外皮,将露出的细线相对应地从左右两端的网线入口1插入并尽量伸到头;将压板3向上旋转卡入卡槽4从而实现对网线的接通和压实,即将铜片切刀2中左右两排凸齿压到网线上并与网线连接;这样断裂的网线便可重新连接到一起。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明所述的专用接网线端子通过铜片切刀与网线的连接可实现对断裂网线的快速、高质量的修复,使用简便,节约网线。

1.一种专用接网线端子,其特征在于:包含铜片切刀、塑料外壳;所述塑料外壳的左右两端中部设置有网线入口,所述塑料外壳的下端面设置有方形凹槽;所述左右两端网线入口的内部与方形凹槽重合的地方分别设置有一排间隔设置的通孔;所述铜片切刀上端的左右两侧分别设置有一排与通孔相对应的凸齿,所述铜片切刀设置在方形凹槽内,且左右两排凸齿分别对应的设置在左右两排通孔内;所述塑料外壳的下端设置有压板;所述压板的另一端设置有凸钩,所述塑料外壳的一侧设置有与凸钩相对应的卡槽;所述塑料外壳呈长方体,所述两排通孔各平行于塑料外壳的左右两端;所述塑料外壳的下端和压板的一端采用铰链连接。
