背景技术
[0002]固定源的烟尘排放是造成大气污染的重要根源,尤其是那些颗粒细小、表面积较大的颗粒物,它们在长时间的传输过程中进行着各种复杂的物理、化学变化,对人体健康造成不利影响。
[0003]对于固定源排放气体的监测是研究大气污染的形成机理、控制污染烟尘排放的重要手段。目前,对固定源实施的监测装置或多或少存在着以下缺陷:不能采集颗粒物样品,不能进行烟尘粒径分割采样,不能测出烟尘在排放到大气环境中的真实形态。
[0004]之所以需要进行烟尘粒径分离采样,是因为当颗粒物小于PMlO时,烟尘对大气的污染更加严重,其中小于PM2.5的颗粒可以直接进入人体肺泡,将病毒带入,所以,对烟尘中微小颗粒物的采集研究尤为重要。
[0005]现有技术中的采样稀释器虽然可以进行粒径分离采样,但是还存在以下问题:1、被零空气发生器吸入的气流集中在一级稀释腔中部区域运动,一级稀释腔内侧面气流流动很弱甚至不流动,这样有一部分颗粒物会吸附在一级稀释腔的侧壁上,造成采样数据出现偏差;2、通过零空气发生器产生空气动力时,二级稀释腔的前端内壁上也会出现气体不流动现象,颗粒物会吸附在二级稀释腔内壁上,造成采样数据偏差。

[0008]本发明的可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器,包括等速采样装置、与所述等速采样装置依次相连的一级稀释腔、二级稀释腔、停留室和采样器,所述等速采样装置包括等速管、固定在所述等速管上的皮托管、质量流量控制器和数据处理器,所述等速管的一端设有等速头,另外一端通过通气管道与所述一级稀释腔相连,所述皮托管和质量流量控制器分别与所述数据处理器相连,其特征在于:所述一级稀释腔外部还安装有用于冲刷所述一级稀释腔内壁的多个环流管,所述环流管的一端连接于所述一级稀释腔进气端,另一端连接于所述一级稀释腔的出气端,所述环流管上还设有循环空气栗,所述环流管内的气体在循环空气栗的作用下在所述环流管和一级稀释腔内循环流动,所述一级稀释腔通过平流管与所述二级稀释腔相连,所述平流管的一端与所述一级稀释腔连通,另外一端为锥形出气口,所述锥形出气口连通于所述二级稀释腔,所述平流管外部套接有外套管,所述外套管和平流管为间隙配合,所述外套管一端为与所述平流管相同形状的锥形出气口并与所述二级稀释腔连通,另外一端连接着零空气发生器,所述二级稀释腔进气端外壁上还设有多个进气管,所述进气管一端通过多个进气孔与所述二级稀释腔连通,另外一端与所述零空气发生器连通。

[0018]本实施例中的零空气发生器9向外套管82内吹气时,气体在外套管82和平流管8的间隙中运动,当气体从锥形出气口进入二级稀释腔3时,气流交叉流动,锥形出气口前端会形成低压区,此时平流管8内的气体流向低压区,并在周围气流的带动下流向停留室内,同时这个低压区会将一级稀释腔2内的气体吸向二级稀释腔3,一级稀释腔2内的气体会形成气幕(如图1中的虚线区域),此时部分颗粒物会粘附在一级稀释腔2的内壁上,而环流管6形成的循环气流会冲刷一级稀释腔2的内壁,将粘附的颗粒物吹起并重新扩散到一级稀释腔2的气体内,从而降低采样误差,而与此同时二级稀释腔3的侧壁由交叉气体流动冲刷,但是其前端内侧壁会出现气流流动缓慢甚至静止的情况,一些颗粒物会粘附在其前端侧壁上,而进气管可以起到冲刷二级稀释腔3前端侧壁的作用,防止颗粒物粘附在前端内壁上。
[0019]本实施例中的循环空气栗7排入一级稀释腔2体内的洁净气体可以稀释烟气,而且可以防止颗粒物粘附在一级稀释腔2的内壁上,零空气发生器9排入二级稀释腔3体内的洁净空气可以稀释烟气,而且可以防止颗粒物粘附在其前端侧壁上,二级稀释腔3上设有出气管,出气管上设有调节阀,多余的气体可以通过出气管排走。
[0020]如图1所示,采样器5位于停留室4的下部且与其内部连通,采样器5由旋风分离器51、膜托52和采样栗53串联而成,采样栗53的进气口处设有质量流量控制器13,旋风分离器51与停留室4连通,采样器5为至少一个且均匀设置在停留室4的下部,停留室4的侧面还设有多个扩展接口,通过扩展接口可以增设多个采样仪器,停留室4的上方还设有放气口,放气口上安装有过滤器16,过滤器16为高效过滤器。
[0021]优选的,环流管6为至少一个,多个环流管6都与循环空气栗7连接,多个环流管6形成的循环气流可以覆盖一级稀释腔的内侧壁,环流管6上位于循环空气栗7入口处设有质量流量控制器、温度计、湿度计和压力计,进气管上安装有质量流量控制器和温度计,皮托管上设有温度计、压力计和湿度计,停留室上也设有温度计、压力计和湿度计,本实施例的质量流量控制器、温度计、湿度计和压力计分别与数据处理器相连。
[0022]本实施例中的可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器的使用方法如下:工作时,等速管和皮托管插入到固定源通道比如烟道内,采集固定源排放的烟气,被采集的烟气经保温装置进入一级稀释腔与循环气流的洁净空气混合稀释,然后烟气流入二级稀释腔内进一步稀释,以次模拟烟气在自然界的稀释过程,此时保温装置17上的温度计、皮托管上的压力计、温度计、湿度计和环流管6上的质量流量控制器13将测得的数据传输给数据处理器,数据处理器根据压力计测出的固定源压力差信号调整采集流量,并使样品采集的速度与固定源排放流速相同,实现等速采样,同时数据处理器控制仪器设备上的质量流量控制器排放适量的洁净气体,更准确地模拟烟气稀释过程,当烟气进入停留室后,需要在停留室内静置一段时间,以模拟烟气在自然空气中颗粒的成核长大过程,当烟气静置之后由旋风分离器分离米集。

Claims (7)
1.一种可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器,包括等速采样装置、与所述等速采样装置依次相连的一级稀释腔、二级稀释腔、停留室和采样器,所述等速采样装置包括等速管、固定在所述等速管上的皮托管、质量流量控制器和数据处理器,所述等速管的一端设有等速头,另外一端通过通气管道与所述一级稀释腔相连,所述皮托管和质量流量控制器分别与所述数据处理器相连,其特征在于:所述一级稀释腔外部还安装有用于冲刷所述一级稀释腔内壁的多个环流管,所述环流管的一端连接于所述一级稀释腔进气端,另一端连接于所述一级稀释腔的出气端,所述环流管上还设有循环空气栗,所述环流管内的气体在循环空气栗的作用下在所述环流管和一级稀释腔内循环流动,所述一级稀释腔通过平流管与所述二级稀释腔相连,所述平流管的一端与所述一级稀释腔连通,另外一端为锥形出气口,所述锥形出气口连通于所述二级稀释腔,所述平流管外部套接有外套管,所述外套管和平流管为间隙配合,所述外套管一端为与所述平流管相同形状的锥形出气口并与所述二级稀释腔连通,另外一端连接着零空气发生器,所述二级稀释腔进气端外壁上还设有多个进气管,所述进气管一端通过多个进气孔与所述二级稀释腔连通,另外一端与所述零空气发生器连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器,其特征在于:所述多个环流管都与所述循环空气栗连接,所述环流管上位于所述循环空气栗入口处设有质量流量控制器、温度计、湿度计和压力计,所述进气管上也安装有质量流量控制器,所述质量流量控制器、温度计、湿度计和压力计分别与所述数据处理器相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器,其特征在于:所述二级稀释腔上设有出气管,所述出气管上设有调节阀,所述平流管上还设有温度计。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器,其特征在于:所述通气管道上设有保温装置,所述保温装置上设有温度计,所述温度计与所述数据处理器相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器,其特征在于:所述采样器位于所述停留室的下部且与其内部连通,所述采样器由旋风分离器、膜托和采样栗串联而成,所述采样栗的进气口处设有质量流量控制器,所述旋风分离器与所述停留室连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器,其特征在于:所述皮托管上设有温度计、压力计和湿度计,所述停留室上也设有温度计、压力计和湿度计,所述温度计、压力计和湿度计分别与所述数据处理器相连。
7.根据权利要求6所述的可扩展式污染源颗粒物鞘气保护采样稀释器,其特征在于:所述采样器为至少一个且均匀设置在所述停留室的下部,所述停留室的侧面还设有多个扩展接口,所述停留室的上方还设有放气口,所述放气口上安装有过滤器。
