本发明公开了一种前大灯球头螺钉安装结构，包括万向接头座、球头螺钉、球头螺钉固定座，万向接头座通过卡扣与灯壳总成连接，球头螺钉固定座通过卡扣与近光灯连接，球头螺钉两端分别与万向接头座和球头螺钉固定座连接固定。本发明的安装结构通过万向接头座与球头螺钉固定座分别采用卡扣与灯壳总成和近光灯连接，而不采用传统的自攻螺钉连接，使得装配工序简单，装配省时省力。灯具在调光时，万向接头座状态稳定、可靠，解决了装配繁琐，还降低了成本和万向接头座掉落风险等问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种前大灯球头螺钉安装结构，其涉及近光灯与灯壳总成之间的安装连接结构，属于汽车灯具应用领域。
背景技术
为了应对客户的需求，现在厂家一般都将现有单独功能灯具组合成全新的前大灯，使其外观新颖，结构牢靠，易操作。而传统的前大灯灯具中球头螺钉装配安装结构有操作不方便，产品易脱落，零件成本增加等问题；其装配方式如下：1、万向接头座使用自攻螺钉紧固在灯具支架上。2、球头螺钉紧固在灯壳总成球头螺钉孔中。连接球头螺钉与万向接头座，使灯具起到调节、固定和支撑作用。此种结构在装配时比较繁琐、耗时，且牢靠性较低，最终还可能会导致球头螺钉掉落。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新的汽车用万向接头座和球头螺钉安装结构，能够使得装配方便、快捷、降低材料成本。
本发明提供的技术方案是：
一种前大灯球头螺钉安装结构，包括万向接头座、球头螺钉、球头螺钉固定座，万向接头座通过卡扣与灯壳总成连接，球头螺钉固定座通过卡扣与近光灯连接，球头螺钉两端分别与万向接头座和球头螺钉固定座连接固定。
本发明的安装结构通过万向接头座与球头螺钉固定座分别采用卡扣与灯壳总成和近光灯连接，而不采用传统的自攻螺钉连接，使得装配工序简单，装配省时省力。灯具在调光时，万向接头座状态稳定、可靠，解决了装配繁琐，还降低了成本和万向接头座掉落风险等问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述。
参见图1-3，一种前大灯球头螺钉安装结构，包括万向接头座1、球头螺钉2、球头螺钉固定座3，万向接头座1通过卡扣与灯壳总成5连接，球头螺钉固定座3通过卡扣与近光灯4连接，球头螺钉2两端分别与万向接头座1和球头螺钉固定座3连接固定。在近光灯4、灯壳总成5中都设计有卡扣槽，用来与万向接头座1和球头螺钉固定座3连接，直接手工装配即可，装配工序简单。灯具在调光时，万向接头座1状态稳定可靠，万向接头座1材质为PA6，球头螺钉2材质为Q235A（表面达克罗处理），球头螺钉固定座3材质为尼龙，保证其有足够的强度和韧性。近光灯4中还设计有球头螺钉固定座3止转结构，球头螺钉固定座3有限位结构，装配后防止其在装配孔中旋转。

1.一种前大灯球头螺钉安装结构，其特征在于，包括万向接头座（1）、球头螺钉（2）、球头螺钉固定座（3），万向接头座（1）通过卡扣与灯壳总成（5）连接，球头螺钉固定座（3）通过卡扣与近光灯（4）连接，球头螺钉（2）两端分别与万向接头座（1）和球头螺钉固定座（3）连接固定。
