技术领域
本发明属于一种照明设备领域,特别涉及一种红外线感应LED灯。
背景技术
现有的LED灯的透明灯罩在收到撞击时,透明灯罩容易破裂,且射灯在长时间使用后散热器部分温度很高,有时候需要更换时,需要等待射灯温度不高时才能更换,且目前的楼梯、走道内多使用常规灯泡,其频繁开启导致寿命极低,造成维护成本高等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种节约能源,快速散热、无频闪,无眩光,亮度均匀的红外线感应LED灯,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种红外线感应LED灯,包括灯头、散热器、灯杯、LED芯片、透明灯罩和透明防护罩;所述灯头内部中空,其内设有控制盒;所述控制盒内包括LP8072C集成块和延时控制继电器,其中,LP8072C集成块信号输入端连接红外感应器,红外感应器设于灯头的外壁上;所述延时控制继电器输入端与LP8072C集成块信号输出端连接,LED芯片与延时控制继电器的输出端连接;所述灯头外表面连接设有散热器,散热器的外部设置有隔热罩;所述散热器与灯杯连接,灯杯内设基板,基板与灯杯连接处具有镂空点;所述基板上方设有支撑件,支撑件旁边设有散热件,且支撑件中间设为凹槽状,其凹槽位置处设有LED芯片;在所述LED芯片的外侧设置有将LED芯片包裹的紫外固化胶;紫外固化胶填满支撑件中间的凹槽内,且在支撑件凹槽上方形成半球形;所述胶体填充于整个透明灯罩的内部,透明灯罩与灯杯连接,在透明灯罩的外面还具有一层与灯杯连接的透明防护罩。

在中空的灯头内部设置控制盒,控制盒内设置包括LP8072C集成块和延时控制继电器,其中,LP8072C集成块信号输入端连接红外感应器,红外感应器设于灯头的外壁上;延时控制继电器输入端与LP8072C集成块信号输出端连接,LED芯片与延时控制继电器的输出端连接,延时控制继电器设置为四十秒;在灯头外表面连接设置散热器,散热器为环形翅片状并等距间隔设置,在散热器的外部设置隔热罩;散热器上端与灯杯连接,灯杯内设有基板,基板与灯杯连接处设有镂空点,基板上方设有支撑件,支撑件旁边设有散热件,支撑件中间设为凹槽状,在其凹槽位置处设置LED芯片;在LED芯片的外侧设置包裹LED芯片的紫外固化胶,紫外固化胶填满支撑件中间的凹槽内,并在支撑件凹槽上方形成半球形,用胶体充满透明灯罩的内部,透明灯罩与灯杯连接,在透明灯罩的外面还设有一层与灯杯连接的透明防护罩,透明灯罩、透明防护罩均与灯杯螺纹连接。
本发明还公开了上述红外线感应LED灯的使用方法,将红外线感应LED灯安装在楼梯间或走廊通道内,当人行走近,红外感应器探测到人体温度,灯打开照明,40秒后延时控制继电器切断灯的电源,重新进入下一个循环。
发明优点
与现有技术相比,本发明能够快速散热,延长其使用寿命,更换方便,使用时,具有固化快、耗能少、无溶剂污染的特点,有效减少胶体的固化时间,减慢荧光粉的沉积,且减少了LED芯片工作时产生的高温对荧光粉的影响,保证其整体的亮度,同时,使用方便简单,节约能源,无频闪,无眩光,亮度均匀,使用寿命长达50000小时以上,且绿色环保无污染,安全可靠。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种红外线感应LED灯,包括灯头1、散热器2、灯杯3、LED芯片6、透明灯罩10和透明防护罩9;所述灯头1内部中空,其内设有控制盒14;所述控制盒14内包括LP8072C集成块15和延时控制继电器16,其中,LP8072C集成块15信号输入端连接红外感应器13,红外感应器13设于灯头1的外壁上;所述延时控制继电器16输入端与LP8072C集成块15信号输出端连接,LED芯片6与延时控制继电器16的输出端连接,且延时控制继电器16设置为四十秒;使用时,将市电220V电源经过阻容降压后由控制板分别给继电器和LP8072C集成块15供电,由红外感应器13和感应信号控制继电器的通断电,由延时控制继电器16控制电源输送,实现开关作用;使用时,方便简单,节约能源,无频闪,无眩光,亮度均匀,使用寿命长达50000小时以上,且绿色环保无污染,安全可靠;所述灯头1外表面连接设有散热器2,散热器2为环形翅片状,翅片等距间隔设置,且散热器2的外部设置有隔热罩11;所述散热器2与灯杯3连接,灯杯3内设基板4,基板4与灯杯3连接处具有镂空点,能够使基板4快速散热,延长其使用寿命;所述基板4上方设有支撑件5,支撑件5旁边设有散热件7,且支撑件5中间设为凹槽状,其凹槽位置处设有LED芯片6;在所述LED芯片6的外侧设置有将LED芯片6包裹的紫外固化胶12;紫外固化胶12填满支撑件5中间的凹槽内,且在支撑件5凹槽上方形成半球形;同时,在紫外固化胶12外侧、散热件7上方还设有胶体8,胶体8将紫外固化胶12完全包裹在内;使用时,紫外固化胶12具有固化快、耗能少、无溶剂污染的特点,只需要通过紫外光的照射就能快速固化,能有效减少胶体的固化时间,减慢荧光粉的沉积,且设置紫外固化胶12可以使荧光粉远离LED芯片6,减少了LED芯片6工作时产生的高温对荧光粉的影响,保证其整体的亮度;所述胶体8填充于整个透明灯罩10的内部,透明灯罩10与灯杯3连接(螺纹连接或卡接),在透明灯罩10的外面还具有一层与灯杯3螺纹连接(或卡接)的透明防护罩9。
本实施例还公开了上述的红外线感应LED灯的制造方法,包括如下工艺:在中空的灯头(1)内部设置控制盒(14),控制盒(14)内设置包括LP8072C集成块(15)和延时控制继电器(16),其中,LP8072C集成块(15)信号输入端连接红外感应器(13),红外感应器(13)设于灯头(1)的外壁上;延时控制继电器(16)输入端与LP8072C集成块(15)信号输出端连接,LED芯片(6)与延时控制继电器(16)的输出端连接,延时控制继电器(16)设置为四十秒;在灯头(1)外表面连接设置散热器(2),散热器(2)为环形翅片状并等距间隔设置,在散热器(2)的外部设置隔热罩(11);散热器(2)上端与灯杯(3)连接,灯杯(3)内设有基板(4),基板(4)与灯杯(3)连接处设有镂空点,基板(4)上方设有支撑件(5),支撑件(5)旁边设有散热件(7),支撑件(5)中间设为凹槽状,在其凹槽位置处设置LED芯片(6);在LED芯片(6)的外侧设置包裹LED芯片(6)的紫外固化胶(12),紫外固化胶(12)填满支撑件(5)中间的凹槽内,并在支撑件(5)凹槽上方形成半球形,用胶体(8)充满透明灯罩(10)的内部,透明灯罩(10)与灯杯(3)连接,在透明灯罩(10)的外面还设有一层与灯杯(3)连接的透明防护罩(9),透明灯罩(10)、透明防护罩(9)均与灯杯(3)螺纹连接。
本实施例还公开了上述的红外线感应LED灯的使用方法,将红外线感应LED灯安装在楼梯间或走廊通道内,当人行走近,红外感应器(13)探测到人体温度,灯打开照明,40秒后延时控制继电器(16)切断灯的电源,重新进入下一个循环。
本发明使用时,散热效果好,且透明灯罩10不容易破裂,方便随时更换,不用因为长时间的使用,导致发烫而需要等待其温度降低才能更换,同时,透明防护罩9具有减震功能,且抗高温、抗击效果好。

1.一种红外线感应LED灯,包括灯头(1)、散热器(2)、灯杯(3)、LED芯片(6)、透明灯罩(10)和透明防护罩(9);所述灯头(1)内部中空,其内设有控制盒(14);其特征在于,所述控制盒(14)内包括LP8072C集成块(15)和延时控制继电器(16),其中,LP8072C集成块(15)信号输入端连接红外感应器(13),红外感应器(13)设于灯头(1)的外壁上;所述延时控制继电器(16)输入端与LP8072C集成块(15)信号输出端连接,LED芯片(6)与延时控制继电器(16)的输出端连接;所述灯头(1)外表面连接设有散热器(2),散热器(2)为环形翅片状,散热器(2)的外部设置有隔热罩(11);所述散热器(2)与灯杯(3)连接,灯杯(3)内设基板(4),基板(4)与灯杯(3)连接处具有镂空点;所述基板(4)上方设有支撑件(5),支撑件(5)旁边设有散热件(7),且支撑件(5)中间设为凹槽状,其凹槽位置处设有LED芯片(6);在所述LED芯片(6)的外侧设置有将LED芯片(6)包裹的紫外固化胶(12);紫外固化胶(12)填满支撑件(5)中间的凹槽内,且在支撑件(5)凹槽上方形成半球形;胶体(8)填充于整个透明灯罩(10)的内部,透明灯罩(10)与灯杯(3)螺纹连接,在透明灯罩(10)的外面还具有一层与灯杯(3)连接的透明防护罩(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的红外线感应LED灯,其特征在于,所述延时控制继电器(16)设置为四十秒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的红外线感应LED灯,其特征在于,所述散热器(2)为环形翅片状,翅片等距间隔设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的红外线感应LED灯,其特征在于,所述透明防护罩(9)与灯杯(3)螺纹连接。
