本发明涉及一种自保持电磁阀,包括主阀、开阀位置开关、关阀线圈和关阀位置开关,在开阀位置开关和关阀线圈之间设有卡块机构,在关阀线圈的下部是开阀线圈,在开阀线圈附近设有动铁芯,在动铁芯的下部设有辅阀,所述主阀位于辅阀的下部。本发明所述电磁阀采用开、关阀双线圈结构,瞬时通电、安全节能、密封可靠。

 本发明涉及一种电磁阀,具体涉及一种自保持电磁阀。 
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对城市管道的控制技术要求越来越高,因此,对电磁阀的技术要求也随之增高,目前市场上多是开、关阀单线圈结构形式,节能上不够明显,密封性能也不够明显。 
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提出了一种自保持电磁阀,所述电磁阀采用开、关阀双线圈结构,瞬时通电、安全节能、密封可靠。 
本发明的技术方案为:一种自保持电磁阀,包括主阀、开阀位置开关、关阀线圈和关阀位置开关,在开阀位置开关和关阀线圈之间设有卡块机构,在关阀线圈的下部是开阀线圈,在开阀线圈附近设有动铁芯,在动铁芯的下部设有辅阀,所述主阀位于辅阀的下部。 
所述动铁芯与辅阀通过一根阀芯轴贯穿。 
所述关阀位置开关设置在开阀位置开关的旁边。 
本发明具有如下有益效果: 
1)本发明采用开、关阀双线圈结构,瞬时通电、安全节能。
2)本发明采用灵活可靠的机械卡块锁定机构,可靠性强。 
3)本发明采用特效阀门密封材料,密封可靠。

具体实施方式: 
参见附图所示,本发明包括包括(多余)主阀10、开阀位置开关1、关阀线圈3和关阀位置开关5,所述关阀位置开关5设置在开阀位置开关1的旁边。在所述关阀位置开关5的旁边设有接线座6。在开阀位置开关1和关阀线圈3之间设有卡块机构2,在关阀线圈3的下部是开阀线圈4,在开阀线圈4附近设有动铁芯7,在动铁芯7的下部设有辅阀9,所述动铁芯7与辅阀9由一根阀芯轴8贯穿,阀芯轴8贯穿到卡块机构2的上部。所述主阀10位于辅阀9的下部。
工作原理为: 
当开阀线圈4瞬时接通电源时,动铁芯7被吸合,辅阀9被开启,这样就使得主阀10的上、下腔产生压差,主阀10被开启,完成开阀过程,并由卡块机构2保持开阀状态;当需要关阀时,瞬时接通关阀线圈3的电源,使得卡块机构2的锁环脱开,在复位弹簧的作用下,先关闭辅阀9再关闭主阀10,完成关阀过程。

1.一种自保持电磁阀,包括主阀、开阀位置开关、关阀线圈和关阀位置开关,其特征在于:在开阀位置开关和关阀线圈之间设有卡块机构,在关阀线圈的下部是开阀线圈,在开阀线圈附近设有动铁芯,在动铁芯的下部设有辅阀,所述主阀位于辅阀的下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自保持电磁阀,其特征在于:所述动铁芯与辅阀通过一根阀芯轴贯穿。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自保持电磁阀,其特征在于:所述关阀位置开关设置在开阀位置开关的旁边。
