本发明公开了一种双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体、安装在阀体内的蝶板和阀座双向密封组件、以及与蝶板相连用于驱动蝶板开启或关闭阀体介质通道的阀杆;所述阀体介质通道倾斜设置,所述阀体介质通道的轴向方向与水平方向成2-5度倾斜夹角;所述阀座双向密封组件包括安设在阀座凹槽里的O型密封圈、压装住O型密封圈并落入阀座凹槽的盆形密封圈、以及顶住盆形密封圈的压环,所述压环可调式地将盆形密封圈限制在阀座凹槽。具有结构简单、制作方便、使用可靠、实用性强的优点,不仅密封效果好,降低蝶阀密封面的损伤;而且介质残留少,降低调节不同介质使用时旧残余介质对新介质的污染,避免残余介质可能进行的渗透作用;同时还可降低操纵扭矩。

一种双向密封蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种蝶阀,特别是涉及一种双向密封蝶阀,属于阀门领域。
背景技术
蝶阀又叫翻板阀,是一种结构简单的调节阀,同时也可用于低压管道介质的开关控制。蝶阀是指关闭件即阀瓣或蝶板为圆盘,围绕阀轴旋转来达到开启与关闭的一种阀,在管道上主要起切断和节流作用。蝶阀启闭件是一个圆盘形的蝶板,在阀体内绕其自身的轴线旋转,从而达到启闭或调节的目的。蝶阀适用于发生炉、煤气、天然气、液化石油气、城市煤气、冷热空气、化工冶炼和发电环保等工程系统中输送各种腐蚀性、非腐蚀性流体介质的管道上,用于调节和截断介质的流动。
然而,蝶阀在实际运行过程中,存在密封性能差、密封不够可靠的缺点;同时,介质通道沿水平方向设置,会导致没有介质流通期间,存在部分介质滞留在介质通道中,从而在调节不同介质时造成旧残余介质对新介质的污染,而且残余介质会对蝶阀的密封部位发生渗透作用,长期渗透将降低蝶阀的密封性能。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于,克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种新型结构的双向密封蝶阀,特别适用于密封性能要求高的情形。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供结构简单、制作方便、使用可靠、实用性强的双向密封蝶阀,不仅密封效果好,降低蝶阀密封面的损伤;而且介质残留少,降低调节不同介质使用时旧残余介质对新介质的污染,避免残余介质可能进行的渗透作用;同时,还可降低操纵扭矩,且具有产业上的利用价值。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体、安装在阀体内的蝶板和阀座双向密封组件、以及与蝶板相连用于驱动蝶板开启或关闭阀体介质通道的阀杆;所述阀体介质通道倾斜设置,所述阀体介质通道的轴向方向与水平方向成2-5度倾斜夹角。
本发明进一步设置为:所述阀体介质通道的轴向方向与水平方向成3度倾斜夹角。
本发明更进一步设置为:所述阀座双向密封组件包括安设在阀座凹槽里的O型密封圈、压装住O型密封圈并落入阀座凹槽的盆形密封圈、以及顶住盆形密封圈的压环,所述压环可调式地将盆形密封圈限制在阀座凹槽。
本发明更进一步设置为:所述盆形密封圈包括中间直段和直段两端头的锥形段。
本发明更进一步设置为:所述压环通过紧固螺钉锁在阀体内。
本发明更进一步设置为:所述蝶板的一端面上设有加强筋。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的有益效果在于:
通过阀座双向密封组件的设置,大幅提升蝶阀的密封效能,给蝶阀的启闭过程提供弹性支持,不仅降低操纵扭矩,而且保护蝶阀的密封面;同时,通过阀体介质通道的倾斜夹角设置,减少介质残留,从而降低调节不同介质使用时旧残余介质对新介质的污染,避免残余介质可能进行的渗透作用;综合来说,实现了高效密封和极少量介质残留,所以使用可靠、实用性强。

下面结合说明书附图,对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种双向密封蝶阀,包括阀体1、安装在阀体1内的蝶板2和阀座双向密封组件、以及与蝶板2相连用于驱动蝶板2开启或关闭阀体介质通道11的阀杆3;所述阀体介质通道11倾斜设置,所述阀体介质通道11的轴向方向与水平方向成2-5度倾斜夹角A;所述倾斜夹角A优选为3度。
其中,所述阀座双向密封组件包括安设在阀座凹槽12里的O型密封圈4、压装住O型密封圈4并落入阀座凹槽12盆形密封圈5、以及顶住盆形密封圈5的压环6,所述压环6可调式地将盆形密封圈5限制在阀座凹槽12。所述盆形密封圈5包括中间直段51和直段两端头的锥形段52;所述压环6通过紧固螺钉7锁在阀体1内。另外,所述蝶板2的一端面上还可设有加强筋。
本发明的创新点在于,通过阀座双向密封组件和阀体介质通道倾斜的设置,不仅大幅提升蝶阀的密封效能,降低操纵扭矩,保护蝶阀的密封面;而且减少介质残留,避免残余介质可能进行的渗透作用;实现高效密封和极少量介质残留,具有结构简单、制作方便、使用可靠、实用性强的优点。

1.一种双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、安装在阀体内的蝶板和阀座双向密封组件、以及与蝶板相连用于驱动蝶板开启或关闭阀体介质通道的阀杆;所述阀体介质通道倾斜设置,所述阀体介质通道的轴向方向与水平方向成2-5度倾斜夹角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体介质通道的轴向方向与水平方向成3度倾斜夹角。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀座双向密封组件包括安设在阀座凹槽里的O型密封圈、压装住O型密封圈并落入阀座凹槽的盆形密封圈、以及顶住盆形密封圈的压环,所述压环可调式地将盆形密封圈限制在阀座凹槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述盆形密封圈包括中间直段和直段两端头的锥形段。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述压环通过紧固螺钉锁在阀体内。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种双向密封蝶阀,其特征在于:所述蝶板的一端面上设有加强筋。
