本发明公开一种防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)和阀芯(3),阀体(1)内设置有用于容置阀芯(3)的容腔(101),阀芯(3)设置在容腔(101)内,阀杆(2)穿过阀体(1)与阀芯(3)固定连接,阀芯(3)与容腔(101)的腔壁接触处设置有凹槽(5),容腔(101)的腔壁上设置有凸面(6),阀芯(3)转动时,凸面(6)沿凹槽(5)移动。本发明一种防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,凹槽限制了凸面沿凹槽轨道产生位移,阀芯位移平稳,阀芯表面与容腔的腔壁不直接接触,防止阀芯磨损。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其涉及一种防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀。
背景技术
在流体输送管道中,球阀具有开通量大,启闭快的优点被广泛应用,球阀它具有旋转90度的动作,旋塞体(阀芯)为球体,有圆形通孔或通道通过其轴线。球阀在管路中主要用来做切断、分配和改变介质的流动方向,只需要用旋转90度的操作和很小的转动力矩就能关闭严密。球阀在使用过程中,由于频繁对阀芯进行旋转,阀芯和阀体的接触位置容易磨损,造成阀芯转动时左右晃动,产生振动,同时产生液体或者气体内泄漏。
现有技术中,CN203239985公开了一种真空球阀, 解决了因密封座磨损导致介质发生内泄等技术问题;在所述阀体的容腔内壁上设有U 形槽,在该U 形槽内设有与阀芯球面相贴合形成密封的弹性密封圈。该专利通过密封圈的弹性来弥补因密封圈的磨损所产生的间隙,从而有效防止真空阀门因密封座磨损而发生内泄,保证阀门的使用寿命。但是该专利并没有解决防阀芯和阀体磨损的问题,仅仅对产生磨损后进行了防内泄处理。
进一步地,现有技术中,球阀闭合时,由于阀门两侧压力的突然变化以及关阀的时间延时,容易产生回水,为了防止回水,通常需要安装止回阀配合球阀使用,增加成本,安装和维护麻烦。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明提供了一种防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,能够防止阀芯和阀体磨损,阀芯位移平稳,不左右晃动,延长球阀使用寿命。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,包括阀体、阀杆和阀芯,阀体内设置有用于容置阀芯的容腔,阀芯设置在容腔内,阀杆穿过阀体与阀芯固定连接,阀芯与容腔的腔壁接触处设置有凹槽,容腔的腔壁上设置有凸面,阀芯转动时,凸面沿凹槽移动。扳动阀杆,阀芯随阀杆转动,凸面相对阀芯在凹槽内移动,凹槽限制了凸面沿凹槽轨道产生位移,不能够左右位移,阀芯位移平稳,同时,阀芯表面与容腔的腔壁不直接接触,防止阀芯磨损。
阀芯包括入水口和出水口,入水口和出水口之间设置有螺旋状管道。螺旋状管道能够将回水缓存在管道内,防止液体回流。
凹槽内设置有密封垫。密封垫为硅橡胶密封垫。硅橡胶密封垫耐磨损,且耐腐蚀。
凸面为陶瓷材质,陶瓷材质耐磨损且耐腐蚀。
凸面为圆弧状,圆弧状凸面与容腔接触面小,减小凸面与容腔的摩擦。
螺旋状管道的内径等于或者大于入水口的内径。使得螺旋状管道有足够的容量能够收容回流液体。
与现有技术相比,本发明有益效果包括:
本发明一种防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,凹槽限制了凸面沿凹槽轨道产生位移,阀芯位移平稳,阀芯表面与容腔的腔壁不直接接触,防止阀芯磨损;
进一步地,阀芯的入水口和出水口之间设置有螺旋状管道。螺旋状管道能够将回水缓存在管道内,防止液体回流。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,一种防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,包括阀体1、阀杆2和阀芯3,阀体1内设置有用于容置阀芯3的容腔101,阀芯3设置在容腔101内,阀杆2穿过阀体1与阀芯3固定连接,阀芯3与容腔101的腔壁接触处设置有凹槽5,容腔101的腔壁上设置有凸面6,阀芯3转动时,凸面6沿凹槽5移动。扳动阀杆2,阀芯3随阀杆2转动,凸面6相对阀芯3在凹槽5内移动,凹槽5限制了凸面6沿凹槽轨道产生位移,不能够左右位移,阀芯位移平稳,同时,阀芯3表面与容腔101的腔壁不直接接触,防止阀芯磨损。
阀芯3包括入水口301和出水口302,入水口301和出水口302之间设置有螺旋状管道4。螺旋状管道能够将回水缓存在管道内,防止液体回流。
凹槽5内设置有密封垫。密封垫为硅橡胶密封垫。硅橡胶密封垫耐磨损,且耐腐蚀。
凸面6为陶瓷材质,陶瓷材质耐磨损且耐腐蚀。
凸面6为圆弧状,圆弧状凸面与容腔101接触面小,减小凸面与容腔的摩擦。
螺旋状管道4的内径等于或者大于入水口301的内径。使得螺旋状管道有足够的容量能够收容回流液体。

1.一种防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,包括阀体(1)、阀杆(2)和阀芯(3),阀体(1)内设置有用于容置阀芯(3)的容腔(101),阀芯(3)设置在容腔(101)内,阀杆(2)穿过阀体(1)与阀芯(3)固定连接,其特征在于,所述阀芯(3)与容腔(101)的腔壁接触处设置有凹槽(5),所述容腔(101)的腔壁上设置有凸面(6),阀芯(3)转动时,所述凸面(6)沿凹槽(5)移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,其特征在于,所述阀芯(3)包括入水口(301)和出水口(302),所述入水口(301)和出水口(302)之间设置有螺旋状管道(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,其特征在于,凹槽(5)内设置有密封垫。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,其特征在于,密封垫为硅橡胶密封垫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,其特征在于,所述凸面(6)为陶瓷材质。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,其特征在于,所述凸面(6)为圆弧状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的防磨损阀芯位移平稳型球阀,其特征在于,所述螺旋状管道(4)的内径等于或者大于所述入水口(301)的内径。
