本发明公开了一种油缸盖锁紧装置，包括缸体和油缸盖，在所述缸体安装油缸盖一端的侧壁上设有锁紧装置固定杆，所述锁紧装置通过连杆与所述锁紧装置固定杆铰接，在所述油缸盖的外壁上开有螺纹孔，所述孔与所述锁紧装置配合。本发明能够有效将油缸和油缸盖锁紧，且方便拆装，有效保证了生产的安全和正常运行。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防松装置技术领域，尤其是一种油缸盖锁紧装置。
背景技术
油缸盖与油缸的连接通常是螺纹连接，油缸设内螺纹，油缸盖设外螺纹，在压力油的作用下，缸筒与缸盖之间的螺纹连接有可能发生松动而造成缸盖脱落的情况，而传统的通过销钉将油缸盖和油缸固定紧使得螺钉安装位置一个作用点受力，容易造成配合处出现裂纹，造成零件损伤。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种油缸盖锁紧装置，能够有效将油缸和油缸盖锁紧，且方便拆装，有效保证了生产的安全和正常运行。
为了实现上述发明目的，本发明提供以下技术方案：
一种油缸盖锁紧装置，包括缸体和油缸盖，在所述缸体安装油缸盖一端的侧壁上设有锁紧装置固定杆，
所述锁紧装置通过连杆与所述锁紧装置固定杆铰接，
在所述油缸盖的外壁上开有螺纹孔，所述孔与所述锁紧装置配合。
进一步地，所述锁紧装置包括内螺纹筒、螺纹杆、插杆和旋杆，
所述螺纹杆与所述内螺纹筒螺纹连接，所述螺纹杆沿轴向的长度大于所述内螺纹筒在该方向的长度，
插杆垂直所述螺纹杆端面固定在所述螺纹杆上，所述旋杆垂直所述插杆与所述插杆固定连接，
所述螺纹杆与所述螺纹孔螺纹配合。
进一步地，所述螺纹孔为台阶孔，内部直径较小的孔内设有内螺纹，所述螺纹杆的外螺纹与所述内螺纹配合，
所述台阶孔的直径较大的孔的直径与所述内螺纹筒的外径对应。
本发明通过对锁紧装置的设计，能够有效将油缸和油缸盖锁紧，且方便油缸盖拆装，有效保证了生产的安全和正常运行，且防止零件出现损伤。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述，本部分的描述仅是示范性和解释性，不应对本发明的保护范围有任何的限制作用。
如图1-2所示的一种油缸盖锁紧装置，包括缸体1和油缸盖4，在缸体1安装油缸盖4一端的侧壁上设有锁紧装置固定杆2，
锁紧装置通过连杆35与锁紧装置固定杆2铰接，
在油缸盖4的外壁上开有螺纹孔41，孔与锁紧装置配合。
锁紧装置包括内螺纹筒31、螺纹杆32、插杆33和旋杆34，
螺纹杆32与内螺纹筒31螺纹连接，螺纹杆32沿轴向的长度大于内螺纹筒31在该方向的长度，
插杆33垂直螺纹杆32端面固定在螺纹杆32上，旋杆34垂直插杆33与插杆33固定连接，
螺纹杆32与螺纹孔41螺纹配合。
螺纹孔41为台阶孔，内部直径较小的孔内设有内螺纹，螺纹杆32的外螺纹与内螺纹配合，
台阶孔的直径较大的孔的直径与内螺纹筒31的外径对应。
使用时，当油缸盖4旋紧在缸体1端部后，锁紧装置跟随连杆35一锁紧装置固定杆2上的铰接位置为轴旋转，使得内螺纹筒31与螺纹孔41的直径较大孔配合，旋转旋杆34，使得螺纹杆32转动并向螺纹孔41内移动，螺纹杆32与螺纹孔41直径较小的孔配合后，完成油缸盖4的锁紧。锁紧装置可以设置若干个，环绕所述油缸盖4均匀分布。
本发明一种油缸盖锁紧装置，通过对锁紧装置的设计，能够有效将油缸和油缸盖锁紧，且方便油缸盖拆装，有效保证了生产的安全和正常运行，且防止零件出现损伤。

1.一种油缸盖锁紧装置，其特征在于，包括缸体和油缸盖，在所述缸体安装油缸盖一端的侧壁上设有锁紧装置固定杆，
所述锁紧装置通过连杆与所述锁紧装置固定杆铰接，
在所述油缸盖的外壁上开有螺纹孔，所述孔与所述锁紧装置配合，
所述锁紧装置包括内螺纹筒、螺纹杆、插杆和旋杆，
所述螺纹杆与所述内螺纹筒螺纹连接，所述螺纹杆沿轴向的长度大于所述内螺纹筒在该方向的长度，
插杆垂直所述螺纹杆端面固定在所述螺纹杆上，所述旋杆垂直所述插杆与所述插杆固定连接，
所述螺纹杆与所述螺纹孔螺纹配合。
2.如权利要求1所述一种油缸盖锁紧装置，其特征在于，所述螺纹孔为台阶孔，内部直径较小的孔内设有内螺纹，所述螺纹杆的外螺纹与所述内螺纹配合，
